As Chief Executive Officer, Jim Fowler provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of goals and objectives at Jigsaw. A veteran sales executive, Jim has more than 12 years selling software for marketing and collaboration applications. Before starting Jigsaw, Jim served as VP of Sales at Digital Impact (DIGI), Paramark and TightLink. In these roles, he built sales departments from the ground up focusing on sales strategies and processes. He was able to leverage his experience as an outstanding sales manager at Personify and NetGravity. Prior to his career in software sales, Jim owned and operated Lookout Pass, a ski resort in Idaho. He also served in the US Navy as a Diving and Salvage Officer. Jim graduated from the University of Colorado.

Kevin Akeroyd is responsible for Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Alliances, and all Client and Community facing Services for Jigsaw. Before Jigsaw, Kevin held General Management positions at large public companies such as Acxiom Digital (previously Digital Impact) and RR Donnelley & Sons Company. He also held President and CEO positions at several start-ups, including Gallery Player, Inc. and The Loan Page, Inc. Kevin is an alumni of the EPSO program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Saaed has over 20 years experience in designing and building software products and services for both hosted and distributed models in the telecommunications and transportation industries. Prior to joining Jigsaw, Saaed served as Chief Architect at TightLink Corp. where he was responsible for the development and implementation of a web-based hosted customer service application. Saaed has also held senior engineering management positions at Pacific Bell Directory, TCSI Corp., Access and Machine Vision International. Saaed holds Masters and B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Jeff joined Norwest Venture Partners in 2004 and focuses on seed and mid stage investments in software, Internet, and consumer arenas. He currently serves on the board of deCarta, Jigsaw, Lending Club, Nano-Tex, Tuvox, Turn and Wallop. Jeff is responsible for NVP's investment in 5 Square Systems and is actively involved with Cast Iron Systems. Prior to Norwest, Jeff served as President, COO and board member of DoveBid, Inc., a privately held business auction firm, which expanded during his tenure via internal growth and acquisition from a $10M revenue run rate to a $120M revenue run rate with 400 employees. From 1990 to 1999, Jeff was co-founder, President, CEO and Board member of Edify Corporation, a venture backed enterprise software company focused on voice and internet e-commerce platforms and applications. Jeff was responsible for all strategic and operational activities at Edify as the company went from start-up in 1990 to $80M in revenue and 400 employees. Edify held its IPO in 1996 and was sold to S1 Corporation in 1999. Previously, Jeff worked at ROLM Corporation, IBM and Siemens in marketing and general management. Jeff led the marketing for the voice messaging division within ROLM, which grew from startup to $50M in revenue. Jeff is currently chairman of the board of Hand in Hand Parenting, a non-profit organization, and is past chairman of the board of Theatreworks. Jeff holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in History, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
