William D. Muir, Jr. was named Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, EMS Division in September 2007. Bill recently served as Senior Vice President, Regional President - Asia from September 2004. He also served as Vice President, Global Business Units from November 2002. Bill joined Jabil in 1992 as a Quality Engineer, has served in management positions in Florida and Michigan, and also served as Senior Director of Operations for Florida, Michigan, Guadalajara, and Chihuahua. Bill was promoted to Vice President, Operations-Americas in February 2001. In 1992, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Florida.

John P. Lovato was named Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, Consumer Division in September 2007. Lovato joined Jabil in 1990 as Business Unit Manager; he has also served as General Manager of Jabil's California operation. In 1999 Lovato was named Vice President, Global Business Units was subsequently named Senior Vice President, Business Development in 2004. Most recently, John served as Senior Vice President, Europe. Before joining Jabil, John held various positions at Texas Instruments. He holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada.

Timothy L. Main (age 51) has served as Chief Executive Officer of Jabil since September 2000, as President since January 1999 and as a director since October 1999. He joined Jabil in April 1987 as a Production Control Manager, was promoted to Operations Manager in September 1987, to Project Manager in July 1989, to Vice President Business Development in May 1991, and to Senior Vice President, Business Development in August 1996. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Main was a commercial lending officer, international division for the National Bank of Detroit. Mr. Main has earned a B.S. from Michigan State University and Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

David was named Chief Information Officer in August 2007. David joined Jabil in 1995 in our Auburn Hills, Michigan plant. He has served in both Business Unit Management and Operations roles within the United States and Asia; most recently as Vice President, Tools, Systems and Training. Prior to Jabil, David held positions in manufacturing and engineering at General Motors Corporation - Delco Chassis, Mazda Motor Manufacturing (USA) and Ford Motor Company. David earned a B.S. Electrical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute and a MBA from the University of Michigan.

Forbes I. J. Alexander was named Chief Financial Officer in September 2004. Most recently he served as Treasurer since November 1996. Forbes joined Jabil in 1993 as Controller of our Scottish operation and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer in April 1996. Prior to joining Jabil, Forbes was Financial Controller of Tandy Electronics European Manufacturing Operations in Scotland and has held various financial positions with Hewlett Packard and Apollo Computer. Forbes is a Chartered Management Accountant. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Dundee College, Scotland.

Mark T. Mondello was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2002. Mark joined Jabil Circuit in 1992 as Production Line Supervisor. He was promoted to Project Manager in 1993 and was named Vice President, Business Development in 1997 and has served as Senior Vice President, Business Development since January 1999. Prior to Jabil, Mondello served as project manager on commercial and defense-related aerospace programs for Moog, Inc. Mondello holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Hartmut Liebel was named Vice President, Global Services and promoted to President, Jabil Global Services (JGS), in October 2004. Liebel joined Jabil as Executive Vice President in July 2002, responsible for Jabil's Global Services division and was named Chief Operating Officer in October 2003. Prior to joining Jabil, he served as Director of Business Development at Artesyn Technologies, a leading supplier of power conversion products and communications subsystems. He has also held positions as Assistant Treasurer of W.R. Grace, and as Vice President-Capital Markets at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Liebel holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Joseph A. McGee was named Senior Vice President, Global Business Units in September 2004. Most recently, Joe was Vice President, Global Business Units from October 2000.

Edwards joined Jabil as Manufacturing Manager of its Michigan facility in July 1988 and was promoted to Operations Manager of the Florida facility in July 1989.

Ms. Walters has served as a director of Jabil since January 2005. Beginning in 2004, Ms. Walters has had a variety of roles with Georgia-Pacific Corp., and is currently the Executive Vice President of the Global Consumer Products Group for Georgia-Pacific LLC with responsibility for the company’s consumer and business to business packaged goods businesses worldwide. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1973 and joined Scott Paper Company in 1978, performing in a variety of financial and business management roles for 17 years. After Scott Paper was acquired by Kimberly-Clark Corp. in 1995, Ms. Walters spent six years with Kimberly-Clark, primarily as President of its away-from-home business in Europe. Before joining Georgia-Pacific, Ms. Walters served as President and CEO of Sappi Fine Paper North America from 2002 to 2004. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration degree (specializing in finance) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Fred holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

James C. Luginbill was named Vice President, Global Business Unit, in March 2005. He joined Jabil in 1998 as a Business Unit Director and was promoted to Senior Business Unit Director in 2000. Luginbill has successfully managed the growth and globalization of one of Jabil's major accounts. Prior to Jabil, Luginbill held various manufacturing positions with Hewlett-Packard's Printer Group with management responsibilities for Engineering and Product Development and Support. Luginbill holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.

Jeffrey J. Lumetta was named Vice President, Business & Technology Development in September 2004. From November 2000 to September 2004 he served as Vice President, Jabil Technology Services. Lumetta joined Jabil in 1986 as a Design Engineer, and was promoted to Manager, Design Engineering at the Florida facility in 1994. He served as Vice President, Design Services from November 1996 to November 2000. Lumetta holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

John Woodburn was named Vice President, Global Business Units, in March 2006 and has had responsibility for the Nokia business unit since 2002.

Mike was named Vice President of Operations-Americas in February 2006. Mike joined Jabil in 2000 as Operations Manager of Cisco Direct fulfillment, has served as Operations Manager of Jabil's San Jose, CA plant, and most recently was the Senior Director of Operations for Mexico. Prior to Jabil, Mike served in the United States Submarine Force where his final assignment was as Commanding Officer of the USS Hampton (SSN 767), a Los Angeles class fast attack nuclear submarine. Mike earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Otto Joined Jabil in November 2002 with the acquisition of the Philips Contract Manufacturing Services (PCMS). In May 2003 he took on the role of Regional Controller Europe.

Patrick A. Evans was named Vice President, Global Business Units in September 2004. Evans joined Jabil in 1989 and served as a Business Unit Director overseeing a global account and held other manufacturing related positions. Following this role he served as Senior Director Asia Pacific Business Development overseeing business activity in China and Malaysia and started Jabil's operations in Japan. He was promoted to Vice President, Business Development Asia Pacific from April 2001. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Tampa College.

Robert L. Paver joined Jabil Circuit as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 1997. Prior to working for Jabil, Paver was a practicing attorney with the law firm of Holland & Knight in St. Petersburg, Fla. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Stetson University College of Law since 1985. Paver holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.

Kathleen A. Walters has served as a Director of the Company since July 2005. Walters is Group President - U.S. Retail Tissue and International Consumer Products at Georgia-Pacific Corp. She had been President of the North American Commercial Business for Georgia-Pacific Corp. since 2004. Before joining Georgia-Pacific, Walters served as President and CEO of Sappi Fine Paper North America from 2002 to 2004. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1973 and joined Scott Paper Company in 1978, performing in a variety of financial and business management roles for 17 years. After Scott Paper was acquired by Kimberly-Clark Corp. in 1995, Walters spent six years with Kimberly-Clark, primarily as President. She holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University and a master's of business administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Laurence S. Grafstein was elected as a Director of the Company in April 2002. Grafstein has been Managing Director and Head of Global Telecommunications at the investment banking firm of Lazard Freres & Co. LLC since July 2001. From 1996-1999, Grafstein headed the international telecommunications practice at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Murphy is an independent business consultant focusing on mergers and acquisition related matters and has served as a director of Jabil since September 1989 and as an independent consultant to Jabil from September 1997 until February 2004. From March 1992 until September 1997, Mr. Murphy served as a director of Core Industries, a diversified conglomerate where he held various executive level positions since 1981, including Executive Vice President and Secretary. Prior to joining Core Industries, Mr. Murphy was a practicing attorney at the law firm of Bassey, Selesko, Couzens & Murphy, P.C. and a certified public accountant with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Murphy is currently a member of the Board of Advisors for Baker Financial, a financial consulting services firm and the McCoig Group, a privately-held ready-mix concrete company based in Michigan.
