Richard S. Ressler has been Chairman of the Board and a director since 1997 and served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2000, serving in each of these capacities pursuant to a consulting agreement between the Company and Orchard Capital Corporation ("Orchard Capital"). Mr. Ressler is the founder and President of Orchard Capital, a firm that provides investment capital and advice to companies (including j2 Global) in which Orchard Capital or its affiliates invest. He has been President of Orchard Capital since 1994. Mr. Ressler is a Co-Founder and Principal of CIM Group, Inc. (a real estate investor and manager). Mr. Ressler is a Co-Founder and Chairman of Orchard First Source Asset Management, LLC (a debt investor and manager). Mr. Ressler also serves as a board member for various private companies.

Prior to taking his current position at j2 Global in June 2001, Zohar served as j2 Global's Chief Information Officer since 1997. He is also a managing director of Orchard Telecom, Inc., a telecommunications consulting company. From 1987 to 1995, Zohar was the general manager and part owner of Life Alert, a nationwide emergency response service.

Jeff joined j2 Global in 2000, after practicing corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions law for seven years with Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, PLC, Detroit's oldest and largest law firm. Jeff attended the University of Michigan law school and is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Michigan.

Ken joined j2 Global in 2001, and has responsibility for Customer Service and Creative Services. Prior to joining j2 Global, Ken was Vice President & General Manager for OnSite Access Texas, an integrated communications provider serving over 600 buildings within North America. Previous positions included executive management positions at Telmark Technologies where he was President and WorldCom where he served as Vice President for Consumer Markets, Vice President Marketing, and Vice President for Service Operations.

Mike joined j2 Global in 2000 with the acquisition of eFax, where he held management positions in Sales, Marketing, and Product Development since 1997. Mike currently manages the Company's Web marketing organization and overseas its international expansion. Prior to this, Mike was the VP of Product Marketing, with responsibilities including product development. Before joining j2 Global, Mike served as VP Business Development for Digital Media International, a developer of entertainment and educational software.

An 18-year veteran of the Human Resources Management field, Patty joined j2 Global in May 1999. After 12 years at Warner Bros. Inc., where she was the Manager of Operations, Worldwide for a staff of 350+, she moved to a position as Director of Operations and Human Resources for NewStar Media, Inc., prior to joining j2 Global.

An 18-year veteran of the Human Resources Management field, Patty joined j2 Global in May 1999. After 12 years at Warner Bros. Inc., where she was the Manager of Operations, Worldwide for a staff of 350+, she moved to a position as Director of Operations and Human Resources for NewStar Media, Inc., prior to joining j2 Global. Mr. Dolan joined j2 Global in 2004 to oversee the sales and marketing efforts of the Company's enterprise service offerings. Prior to his j2 Global appointment, Tom served two years as senior vice president of global sales for ETT, a London-based network services integration company. Before that, he spent nearly six years at Tele Media International (TMI), the international arm of Telecom Italia. There, he worked in a variety of management roles, including director of sales and marketing for North America and Asia/Pacific. Previously, Tom was based in London as managing director of TMI's U.K. and Portugal regions. Before TMI, Tom worked as a senior strategic account manager for SkyTel. Prior to SkyTel, Tom spent seven years at British Telecom/MCI in various account executive and global account management roles.

John F. Rieley is a co-founder and has been a director of j2 Global since 1995. From December 1995 when j2 Global was founded until March 1997, he held various offices with j2 Global. Between March 1997 and December 2004, Mr. Rieley provided consulting services to j2 Global under an agreement between j2 Global and Boardrush Media LLC, of which he is the President, and in January 2006, Mr. Rieley individually entered into a consultancy agreement with j2 Global. Mr. Rieley has managed, marketed and consulted on other projects in the media field, the airline industry and in public affairs including as President of Flasher Factory, Inc.

Douglas Y. Bech has served as a director of j2 Global since November 2000. From August 1988 through November 2000, he served as a director of eFax.com. Since August 1997, Mr. Bech has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Raintree Resorts International, Inc., a company that owns and operates luxury vacation ownership resorts. Mr. Bech was a founding partner of and, since August 1994, has served as a Managing Director of Raintree Capital, LLC, a merchant banking firm. Prior to his present position, Mr. Bech practiced law, most recently from October 1994 to October 1997 as a partner with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P. Mr. Bech currently serves on the board of Frontier Oil Corporation.

Michael P. Schulhof has been a director of j2 Global since 1997. Mr. Schulhof is a private investor in the media, communications and entertainment industry and the Chief Executive Officer of Global Technology Investments, LLC. From 1993 to 1996, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sony Corporation of America. Mr. Schulhof is a trustee of the New York University Medical Center and the Brookings Institution.

Robert J. Cresci, age 64. Mr. Cresci has served as a member of the Board of Directors since December 1996. He has been a Managing Director of Pecks Management Partners Ltd., an investment management firm, since September 1990. Mr. Cresci currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Sepracor Inc., Aviva Petroleum Ltd., j2 Global Communications, Inc., Candlewood Hotel Co., Inc., SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc., and several private companies. Mr. Cresci received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and received his M.B.A. in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

W. Brian Kretzmer was elected to j2 Global's Board of Directors in July 2007. He is currently an investor in several private firms where he serves in multiple capacities. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Kretzmer was Chief Executive Officer of MAI Systems Corporation (which operated principally through its subsidiary Hotel Information Systems), a provider of enterprise management solutions for lodging organizations. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of MAI Systems Corporation from 1999 to 2000.
