Dr. Michael Silverman has almost 30 years of experience in technology development and management, including the commercialization and marketing of new technologies. His most recent position was with Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR), where he was VP of Petrochemicals, responsible for all aspects of the petrochemicals technology portfolio. He previously directed KBR's Technology Centre and was Manager of Technology Development for Stone & Webster.

Gordon Lancaster, a Canadian Chartered Accountant, is a senior executive with extensive domestic and international corporate experience, in fields including equity and debt financings, regulatory compliance, acquisitions and integration, legal, risk management and taxation. Mr. Lancaster was with leading global accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP for 20 years, including five years as a partner. He also has more than 20 years' experience in senior financial positions with a variety of private and public firms, serving as Chief Financial Officer for First City Group, Vancouver International Airport Authority, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. and Power Measurement Inc.

Ed Veith is a petroleum engineer with 23 years of experience in the oil industry. Over his career, he has specialized in the reservoir management of enhanced and improved oil recovery projects, including significant experience in thermal heavy oil recovery operations in California. Mr. Veith was formerly President of Insight Energy LLC, where he evaluated major oil fields for acquisition and joint ventures, and also was with Aera Energy LLC, where he was responsible for the heavy oil development in California's Belridge, Cymric and McKittrick Oil Fields. He also has worked in a variety of engineering and leadership roles for Williams Brothers Engineering Co. and Bechtel Petroleum Operations, Inc.

Gerald Moench is President and Director of Sunwing Energy Ltd., Ivanhoe Energy's China-focused subsidiary. Gerald was a consultant in Indonesia and New Zealand in the mid-1990s, and before that was General Manager of Santos Petroleum (Seram) Ltd. His 31 years' experience in the oil and gas industry has included drilling and completion operations in Canada, Indonesia, Australia and China.

Ian Barnett, a former Ensyn Group Inc. Director, investor and consultant, first initiated his investment in Ensyn in 1996. Ian is a Director and co-founder of Heptagon Investments Ltd., a private investment company focused on development stage technology companies. He has over 25 years of experience in investment and international banking, including positions with UBS in London, England and The Toronto-Dominion Bank in Latin America.

Neil Malpiede is a mechanical engineer with 36 years experience in international drilling and production operations. He was formally with Occidental Petroleum in charge of production engineering for the development of the Piper and Claymore Fields in the North Sea and petroleum engineering manager for the development of the Idd el Shargi Field in Qatar and numerous other fields in Latin America and Asia. Most recently Mr. Malpiede was manager of business development for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects with Occidental Petroleum. He has broad experience with offshore operations, subsea completions, long reach horizontal drilling and multilateral completions.

Robert Pirraglia is an engineer and attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the development of energy projects and projects employing innovative technologies. Robert Pirraglia currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Ensyn Corporation. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Ensyn Group Inc starting in 1996 and became its Chief Operating Officer in 1998. Prior to joining Ensyn, in addition to being a founder of Montenay Power Corporation and serving as Chief Operating Officer of Biomedical Waste Systems, Inc , he provided management and business consulting services to various U.S., Canadian and European companies.

From 1986 to 1995 Mr. Downey was President and CEO of Credit Union Central of Canada, the national trade association and national liquidity facility for all credit unions in Canada. Today, its 500 credit unions and affiliated caisses populaires have combined assets of over $95 billion and serve almost 5 million members. Mr. Downey went on to become a partner and the CEO of Lending Solutions, Inc. a full-service loan call centre located in the U.S. whose clients are primarily U.S. and Canadian financial institutions.

J. Steven Rhodes is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Claiborne-Rhodes, Inc., a Los Angeles-based investment company. Prior to joining Claiborne-Rhodes in 2001, Mr. Rhodes was a Senior Vice-President with First Southwest Company, a large investment banking firm based in Dallas, Texas. From 1981 to 1985, he worked at The White House in various positions, including Chief Domestic Advisor to then Vice President George Bush. He also has held senior management positions with William E. Simon & Sons Municipal Securities, Inc. and Smith Barney Harris Upham & Company, Inc.

Dr. Robert Graham is Chairman, CEO and President of Ensyn Corporation. Dr. Graham has been working on the commercial development of the RTP(tm) biomass refining and petroleum upgrading technologies since the early 1980's. This work culminated in the development of commercial RTP applications in the late 1980's in the wood industry, and the establishment of Ensyn Renewables Inc. to capitalize on commercial projects for this business. In 1997, Dr. Graham initiated the application of this commercial RTP technology in the petroleum industry.
