Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.

Mr. Martin, age 58, has served in various senior and executive positions with the Company since joining it in 1994. He was promoted to President of the Company in July 2002 and Chief Executive Officer in April 2006.

Mr. McMahon joined the Company in April 2007 through the acquisition of Edwards and Kelcey, Inc. Mr. McMahon served in various senior management roles with Edwards and Kelcey since first joining them in 1991, most recently as chairman and chief executive officer from 1999 to 2007. Prior to joining Jacobs in 2006, Mr. Stewart was chairman and chief executive officer of Mobile Energy Services Company, an industrial energy company and supplier from 2000 to 2005. Prior to joining Jacobs in 2004, Ms. Summers served as corporate vice president of compensation, benefits and executive development for Northrop Grumman Corporation from January 2000 to April 2003. Prior to joining Jacobs in 2008, Ms. Carmody served as the Chief Information Officer for SAIC Inc. from August 2003 to April 2008.

He is a structural engineer for Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., and is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where he currently holds a seat on the national communications committee. He's a member of the Ferguson chapter of PROUD - People Reaching Out for Unity and Diversity; before being appointed to the Council, he served on the Ferguson Planning Commission. James' participation in community activities led him to winning a 2002 'Yes I Can' Special Achiever Award by the St. Louis Sentinel newspaper, and he was also awarded the ASCE Zone III Citizen Engineer Award for his efforts in the engineering and public community. He was appointed to the committee in June 2007 after the resignation of Mr. James Hines.

Noel G. Watson Director since 1986 Chairman of the Board Biography: Mr. Watson, age 71, has been with the Company since 1965 and was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1992 until April 2006. He was also the President of the Company from 1987 until 2002.

Dave graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in economics and an M.B.A. in finance. He is Chairman of Housing Capital Company and a Trustee at the University of Oregon. He sits on the Board of Directors of Jacobs Engineering (NYSE), where he serves on the audit committee, and on the Board of Directors of Finelite, Inc. Before starting Housing Capital Company, Dave was Vice Chairman of Wells Fargo and Company.

Edward V. Fritzky has served as a director of the Company since July 1998. He served as a director and advisor to Amgen Corporation from July 2002 to May 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Immunex Corporation from January 1994 to July 2002. Mr. Fritzky is also a director of Sonosite, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. Mr. Fritzky served as President of Lederle Laboratories, a division of American Cyanamid, from 1992 to 1994, and as Vice President of Lederle Laboratories from 1989 to 1992. Prior to joining Lederle Laboratories, Mr. Fritzky was an executive of Searle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a subsidiary of the Monsanto Company. During his tenure at Searle, Mr. Fritzky was Vice President of Marketing in the United States, and later President and General Manager of Searle Canada, Inc. and Lorex Pharmaceuticals, a joint venture company. Mr. Fritzky served as a Trustee of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Mr. Fritzky holds a B.A. from Duquesne University and is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Program, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

John F. Coyne is president and chief executive officer of Western Digital. He is a member of WD’s board of directors, has been president since June 2006 and became CEO in January 2007. Coyne has dedicated the majority of his career to WD, serving the company in many capacities around the globe. John F. Coyne has been a director since October 2006. He joined us in 1983 and has served in various executive capacities. From November 2002 until June 2005, Mr. Coyne served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations, from June 2005 until November 2005, he served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations, and from November 2005 until June 2006, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Effective June 2006, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer. In January 2007, he became President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Coyne is also a director of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.

John P. Jumper Director since 2007 Independent Committee Membership: Nominating and Corporate Governance Biography: General Jumper, age 62, retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2005 after a distinguished 39-year military career. In his last position as Chief of Staff, he served as the senior military officer in the Air Force leading more than 700,000 military, civilian, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve men and women and administering annual budgets in excess of $100 billion. As a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Jumper provided military advice to the Secretary of Defense, the National Security Council, and the President. During his career, he served as Commander, Air Combat Command; commanded U.S. Air Forces in Europe; served as Senior Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense; and commanded an F-16 fighter squadron and two fighter wings. General Jumper holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Military Institute. General Jumper currently serves on the Board of Directors of various companies, including Goodrich Corporation and TechTeam Global, Inc.

Robert C. Davidson, Jr. Director since 2001 Independent Financially Literate (per Section 393A.07(a), NYSE listing standards) Committee Membership: Human Resource and Compensation Committee Biography: Mr. Davidson, age 62, is retired. From 1978 to October 2007, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Surface Protection Industries, Inc., a company that provides surface protection products and services worldwide. He serves as a member of the Boards of Morehouse College, Fulcrum Venture Capital Corporation, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Broadway Federal Bank, f.s.b., and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Advisory Council.

Thomas M. T. Niles Director since 2003 Independent Committee Membership: Nominating and Corporate Governance Biography: Mr. Niles, age 68, is Vice Chairman of United States Council for International Business (USCIB), a company working with its international affiliates to promote open markets and freer trade around the world. He was President of USCIB from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Niles was formerly U.S. Ambassador to Canada (1985-1989), U.S. Ambassador to the European Union (1989-1991), Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Canada (1991-1993), and Ambassador to Greece (1993-1997).
