As Senior Vice President, Treasurer and CFO, Bready brings 15 years of financial and accounting experience to the company. Bready will be responsible for the company's accounting, finance, treasury, and other related financial functions. Most recently, Bready served as vice president of finance at Northeast Utilities in Hartford, Conn., where he was responsible for the financial assessment and structuring of the company's FERC regulated transmission and state regulated distribution infrastructure investments in the Northeast. He also oversaw financial policy matters, including cost of capital and capital structure requirements and dividend policy, as well as all corporate financial planning and analysis functions. Prior to this post, Bready served in various senior management positions at Mirant Corporation, a large wholesale electricity generator based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Mirant, Bready worked as a senior manager in the Transaction Advisory practice at Ernst & Young and an audit manager for Arthur Andersen. Bready holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Denis DesRosiers, vice president of information technology and facilities and CIO, is responsible for information technology and facilities planning and implementation. As CIO, he provides leadership for the strategic use of IT and facility resources in support of ITC's mission and goals. Prior to joining ITCTransmission in 2003, DesRosiers served as business development analyst of the transmission group at Detroit Edison, where he acted as liason for all Ontario electricity market and transmission issues. Mr. Rahill has responsibility for financial operations including Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Treasury Management, Tax and Planning and Analysis functions for ITCTransmission. Prior to his current position, Mr. Rahill headed the Planning and Corporate Development functions for DTE Energy. He joined DTE in 1999 as the Manager of Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances. Mr. Rahill has over 22 years of professional experience in finance and accounting with leading Energy and Fortune 500 companies such as Equitable Resources, Bell & Howell, Atlantic Richfield and Carborundum Corporation. Mr. Rahill earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and a Masters Certification in Economics from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Daniel J. Oginsky. Mr. Oginsky has been Vice President and General Counsel since November 2004, and is responsible for our legal affairs and managing the legal department. From June 2002 until joining us in October 2004, Mr. Oginsky was an attorney with Dykema Gossett PLLC. At Dykema, Mr. Oginsky represented ITCTransmission and other energy clients, as well as telecommunications clients, on regulatory, administrative litigation, transactional, property tax and legislative matters. Mr. Oginsky practiced state regulatory law at Dickinson Wright PLLC in Lansing, Michigan from August 2001 to May 2002. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Oginsky was an attorney with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP in Washington, D.C., where his practice focused on representing energy clients in FERC and state electric and natural gas matters.

Richard A. Schultz. Mr. Schultz is Senior Vice President Planning. He has the primary responsibility for transmission system planning, reliability and optimization at the Company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Reliability First Corporation. Mr. Schultz began his career in 1968 with Detroit Edison. Over the years, Mr. Schultz held a variety of positions with leading companies, including Florida Power and Light, Midland Cogeneration Venture and Seminole Electric Cooperative. He rejoined Detroit Edison in 2000 as Director, Restructuring and Regulation. Mr. Schultz was appointed to the position of Vice President Engineering in the ITC Transmission subsidiary at DTE Energy in 2002 and joined the Company when ITC Transmission was formed as a stand-alone company in March 2003. He was appointed Vice President Asset Planning later in 2003 and to Senior Vice President Planning in 2005. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Michigan and Florida.

Elizabeth Howell, vice president of operations, is responsible for the operation of the electric transmission system and control area, operations engineering, compliance, training safety and security. Prior to her current position, Howell served as the manager of the Michigan Electric Coordinated Systems Control Area. She also spent 10 years at DTE Energy in various engineering capacities, including principal engineer on the project to implement Michigan's Electric Choice Program.
Howell earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological Institute and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Michigan State University. She is a NERC certified system operator.

Mr. Ioanidis, vice president of business strategy, is responsible for regulatory affairs, transmission pricing, state governmental and legislative affairs, stakeholder relations, community and government affairs and internal and external communications. Prior to joining ITC Holdings Corp., Mr. Ioanidis was the principal analyst in the Transmission/Business Development and Strategy Department at Detroit Edison, where he worked on the transmission strategic business plan, culminating with the formation of subsidiary ITC, and supported regulatory strategy and advocacy efforts related to the independent transmission company business model. Mr. Ioanidis earned an Honors' Bachelor of Mathematics in actuarial science with a minor in statistics from the University of Waterloo. He also earned an MBA with a minor in production/operations from the University of Windsor.

Terry S. Harvill, Ph. D., vice president of energy policy, is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing company positions and strategies on key energy policy issues that impact ITC and its customers. Dr. Harvill was previously vice President of energy policy for Constellation Energy Resources, Inc., where he was responsible for the development and implementation of Constellation's federal and state government legislative and regulatory policies in North America. Previously, Dr. Harvill was director of regulatory policy and operation for DTE Energy where he developed the company's regulatory policies and strategies. He has also served as a Commissioner of the Illinois Commerce Commission (the state's public utility commission) and as former Illinois Governor Jim Edgar's assistant for business and economic development. Dr. Harvill earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and his Master of Science Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Illinois State University. He was awarded the Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40 Award in 2000 and was selected as a participant in the European Union Visitors Program, the International Leader Program of the European Union. Dr. Harvill is a board member of the Department of Economics at Illinois State University and the Renewable Energy Advisory Board at Illinois State University.

Richard D. McLellan is Senior Counsel to the firm after his retirement in 2007 as the Office Managing Member of Dykema's Lansing Office and the Director of the firm's Government Policy Department. His practice involves extensive work in Indian law, education law, ethics and political compliance, energy and insurance regulation. Mr. McLellan remains active in public service and political affairs. He is Chairman of the Michigan Law Revision Commission and immediate past Chairman of the Michigan Film Advisory Commission. In addition, Mr. McLellan is Chair of The Council for Africa Infrastructure Development, Inc. and is Second Chair of the Advocates Guild of the Michigan Supreme Court Historical Society. Mr. McLellan also serves as an adjunct associate professor in the Michigan State University College of Communications Arts & Sciences and as Special Counsel to the Chairman of the Michigan House Appropriations Committee. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. McLellan served as Administrative Assistant to Michigan Governor William G. Milliken. William J. Museler is Chair of the IESO Audit Committee. Mr. Museler was most recently President and CEO of the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO). Prior to his service at NYISO, Mr. Museler held senior positions at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO), and Brookhaven National Laboratory.
