Jim Pattison Group

Michael J. Korenberg of West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, has served on the Board of the Company since 2003. Mr. Korenberg is the Managing Director, Vice-Chairman and a Director of The Jim Pattison Group. He was previously the Managing Director, Corporate Development of The Jim Pattison Group. Mr. Korenberg is a Director of Jim Pattison Group Inc. (and its affiliates), a Director of Sun-Rype Products Ltd., a trustee of Westshore Terminals Income Fund and an adjunct professor, Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia. Mr. Korenberg chairs the Company's Capital Expenditure Committee and is a member of the Audit and Pension Committees.

A native of Winnipeg and a Graduate of the University of Manitoba, Rick is entering his 32nd year in Advertising, Broadcasting and Marketing. Rick owns two Edmonton, Alberta based companies, Cartermedia Communications Ltd, a full service advertising agency now in it's tenth year, and The Show Film and Video Productions Ltd, established in 2001 to produce Local and National TV commercials, Corporate Videos and Training and Safety Videos. Rick has held senior positions with an impressive group of Canada's business elite like The Jim Pattison Group, CHUM Limited, CTV (Moffat Communications) and Global Television (CITV Edmonton), and brings a unique mix of marketing and advertising expertise to the RadioWeb effort in his role as Chief Marketing Officer and Director.

Edward H. Meyer is the Chairman, Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of Ocean Road Advisors, Inc., an investment management company that directs the investment and related management activities of several leading New York City-based families. Ocean Road Advisors, Inc. manages a portfolio in excess of $750 million invested on behalf of numerous client entities in a broad range of investment strategies, including public and private equities, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital. The Company also oversees the activities of several large and active philanthropic foundations. Mr. Meyer is the past Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grey Global Group, part of WPP, one of the world’s largest communications services groups, from which he retired in 2006. Grey is involved in a large number of marketing communications businesses globally including consumer advertising, media planning and buying, direct marketing, healthcare marketing, public relations/public affairs, sales promotion, graphic design, corporate communications, sponsorship and event marketing, interactive communications, channel marketing and retailer advertising support and product branding. Its clients include some of the largest and most prominent corporations in the world, including Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, BAT, Diageo, Nokia, Volkswagen, BellSouth, Wyeth, Merck, Novartis and Con Agra. During his 35-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Grey, Mr. Meyer built the company from a mid-sized U.S. agency into a leader in global marketing communications with operations in 83 countries. Under his leadership, Grey’s revenues soared by a factor of over 40 times, from $29.5 million in 1970 to more than $1.3 billion in 2003. Mr. Meyer has served as a Director of a number of public companies, and is currently on the boards of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. and National Cinemedia and is a trustee of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the New York University Medical Center. Mr. Meyer is also a member of the Board of Director Jim Pattison Group and the Film Society of Lincoln Center. A Cornell graduate with honors in economics. Ed and his wife, Sandy, live in Manhattan. They have two grown children and three grandchildren
