An accomplished high-tech executive, Atul Bhatnagar is responsible for Ixia's day-to-day operations and is intimately involved with strategy and long-term business planning. Atul brings more than 20 years of experience in the computing and communications industry. Most recently, Atul led product development at a leading mobile to mobile convergence startup, DiVitas Networks, focusing on WiFi and Cellular seamless convergence. Prior to that, Atul served as vice president and general manager of the Enterprise Data Networks Division of Nortel. At Nortel, Atul's business unit was responsible for the design and marketing of a full range of Ethernet switches, security solutions, WLAN mobility solutions, Metro Ethernet technologies and enterprise routers. Atul came to Nortel through its acquisition of Alteon Web Systems in October 2000, where he was vice president of Advanced WebSwitching Products, creating next generation WebSwitches and security acceleration products. Prior to joining Alteon Web Systems, Atul worked at Hewlett-Packard for almost 15 years where he held several general management assignments in North America and Asia. He led the creation of OSS and BSS solutions for Wireless Service Providers based on HP's OpenView Architecture. His team was also responsible for HP-UX networking services for all HP-UX based workstations and minicomputers. Mr. Bhatnagar holds a MSEE from the University of New Mexico and a BSEE from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

A savvy financial executive, Tom Miller joined Ixia in March of 2000 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for finance and investor relations. Tom's experience with corporate finances stretches over more than 25 years, Tom cut his teeth in the world of finance as a Certified Public Accountant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He later moved into management - first serving as controller of Financial Operations at Emulex Corporation, a leading provider of Fibre Channel solutions, and later as director of Finance for CoCensys, a publicly traded biotech company until it was acquired in late 1999. Tom received his BA degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from the University of Southern California.

An accomplished high tech executive focused on operational excellence, Vic oversees engineering, product strategy, product development, partnership and marketing activities for Ixia worldwide. Vic joined Ixia in 2004 as vice president of Engineering. Prior to that, Vic was senior director of Engineering at SAP, a publicly traded enterprise software company. Vic honed his entrepreneurial skills as a co-founder and vice president of Engineering for two successful enterprise software companies that were later sold to Computer Associates and Oracle Corporation. Before starting those two companies, Vic rose through the ranks at Oracle in the RDBMS and PLSQL group. Vic received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Anupam Sahai is responsible for leading marketing and strategic business planning at Ixia. His goal is to help expand Ixia's leadership in the currently emerging fields of network convergence testing, converged applications such as triple-play/IPTV, converged network monitoring, and to help identify other potential new areas of growth. Anupam brings 19 years' experience in high tech to Ixia, which he joined in 2008. Prior to joining Ixia, he served as senior director and general manager, Software Products and Applications for the Voice division at Polycom Inc. Previous positions included various senior management roles at Microsoft, Silicon Graphics Inc., and Hewlett Packard. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself through his ability to identify new business and growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, lead the rapid development of innovative products and rapidly bring these products to market. Anupam holds undergraduate degrees and a master's of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India, and a master's of science degree in Management and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He holds several patents in the area of networking, Internet technologies, and multimedia.

Maik Lankau is responsible for Ixia's global sales initiative focused on the large carrier marketplace. Maik, who joined Ixia in February 2008, has a wealth of experience in developing successful sales organizations. Previously, he served as senior vice president, Worldwide Sales and Marketing, for Allied Telesys International, a global provider of secure Ethernet/IP access solutions. Prior to that, he managed business units specializing in IP transport technologies and wireless core infrastructures at Allied and several other companies. Walker is responsible for driving Ixia's quality assurance, release management, productivity tools, and technical publications initiatives. Walker joined Ixia in June of 2003 as senior director of Engineering Operations and was promoted to vice president of Engineering Operations in April of 2004.
