Marcel Regnier is Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - Actaris. Mr. Regnier joined Itron in April 2007 as part of the Actaris acquisition as Managing Director of Actaris' water and heat business unit, a position he held since Actaris' formation in 2001. In April 2008, Mr. Regnier was promoted to his current position. Philip Mezey is Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - Itron North America. Mr. Mezey joined Itron in March 2003 as Managing Director of Software Development for Itron's Energy Management Solutions Group as a result of Itron's acquisition of Silicon Energy Corp. (Silicon). He later was promoted to Group Vice President and Manager of Software Solutions in 2004. In 2005 he became Sr. Vice President Software Solutions and was promoted to his current position in 2007 following our acquisition of Actaris. Mr. Mezey joined Silicon in 2000 as Vice President, Software Development. John Holleran joined Itron in January, 2007 and became Senior Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in February 2007. Holleran spent 27 years with the legal department of Boise Cascade, including 14 years as general counsel. Holleran has extensive corporate law experience including mergers and acquisitions, international law, antitrust counseling, corporate SEC matters and compliance programs. While at Boise Cascade, he was also responsible for the human resources, transportation, governmental affairs and environmental affairs functions. Holleran earned his undergraduate (1976) and law school (1979) degrees from Gonzaga University and attended the Stanford Executive Program in 1990.

Deloris Duquette was promoted from Director to Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications in July 2006 and has responsibility for investor relations and external corporate communications activities. Duquette has been with Itron since 1989 and has held numerous positions in finance and sales, including Financial Planning and SEC Reporting Manager, Director of Operations for Hardware Sales, and Corporate Treasurer, before assuming her present responsibilities. Over the last 30 years, he has managed numerous projects in the areas of system load forecasting, price forecasting, retail load forecasting, end-use modeling, regional modeling, load shape development, and utility data analysis. In addition to directing large analysis projects, Dr. McMenamin directs the development of Itron's forecasting software products (MetrixND, MetrixIDR, MetrixLT, Forecast Manager, and Itron Load Research System). Prior to these efforts, he directed the development and support of the EPRI end-use models (REEPS, COMMEND, and INFORM). Related to this work, Dr. McMenamin is the author of several dozen papers relating to statistical modeling, energy forecasting, and the application of neural networks to data analysis problems. In prior jobs, Dr. McMenamin conducted research in the telecommunications industry, worked on the President's Council of Wage and Price Stability under the Carter Administration, and lectured in economics at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. McMenamin received his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College and his Ph.D. in Economics from UCSD.

Russ Vanos was named Vice President of Marketing in 2006 after serving as VP of Itron Hardware Sales. Vanos' experience in the utility industry spans more than two decades, much of it directly related to the delivery of advanced data collection and management systems, as well as to distribution system optimization. Vanos first joined Itron in 1980 as a field service representative responsible for installing the first generation Itron meter-reading systems. He served previously as Product Manager, Manager of Implementation Services, Director of Customer Service and Director of Meter Reading. In 1988, he was promoted to Western Area Sales Director. In October 1997, Vanos was named Vice President, Utility and Energy Services Solutions, where he was responsible for all utility sales, technical sales support, customer service and marketing throughout North America. Prior to joining Itron, Vanos was employed by the Washington Water Power Company (now Avista Utilities), where he played a major role in developing, testing and deploying Itron's first electronic meter reading systems.

Chuck McAtee was named Vice President of Information Technology (IT) in May 2005, and named Chief Information Officer (CIO) in January 2006. He joined Itron in July 2004 as IT Director of the Electricity Metering business. Before joining Itron, McAtee was Director of IT for Schlumberger Electricity Metering in charge of operations in the US, Canada, Mexico, France and Taiwan. He spent 18 years with Schlumberger, serving in numerous roles including IT Operations Manager North America for Schlumberger Resource Management Services (RMS) which included the water, electric and gas businesses. During his time with RMS, he helped lead the standardization and implementation of common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across the company. In addition to his management experience, he has served in various technical roles related to applications development, system architecture, database administration and system integration. McAtee received a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Business Administration from Clemson University.

Dr. Frank A. Monforte is Director of Forecasting at Itron, where he is a leading authority in the areas of short-term load forecasting, load profiling, retail scheduling, end-use forecasting, and statistical and mathematical modeling. Dr. Monforte directs the development, support, and implementation of Itron's forecasting tools, including MetrixND, MetrixLT, MetrixIDR Retail and MetrixIDR System Operations. Dr. Monforte's load forecasting expertise includes developing models for the New York ISO, California ISO, Midwest ISO PJM, ISO New England, IESO of Ontario Canada, Gaz De France, and the Australian System Operators, Western Power and NEMMCO. Mr. Pritchard is the Software Development Manager at Itron with over 13 years experience in the industry. His experience covers all aspects of Win32 applications programming with extensive expertise in COM programming, scripting support within applications, and three-tier client/server architecture. Mr. Pritchard directs the development of Itron's software products. Mr. Pritchard has extensive knowledge about the software development process, as well as a thorough understanding of energy analysis and forecasting. For this reason, Mr. Pritchard is lead architect for MetrixND, NDauto, ProForm, SitePro, and many other Itron's software products. Mr. Pritchard is involved with the implementation of many of Itron's customized forecasting systems and facilitates Itron's training workshops and user group meetings.

Mr. Casey Allred, Software Engineer, has extensive experience with numerous programming languages including Visual C++, Visual Basic, ASP, JavaScript, and VBScript. He has worked with many of the Microsoft technologies including ActiveX Data Objects (ADO), the Component Object, Model (COM), the Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM), Message Queue (MSMQ), and Microsoft's Transaction Server (MTS). Mr. Allred was the lead programmer for the TXU Short-Term Profiling System and Retail Forecast Viewer application, the Lower Colorado River Authority Forecasting System, and the ERCOT Profiling System. Additional development efforts include the Portland General Electric Load Planning System and the California ISO Load Forecasting System, a client/server forecasting application. He is also responsible for the Oracle implementations at Itron. This role requires experience using many of Oracle's development and administrative tools. Before joining Itron, Mr. Allred was a consultant with American Management Systems in Fairfax, Virginia. While there, he worked on a number of projects, including developing document imaging and workflow software to handle incoming income tax forms for the State of Kansas and implementing a card remittance processing system for USBank. Following those projects, he moved on to development of a proprietary imaging and workflow baseline product that was fully customizable for different industries and systems, upgrading it from a thick client environment to a distributed environment using Microsoft's COM technology. Mr. Allred received a B.E. in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Ms. Fordham is a Sr. Principal Consultant in the Forecasting Division, where she specializes in design and implementation of leading-edge short-term forecasting systems. Ms. Fordham has extensive experience with implementing forecasting systems using enterprise relational databases including Oracle 9i and 10g and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005. Ms. Fordham manages development plans for MetrixIDR, Itron's industry leading short-term forecasting system. Ms. Fordham has implemented MetrixIDR for numerous applications including forecasting of system loads, transmission zone loads, market prices, electric and gas retail profiles, and utility or provider of last resort loads. Her clients include utilities, wholesalers, retailers and independent system operators in the United States and Canada as well as several electric and gas retailers in Europe. Ms. Fordham also manages development of the monthly long-term forecasting module for MetrixIDR that is geared towards delivery point forecasting and the transmission planning process. Since joining Itron in 1992, Ms. Fordham has been involved in all aspects of data analysis at Itron. She is an expert SAS programmer and has developed code libraries for sample design, survey expansion, and market profiles for both mail and on-site surveys. In the area of load shape analysis, she has developed SAS code libraries to perform disaggregation of load research data into end-use load shapes. This library includes extensive graphing capabilities that allow for visual checks of all steps of the analysis. Ms. Fordham received her B.S. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988.

Mr. Fabiszak, Software Engineer has over ten years of professional programming experience in C, C++, PASCAL, FORTRAN, VB, and SAS. Mr. Fabiszak joined Itron as a Programmer in early 1990. His primary responsibility is to implement the conceptual program design. Mr. Fabiszak is responsible for managing complex data structures, implementing custom user interfaces, implementing custom file formats, and developing graphics routines. His expertise is in graphical presentation of user data and program results. He has experience writing compilers, which has resulted in software that can accept user-defined equations. This feature has been incorporated into all the energy-analysis software. Mr. Fabiszak is one of the lead programmers on MetrixND. Mr. Fabiszak has also had extensive experience in commercial energy analysis, including design and implementation of stock accounting algorithms, technology choice models, decision models, and user-defined equations. He was the lead programmer for EPRI's COMMEND and INFORM and assisted with the development of REEPS. He was also instrumental in providing user support and training. Mr. James Lischio is a Senior Software Engineer with Itron. After receiving B.S. degrees in Biology and Computer Science from California State University Bakersfield, Mr. Lischio worked on several project providing custom software used by major companies in the oil and gas industry. Most recently, as a member of a small development team, he worked on an application responsible for forecasting and maintaining inventories for the downstream petroleum markets for the US, Canada, and Europe. Since joining the Itron development team in 2006, Mr. Lischio has contributed to the Load Research and Unbilled Energy Modeling products. Prior experience in Crystal Reports and SQL/PL SQL provided a solid foundation for work on the Load Research reporting modules and data imports/exports, while at the same time becoming familiar with the database tables and relationships used by the applications. Once comfortable with the existing database model, Mr. Lischio became involved in the development of new features, including user interface development, business logic development, as well as database design and feature documentation. In the area of user interface development, Mr. Lischio implemented the "Search Folder" feature, allowing users to better organize their data into meaningful subcategories based on a hard-coded list of items or a user-specified query. The "Channel Aggregration" feature was an enhancement to the business logic and data model implemented by Mr. Lischio to allow users to combine data from two or more channels into a user-defined channel which can be viewed and analyzed using the Load Research application.

Mr. Jeffrey Fordham is a Senior Principal Engineer with Itron with over 9 years of experience in the Energy Forecasting industry. He has experience with a variety of programming languages including C#, Visual C++, Java, Visual Basic, ColdFusion, Transact SQL and PL/SQL. Mr. Fordham's primary responsibilities are the developing of internet, database, and client/server applications that access a variety of backend database servers, including Oracle, and MS SQL Server. Mr. Quan is a Principal Forecast Consultant with Itron's Forecasting Division. Since joining Itron in 1997, Mr. Quan has specialized in energy forecasting and mathematical modeling. Mr. Quan has developed and implemented several automated forecasting systems to predict next day system demand, load profiles, and retail consumption for companies throughout the United States and Canada. Examples of this work include a short-term forecasting system for the Midwest ISO, , a retail system for TXU , and a load profiling system for ERCOT. These systems combine sophisticated econometric modeling with easy-to-use interfaces.

Ms. Paige Schaefer is a Marketing Coordinator and Senior Forecast Analyst at Itron. As Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for marketing forecasting products and services along with conceiving, designing, and implementing forecasting campaigns. Ms. Schaefer also develops content and is responsible for the maintenance of Itron's forecasting subsections of the website. Proficient in HTML, she also provides support for web-based projects, including internet surveys and other web design projects. As a member of the software development teams, she provides product development management, graphical, documentation, and technical support for the MetrixND, MetrixIDR and MetrixLT products. In the role of Senior Forecast Analyst, Ms. Schaefer has extensive experience in residential sector end-use data analysis and modeling. She has performed data analysis implementations for numerous utilities around the country and has assisted in the development of national end-use forecasts using REEPS. Ms. Schaefer also has widespread knowledge in the areas of mail, telephone, and internet-based surveys. Ms. Schaefer is co-founder of Itron's Energy Forecasting Group (EFG), which provides technical support for EPRI's end-use models (REEPS, COMMEND, and INFORM), end-use data development, and an annual meeting for discussing end-use modeling and forecasting issues. Ms. Schaefer received a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Marketing.

Mr. Richard Simons is a Senior Consultant with Itron's Forecasting Division. Since joining Itron in 2000, Mr. Simons has developed and implemented numerous day-ahead forecasting systems for electricity and natural gas clients, including NRG Energy, Vectren, PSEG, PPL, and Consolidated Edison. Mr. Simons has also implemented long-term electricity forecasting/weather-variance/reporting system for multiple utilities, including Ameren, PPL, NStar, National Grid, Orlando Utilities Commission, and Tampa Electric. Mr. Simons has worked with municipal water utilities to develop forecasting and analysis solutions. Mr. Simons has developed several customized applications for forecasting revenues, managing bills, and estimating unbilled sales. Mr. Simons conducts several of Itron's forecasting workshops and customized training sessions. His breadth of experience includes both short-term and long-term forecasting, regulated and deregulated markets, statistical analysis, and the technical aspects of database applications, all of which make him ideally suited to teaching practical solutions to complicated forecasting problems. Prior to joining Itron, Mr. Simons was an Economist with the Energy Services Department of WEFA, Inc. (now Global Insight). During his three years at WEFA, Mr. Simons' work consisted of long-term forecasting of both natural gas and electricity markets. Additionally, his work at WEFA involved consulting projects for natural gas pipelines, electric utilities, and industry groups. As a graduate student, Mr. Simons focused on the economic benefits of land conservation. His work was published in the Agricultural and Resource Economics Review. Mr. Simons received his B.A. in Economics, as well as Environmental Analysis & Policy, from Boston University. He received his M.S. in Resource Administration & Management from the University of New Hampshire.

Gary E. Pruitt (age 58) was appointed as a director by the board of directors effective October 1, 2006. Mr. Pruitt's term as a director expires in 2011.
