Eileen Naughton is president of TIME, the flagship magazine of Time Inc. and the world's largest news magazine, with a worldwide circulation of 5.4 million and an audience of 31 million readers. Ms. Naughton is responsible for TIME's global publishing operations, including brand management, business development, circulation and advertising sales for the magazine and its website, TIME.com. She also oversees LIFE's book and magazine businesses. LIFE will relaunch as a weekly magazine in October 2004 as a weekend magazine supplement in newspapers across the United States, with an initial circulation of 12 million readers. Prior to her tenure at TIME, Ms. Naughton served as vice president of investor relations for AOL Time Warner, from August 2000 to January 2002. Ms. Naughton served as president of Time Inc. Interactive from 1999-2000, and oversaw the operations and development of online strategies for Time Inc.'s core brands. Ms. Naughton began her career at Time Inc. in 1989, and was general manager of Fortune from 1993 to 1997. She served as vice president and director of finance at Time Inc. from 1997 to 1999. Ms. Naughton is also a member of the New School University's Board of Trustees. She serves on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America of New York, a national organization that provides programs for society's neediest. She is a board member of FRAXA, The Fragile X Research Foundation, which is dedicated to funding research aimed at finding a treatment or cure for Fragile X Syndrome. Ms. Naughton is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she received an M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School and an M.A. degree from the Lauder Institute of International Studies in 1987. She received a B.A. in international relations in 1979 from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Naughton lives in New York City with her husband Craig Chesley and their three children.

Lanny Baker is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Monster Worldwide, Inc., the parent company of the leading global online careers property, Monster (R). Mr. Baker is responsible for overseeing Monster Worldwide's global finances and fiscal management policies. Prior to joining Monster Worldwide in 2005, Mr. Baker was a Managing Director in the Equity Research department at Smith Barney and closely covered dozens of companies, including The Knot, as a leading internet research analyst. Lanny Baker also served as a media analyst at Morgan Stanley and worked in media research for Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a former Chairman of the Media and Entertainment Analyst of New York Investment Society. Lanny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale College.
