George DiGrandi has over 27 years experience in accounting, finance, information technology and business development. Prior to joining JGI, George was the founder and CEO of Premier Consulting Group, a professional services company delivering implementation, development and integration services in support of enterprise applications for middle market companies. Before that he was Vice President of Shared Services at the Thomson Corporation providing both accounting and information technology services throughout the organization. In addition he has held numerous accounting positions at Fortune 500 companies. George holds a BS in Accounting, an MBA in Finance from New York University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Jeff has over ten years of diversified accounting and finance experience. During the last 6 years with JGI, Jeff has focused on the detail and day-to-day accounting function of JGI while assisting the CEO with a strategy to return the Company to profitability. Jeff has been involved in securing a round of venture capital as well as maintaining relationships with the Company's primary lenders. Budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, internal and external reporting and overseeing Accounting, HR and IT are also part of Jeff's responsibilities. Jeff earned his CPA in 2000 and received his BS in Business Administration/Accounting from Montclair State University in January 1995.

A Senior Practice Director with over 20 years of experience performing and managing Strategy, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Systems Development projects specializing in human resource/payroll and financial systems. Ken has an outstanding track record in the selling, managing and delivering of consulting services. Ken joined JGI in 1995 to develop and run an ADP-focused division called HR21. That division is one of JGI most successful practices, and today HR21 is one of ADP's Premier Service Partners.

Pete received his Masters of Science from Abilene Christian University in Texas. He spent the next 12 years achieving expertise in MIS and Professional Services environments. In 1997, he founded Vortex3, a professional services company that provides IT/Web Services, Custom Application Development, and Information Security Solutions for small to medium companies. In 1999, he co-founded Crystal LOGIX, a Business Intelligence Professional Services company that focuses on Enterprise Reporting Services and Solutions for various sizes of companies. Pete's companies merged into the JGI footprint in March of 2005. Pete enjoys spending time with his family, golf and relaxing by the beach.

Tom Zydel has over 27 years experience in enterprise-level sales, sales management, and marketing, specializing in advanced application and development tools and services. Prior to joining JGI, Mr. Zydel was a cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of CS Strategies, Inc. Mr. Zydel was Director of Eastern Region sales for ReportSmith Inc. There, he played an integral role on the management team that successfully brought one of the first Windows-based decision support products to market. Prior to joining ReportSmith, Inc., Mr. Zydel was Eastern Region Sales Manager for Viewpoint Systems, Inc., a provider of graphical interface development tools. There, he was responsible for managing reseller relationships throughout the Eastern United States. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Zydel worked at Information Science, Inc., a provider of mainframe-based Payroll and Human Resources application software, rising from the position of Account Manager to District Sales Manager and then to Regional Sales Vice President. From 1980 to 1985, he served as Account Manager at Burroughs Corporation (now Unisys).

Bob Crouse has over 27 years of experience as a proven Senior Executivewith a diversified background in leading Strategic Initiatives to success in transition driven environments. Currently, he is heading up the Business Consulting Services Practice for Janis Group Inc., HR21 Division. Prior to that, he led the growing Business Consulting Practice of AG Consulting (ADP National Accounts Professional Services) with a focus on HR "business integration". Mr. Crouse has strong practitioner business skills in the areas of business strategy, process redesign, performance metrics, organizational design / shared services delivery models and transition management.

Rosemarie Berman has over 17 years of experience in the job placement industry, with over 15 years experience in IT recruiting. Prior to joining JGI, Ms. Berman was Director of Staffing Services at CS Strategies, Inc., where she established CS Strategies' employee and consultant recruiting division. Ms. Berman was the Director of Career Services for The Chubb Institute, a division of Chubb Computer Services, a top-rated computer programming training organization. There, she was an integral part of the school's management team and successfully ran the technical institute's graduate job placement department. Previously, Ms. Berman was Director of Graduate Services for Dover Business College, a technical school offering on-site training in computer programming, networking, and business. There, she was responsible for placing graduates from the computer-programming curriculum into development jobs. Her placement industry background began with Hipp Waters Associates where she began as a senior placement consultant and rose to the position of manager for the New Jersey office. She has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since 1990.
