Mr. McHenry has been Vice President of Customer Solutions & Supply Chain Management since December 2003. From March 2002 to December 2003, he was Executive Director of Marketing. Previously, Mr. McHenry was Conexant's Director of Foundry Services. He held various positions in business planning and product marketing, and served as Director of Supply Chain Management where he was responsible for driving company-wide forecasts, balancing supply/demand requirements for both internal and external customers, and achieving customer delivery performance metrics. He played a key role in the development of the Jazz initial business plan and strategy, as well as the establishment of initial customer engagements. Mr. McHenry also directed the implementation of the company's infrastructure to support the new foundry model. Mr. McHenry holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. He has completed numerous courses as a part of Stanford's continuing education executive programs.

Chairman Emeritus, Rockwell. Mr. Beall has been a director of our company since June 2001 and served as non-executive Chairman of the Board from June 2001 to June 2002. He is the Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Technology Committee. Mr. Beall is the retired Chairman and CEO of Rockwell and was a director of Rockwell from 1978 to February 2001. He served as Chairman/CEO of Rockwell from 1988 to February 1998 and President from 1979 to 1988. Mr. Beall serves on the board of CT Realty. He is a former director of Conexant Systems, Jazz Semiconductor, Mindspeed Technologies, Skyworks Solutions, Procter & Gamble, Times Mirror, Amoco and ArvinMeritor. He is a member of various University of California - Irvine supporting organizations, an Overseer of the Hoover Institute at Stanford and a former trustee of California Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the Business Executives for National Security; on the Presidents’ Circle of National Academies of Science, Engineering & Medicine; and member of numerous Young Presidents Organization Alumni groups. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is an advisor to the San Jose State University School of Engineering; and a trustee and President’s Circle member of the Naval Postgraduate School Foundation. He is an investor, director and/or advisor with several private companies and investment partnerships.

"Jerry D. Neal, a founder of the Company, became Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development in January 2002. He served as Vice President of Marketing from May 1991 to January 2000 and was Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategic Development from January 2000 to January 2002. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Neal was employed for ten years with Analog Devices, Inc. as Marketing Engineer, Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager. Mr. Neal served as a director of the Company from February 1992 to July 1993."

R. Douglas Norby joined Tessera as chief financial officer and senior vice president in July 2003. An industry veteran with more than 35 years in the technology sector, Norby has held numerous executive management positions with such prominent companies as LSI Logic, Mentor Graphics and Syntex Corporation. Most recently, he was chief financial officer of Zambeel, Inc., a provider of enterprise-class network storage solutions. Norby has served on the boards of entertainment company Lucasfilm Ltd., where he was also president and chief operating officer, and Recordati, S.p.A., an Italian pharmaceutical company. He currently serves on three public company boards: LSI Logic, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and STATS ChipPAC. Norby holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
