Mr. Stout, age 53, has been President, Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline, with responsibility for global pharmaceutical operations, since January 2003. Prior to that, he served as President, U.S. Pharmaceuticals from 1999 to January 2003. He served as Senior Vice President and Director, Sales and Marketing-U.S., for SmithKline Beecham from October 1996 until 1998. Mr. Stout was President of Schering Laboratories, a division of Schering-Plough Corporation, from 1994 until 1996. He held various executive and sales and marketing positions with Schering-Plough from 1979, when he joined the company, until 1994. Mr. Stout has been an Airgas director since 1999.

Kathleen A. Walters has served as a Director of the Company since July 2005. Walters is Group President - U.S. Retail Tissue and International Consumer Products at Georgia-Pacific Corp. She had been President of the North American Commercial Business for Georgia-Pacific Corp. since 2004. Before joining Georgia-Pacific, Walters served as President and CEO of Sappi Fine Paper North America from 2002 to 2004. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1973 and joined Scott Paper Company in 1978, performing in a variety of financial and business management roles for 17 years. After Scott Paper was acquired by Kimberly-Clark Corp. in 1995, Walters spent six years with Kimberly-Clark, primarily as President. William D. Muir, Jr. was named Senior Vice President, Regional President - Asia in September 2004. He recently served as Vice President, Global Business Units from November 2002. Bill joined Jabil in 1992 as a Quality Engineer, has served in management positions in Florida and Michigan, and also served as Senior Director of Operations for Florida, Michigan, Guadalajara, and Chihuahua. Bill was promoted to Vice President, Operations-Americas in February 2001. In 1992, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Florida.
John P. Lovato was named Senior Vice President, Europe in September 2004. John joined Jabil in 1990 as Business Unit Manager; he has also served as General Manager of Jabil's California operation. In 1999 John was named Vice President, Global Business Units and in November of 2002 he was name Senior Vice President, Business Development.
Timothy L. Main has served as Chief Executive Officer of Jabil since September 2000, as President since January 1999 and as a director since October 1999. He joined Jabil in April 1987 as a Production Control Manager, was promoted to Operations Manager in September 1987, to Project Manager in July 1989, to Vice President Business Development in May 1991, and to Senior Vice President, Business Development in August 1996. Prior to joining Jabil, Main was a commercial lending officer, international division for the National Bank of Detroit. David was named Chief Information Officer in August 2007.
David joined Jabil in 1995 in our Auburn Hills, Michigan plant. He has served in both Business Unit Management and Operations roles within the United States and Asia; most recently as Vice President, Tools, Systems and Training. Prior to Jabil, David held positions in manufacturing and engineering at General Motors Corporation - Delco Chassis, Mazda Motor Manufacturing (USA) and Ford Motor Company.
David earned a B.S. Electrical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute and a MBA from the University of Michigan.
Forbes I. J. Alexander was named Chief Financial Officer in September 2004. Most recently he served as Treasurer since November 1996.
Forbes joined Jabil in 1993 as Controller of our Scottish operation and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer in April 1996. Prior to joining Jabil, Forbes was Financial Controller of Tandy Electronics European Manufacturing Operations in Scotland and has held various financial positions with Hewlett Packard and Apollo Computer.
Forbes is a Chartered Management Accountant.
He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Dundee College, Scotland.
Mark T. Mondello was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2002.
Mark joined Jabil Circuit in 1992 as Production Line Supervisor.
He was promoted to Project Manager in 1993 and was named Vice President, Business Development in 1997 and has served as Senior Vice President, Business Development since January 1999.
Prior to Jabil, Mondello served as project manager on commercial and defense-related aerospace programs for Moog, Inc.
Mondello holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Hartmut Liebel was named Vice President, Global Services and promoted to President, Jabil Global Services (JGS), in October 2004. Liebel joined Jabil as Executive Vice President in July 2002, responsible for Jabil's Global Services division and was named Chief Operating Officer in October 2003. Edwards joined Jabil as Manufacturing Manager of its Michigan facility in July 1988 and was promoted to Operations Manager of the Florida facility in July 1989.
Ms. Walters has served as a director of Jabil since January 2005.
Beginning in 2004, Ms. Walters has had a variety of roles with Georgia-Pacific Corp., and is currently the Executive Vice President of the Global Consumer Products Group for Georgia-Pacific LLC with responsibility for the company’s consumer and business to business packaged goods businesses worldwide.
