Leading Korn/Ferry’s transformation as a talent management organization, Mr. Burnison spearheads the Firm’s evolution as a diversified provider of human capital solutions. He brings hands-on experience to his current position, having served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Korn/Ferry from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Burnison joined Korn/Ferry as Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Prior to Korn/Ferry, he was principal and chief financial officer of Guidance Solutions, a privately held consulting firm developing and supporting technology solutions, from 1999 to 2001. Before Guidance Solutions, Mr. Burnison served as an executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Jefferies and Company, an investment bank and brokerage firm, where he worked from 1995 to 1999. Based in Shanghai, Mr. Tseng oversees 17 offices in a region encompassing Greater China, India, ASEAN, Australasia, Japan and Korea. He is also a member of the Firm’s Global Operating Committee. With over 20 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific markets, Mr. Tseng advises global companies and Asian groups, helping them define their organizational needs and develop their leadership capital in the region. He focuses on ‘C-level’ and regional head placements for multinationals and Asian conglomerates. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2000, Mr. Tseng was with another global search firm, where he was senior partner for East Asia and a member of its board of directors practice group. Before that, Mr. Tseng was with Cold Storage, a leading food and retail company in Southeast Asia, where he was appointed group general manager. He also served as board director of Jusco Malaysia, one of the largest retailers in Malaysia. He began his career with the Ford Motor Company as a manufacturing engineer in Australia and subsequently held other manufacturing and marketing positions with Ford in Asia including marketing director, Malaysia. Voted by BusinessWeek in 2008 as one of the 50 most influential search consultants in the world, Mr. Tseng obtained an M.B.A. in the United States from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a first class honors’ degree in engineering from the University of Melbourne in Australia. Mr. Damon has more than 25 years of experience in executive searches for CEO, COO, president, board director and general management positions, as well as management searches in the functional areas of marketing and sales, finance, manufacturing, operations and strategic planning. His expertise extends to specialty practice areas including retail and consumer products, restaurants, hospitality, sports and entertainment. Mr. Damon has had successful CEO placements in many Fortune 100 companies as well as numerous world-renowned, high profile consumer branded organizations. He spends a significant amount of time recruiting leadership talent for private equity backed companies. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Damon worked for a prominent executive search firm, where he was a vice chairman of their U.S. operations and managing director of West Coast operations. Before that, he was president of the U.S. operations for another international executive search firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Damon was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and began his career with a series of management positions at Arcata Corporation. Mr. Demeter is responsible for developing the firm’s technology vision and implementing it worldwide, as well as leading the firm into the top position in the industry in information systems. Korn/Ferry was named the winner of CIO Magazine 2004 Enterprise Value Award and Mr. Demeter has been named a 2005 Premier 100 IT Leader by IDG’s Computerworld Magazine. Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, Mr. Demeter was the Managing Director of Technology Architecture, Planning & Design, with Citibank, where he developed the technology vision and strategy for the bank’s global consumer business. During his tenure with Citibank, he created the North America Consumer Bank’s first national branch system and an advanced technology based customer service system. Mr. Demeter also served as an officer in the Israel Defense Force. Mr. Distefano is responsible for worldwide branding, advertising, media relations, employee communications and all other aspects of public relations for the Firm. Mr. Distefano brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing to Korn/Ferry. Between 2001 and 2007, he was Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications for Korn/Ferry. Initially, Mr. Distefano was the Chief Marketing Officer of Futurestep, the wholly owned middle-management recruitment subsidiary of Korn/Ferry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Distefano was vice president of acquisition marketing and new channel development at GetSmart.com, acquired by Providian Financial Company in 1999 and now part of LendingTree.com. There, Mr. Distefano was responsible for Internet advertising and marketing. He was part of the senior management team that successfully led GetSmart.com through its acquisition to Providian Financial in February 1999. Thereafter at Providian, Mr. Distefano oversaw online marketing responsibilities for Providian’s credit card offerings in addition to GetSmart.com. Before joining GetSmart, Mr. Distefano served as director of marketing at Benefits Consultants, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD). As Global COO, Mr. Kaplan oversees the execution of Korn/Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting global strategy. He is also a leader in Firm-wide efforts to strengthen Korn/Ferry’s go-to-market strategy and its evolution as a provider of solutions across the broad spectrum of talent challenges. Mr. Kaplan joined Korn/Ferry with nearly a decade of professional consulting experience from Accenture, where he was the global director of R&D and capability development for the firm’s global strategy consulting practice. Previously, he served Fortune 500 clients as a strategy and management consultant. Prior to Accenture, Mr. Kaplan served as general manager for multi-media communications start-up, where he was responsible for the overall operation and growth of the firm. His clients included Intel, IBM, Adobe and Nestle. Earlier, Mr. Kaplan lived and worked in Japan. He began his career as a member of the accelerated management program at Pacific Bell, a telecommunications services provider formally part of AT&T. Mr. Kaplan earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley Hass School of Business. Robert H. McNabb is Executive Vice President of Korn/Ferry International and Chief Executive Officer of Futurestep, the firm’s outsourced recruitment subsidiary. Mr. McNabb serves on the Council of Overseers for the Jones School of Management at Rice University and is an advisory board member of West Virginia University’s College of Arts and Sciences. With international experience in executive search and in managing key life sciences accounts, Ms. Buxton leads the effort to solidify the firm’s go-to-market approach across all industries. Ms. Buxton has been with Korn/Ferry since 1994, working initially in the Firm’s London office and European headquarters before relocating to Princeton in 1997 and becoming Managing Director of the Global Life Sciences Market. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Buxton was human resources director for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals (Cilag Ltd), based in the U.K., where her focus was on organizational issues and strategic resourcing and guidance on European directives. She also provided human resources support to three smaller companies in the group for Europe. Before this, Ms. Buxton was group personnel and training manager for the motor retail group of Inchcape Ltd., responsible for nearly 40 sites in the U.K. and 3,000 employees. Her human resources career started at Bristol Myers Ltd., where she was responsible for its consumer and pharmaceutical business. Ms. Buxton holds a master’s degree in employment law and industrial relations from Leicester University, a diploma in personnel management and is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Ms. Azzani is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of Korn/Ferry International. She joined the firm as Director of Research for the Northwest Region in 1985 and became a Managing Director in 1990. With 15 years of experience with the Firm, Mr. Mitchell leads one of the most rapidly growing offices in the Firm’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and oversees a team of close to 30 professionals. Mr. Olson’s executive search and board assignments span the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America and lie across multiple industries, including advanced technology, financial services, industrial and healthcare. Prior to joining the Firm he was with the public relations firm Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. Preceding this, Mr. Olson served on the staff of the White House in the Office of Presidential Personnel. In this capacity, he identified and recommended candidates for senior political positions in cabinet agencies and was responsible for the political clearance for all presidential appointees. Mr. Carey specializes in the recruitment of CEO’s and corporate directors. In recent years, he has conducted searches for the current CEO’s of 3M,Tyco International, MCI and American Standard, among others. Mr. Carey has also recently concluded the CEO succession planning assignment with GlaxoSmithKline. He was a managing director at Hay Management Consultants; Secretary of Labor and Industry to Governor Pierre S. Dupont IV; and served as vice president of the University of Delaware. Mr. Carey serves as a director of AirClic, the Edgewater Funds and Wharton’s Director’s Institute. He founded G100, the Chairman Academy and the CEO Academy. Mr Carey holds a Ph.D. in finance and administration from the University of Maryland and was a post doctoral fellow at Harvard University in 1982-1983. He has also held visiting Fellowships at Princeton Theological Seminary and the ECC. He has authored numerous articles on corporate governance, director recruitment, board compensation (Directors and Boards) and spin offs (McKinsey Quarterly). He has also published three books: CEO Succession and The Human Side of M&A, both published by Oxford University Press in 2000, and How To Run A Company, published by Crown Press in 2003. In 1980, Mr. Carey was ranked by the World Swimming Federation as one of the top swimmers in the world after completing his swim of the English Channel. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2000, Mr. Spetner was vice president, corporate communications and a corporate officer for SunAmerica Inc., (NYSE:SAI) a $56 billion (assets) financial services company that was acquired by American International Group (AIG) in 1999. At SunAmerica, he oversaw all advertising, public relations, executive communications, employee communications and community relations. Before joining SunAmerica, Mr. Spetner served as vice president, corporate communications of Nissan North America, overseeing corporate branding, public relations, community relations, crisis management and all other communications activities for the automotive giant. At Nissan, he served as a member of the North American Management Committee and the Operating Committee. Prior to Nissan, Mr. Spetner spent 10 years with three major advertising and public relations agencies – Grey Advertising, Bozell Inc., and RuderFinn Inc. Mr. Spetner was elected a member of the Public Relations Seminar and the Arthur Page Society, and served as Chairman of the San Francisco Public Relations Academy. He was named an “Industry All Star” by Inside PR magazine, and his essays on communications have been published in PR WEEK, The Journal of Corporate Public Relations and Public Relations Quarterly. Mr. Spetner is a member of the board of trustees of the Tomas Rivera Policy Institute, past president of the board of directors of the Japan America Society and a member of the board of advisors for the Asia Society of Southern California. He is a member of the board of directors of the Los Angeles Free Clinic and the LaGrant Foundation. He has also served on the board of directors for the American Council on Exercise and Century City Hospital. Mr. Spetner graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University with a degree in journalism, and is a co-author of The Public Relations Writer’s Handbook, published by Jossey-Bass.

He has worked with Fortune 500 corporations as well as early-stage high growth companies. He has extensive knowledge of the nuances of recruiting for privately-held and private equity-backed ventures. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, Mr. Atkinson served as a territory manager for Baxter Healthcare. He also worked in marketing for Wilson Sporting Goods as well as in strategic planning with Sears Roebuck & Company. Mr. Atkinson holds a master of management degree from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University. He is also an active board member of the Springboard Foundation, which supports small, under funded and grass-roots after-school programs in Chicago's most impoverished neighborhoods.

Mr. Stuart has over a dozen years of experience recruiting at board and senior executive levels for consumer clients in the United Kingdom and internationally. Mr. Delhougne specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives in the technology and services sectors. Prior to that, he served for four years as director of the planning and research division of the Los Angeles Municipal Courts.
