Leading Korn/Ferry’s transformation as a talent management organization, Mr. Burnison spearheads the Firm’s evolution as a diversified provider of human capital solutions. He brings hands-on experience to his current position, having served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Korn/Ferry from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Burnison joined Korn/Ferry as Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Prior to Korn/Ferry, he was principal and chief financial officer of Guidance Solutions, a privately held consulting firm developing and supporting technology solutions, from 1999 to 2001. Before Guidance Solutions, Mr. Burnison served as an executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Jefferies and Company, an investment bank and brokerage firm, where he worked from 1995 to 1999. Earlier, Mr. Burnison served as partner at KPMG Peat Marwick from 1984 to 1995. Mr. Burnison holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Southern California.

Based in Shanghai, Mr. Tseng oversees 17 offices in a region encompassing Greater China, India, ASEAN, Australasia, Japan and Korea. He is also a member of the Firm’s Global Operating Committee. With over 20 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific markets, Mr. Tseng advises global companies and Asian groups, helping them define their organizational needs and develop their leadership capital in the region. He focuses on ‘C-level’ and regional head placements for multinationals and Asian conglomerates. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2000, Mr. Tseng was with another global search firm, where he was senior partner for East Asia and a member of its board of directors practice group. Before that, Mr. Tseng was with Cold Storage, a leading food and retail company in Southeast Asia, where he was appointed group general manager. He also served as board director of Jusco Malaysia, one of the largest retailers in Malaysia. He began his career with the Ford Motor Company as a manufacturing engineer in Australia and subsequently held other manufacturing and marketing positions with Ford in Asia including marketing director, Malaysia. Voted by BusinessWeek in 2008 as one of the 50 most influential search consultants in the world, Mr. Tseng obtained an M.B.A. in the United States from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a first class honors’ degree in engineering from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a member of The Wharton Asia Advisory Board and a fellow member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr. Damon has more than 25 years of experience in executive searches for CEO, COO, president, board director and general management positions, as well as management searches in the functional areas of marketing and sales, finance, manufacturing, operations and strategic planning. His expertise extends to specialty practice areas including retail and consumer products, restaurants, hospitality, sports and entertainment. Mr. Damon has had successful CEO placements in many Fortune 100 companies as well as numerous world-renowned, high profile consumer branded organizations. He spends a significant amount of time recruiting leadership talent for private equity backed companies. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Damon worked for a prominent executive search firm, where he was a vice chairman of their U.S. operations and managing director of West Coast operations. Before that, he was president of the U.S. operations for another international executive search firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Damon was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and began his career with a series of management positions at Arcata Corporation. Mr. Damon serves on the board of the Special Operations Military Fund and the Advisory Board for UST Global, the fastest growing IT outsourcing services company in North America. Mr. Damon holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Purdue University. He is a former minor league hockey player and college football player.

Mr. Demeter is responsible for developing the firm’s technology vision and implementing it worldwide, as well as leading the firm into the top position in the industry in information systems. Korn/Ferry was named the winner of CIO Magazine 2004 Enterprise Value Award and Mr. Demeter has been named a 2005 Premier 100 IT Leader by IDG’s Computerworld Magazine. Before joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, Mr. Demeter was the Managing Director of Technology Architecture, Planning & Design, with Citibank, where he developed the technology vision and strategy for the bank’s global consumer business. During his tenure with Citibank, he created the North America Consumer Bank’s first national branch system and an advanced technology based customer service system. Mr. Demeter also served as an officer in the Israel Defense Force. Mr. Demeter earned his master’s of business administration degree in management and international business from the Graduate School of Business Administration, New York University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Queens College, City University of New York.

Mr. Distefano is responsible for worldwide branding, advertising, media relations, employee communications and all other aspects of public relations for the Firm. Mr. Distefano brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing to Korn/Ferry. Between 2001 and 2007, he was Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications for Korn/Ferry. Initially, Mr. Distefano was the Chief Marketing Officer of Futurestep, the wholly owned middle-management recruitment subsidiary of Korn/Ferry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Distefano was vice president of acquisition marketing and new channel development at GetSmart.com, acquired by Providian Financial Company in 1999 and now part of LendingTree.com. There, Mr. Distefano was responsible for Internet advertising and marketing. He was part of the senior management team that successfully led GetSmart.com through its acquisition to Providian Financial in February 1999. Thereafter at Providian, Mr. Distefano oversaw online marketing responsibilities for Providian’s credit card offerings in addition to GetSmart.com. Before joining GetSmart, Mr. Distefano served as director of marketing at Benefits Consultants, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD). Mr. Distefano began his marketing career at TIAA-CREF, the international pension-management giant, as a marketing communications specialist. Mr. Distefano earned a bachelor’s in economics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.

As Global COO, Mr. Kaplan oversees the execution of Korn/Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting global strategy. He is also a leader in Firm-wide efforts to strengthen Korn/Ferry’s go-to-market strategy and its evolution as a provider of solutions across the broad spectrum of talent challenges. Mr. Kaplan joined Korn/Ferry with nearly a decade of professional consulting experience from Accenture, where he was the global director of R&D and capability development for the firm’s global strategy consulting practice. Previously, he served Fortune 500 clients as a strategy and management consultant. Prior to Accenture, Mr. Kaplan served as general manager for multi-media communications start-up, where he was responsible for the overall operation and growth of the firm. His clients included Intel, IBM, Adobe and Nestle. Earlier, Mr. Kaplan lived and worked in Japan. He began his career as a member of the accelerated management program at Pacific Bell, a telecommunications services provider formally part of AT&T. Mr. Kaplan earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley Hass School of Business. He also received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Davis.

Robert H. McNabb is Executive Vice President of Korn/Ferry International and Chief Executive Officer of Futurestep, the firm’s outsourced recruitment subsidiary. He is responsible for setting strategy and overseeing the global operations of more than 40 offices in 17 countries worldwide. Mr. McNabb is also a member of Korn/Ferry’s Global Operating Committee. As a recognized authority in the talent management industry, Mr. McNabb has been at the helm of leading human capital providers for more than two decades. His vision for Futurestep is to be the premier provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions focused on multi-position project recruiting and a fully outsourced managed services model. Prior to joining Futurestep in 2001, Mr. McNabb was President and Chief Executive Officer of Corestaff Services. Before that, he was a senior executive officer with Kelly Services. Mr. McNabb serves on the Council of Overseers for the Jones School of Management at Rice University and is an advisory board member of West Virginia University’s College of Arts and Sciences. He is a board member of U.S. Legal and previously served on the boards of Corporate Services Group PLC (a London Stock Exchange company) and HotJobs.com. He also was a director of Talent Tree, Inc. Mr. McNabb holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and has completed post-graduate studies at Wharton’s Executive Management Program.

Mr. Suh is responsible for developing M&A strategies to deepen Korn/Ferry’s suite of client offerings and leading strategic planning initiatives for the Firm’s corporate leadership. Before joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Suh was executive vice president, corporate development for Countrywide Financial Corp., a Fortune 500 company. Previously he was vice president, corporate finance/mergers & acquisitions for Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Suh has contributed to the identification, structuring and negotiation of numerous transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $12 billion. Mr. Suh earned his master’s of business administration degree from the University of Southern California and his bachelor’s degree in English literature from UCLA. He is fluent in Korean.

With international experience in executive search and in managing key life sciences accounts, Ms. Buxton leads the effort to solidify the firm’s go-to-market approach across all industries. Ms. Buxton has been with Korn/Ferry since 1994, working initially in the Firm’s London office and European headquarters before relocating to Princeton in 1997 and becoming Managing Director of the Global Life Sciences Market. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Buxton was human resources director for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals (Cilag Ltd), based in the U.K., where her focus was on organizational issues and strategic resourcing and guidance on European directives. She also provided human resources support to three smaller companies in the group for Europe. Before this, Ms. Buxton was group personnel and training manager for the motor retail group of Inchcape Ltd., responsible for nearly 40 sites in the U.K. and 3,000 employees. Her human resources career started at Bristol Myers Ltd., where she was responsible for its consumer and pharmaceutical business. Ms. Buxton holds a master’s degree in employment law and industrial relations from Leicester University, a diploma in personnel management and is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Ms. Azzani is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of Korn/Ferry International. She joined the firm as Director of Research for the Northwest Region in 1985 and became a Managing Director in 1990. Ms. Azzani is a seasoned consultant with over 18 years experience in professional service organizations. She has conducted and managed searches for "out-of-the-box" executives in both corporate and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Azzani managed the corporate information center at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, in San Francisco and worked at Texas Tech University in the Main Library and the Medical Center Library. She serves on the boards of the City Club of San Francisco, Commonwealth Club of California, Lifeprint, Planned Parenthood Golden Gate, the Needle Exchange Board for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Women's Forum West, then Women's Foundation, and the YMCA. She was the 1999 Chair of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. In 1997, she was awarded the Eleanor Reynolds Award from the Association for Executive Search Consultants for combining excellence in search with commitment to volunteerism. In 1995, she also received the "Women Who Make A Difference Award" from the San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women. Ms. Azzani earned a MLS from Texas Woman's University and a BA from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Kizer oversees senior-level assignments in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics, and contract service sectors. During his nearly two decades in executive search, he has completed searches for CEOs, CFOs, board directors and other functional executives for leading biotechnology, pharmaceutical and consumer health clients. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Kizer was with another global executive search firm, leading their Healthcare sector for the Americas and Asia. Mr. Kizer started his career in commercial banking with Texas American Bank, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in analysis, business development and lending. He received a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Christian University.

With 15 years of experience with the Firm, Mr. Mitchell leads one of the most rapidly growing offices in the Firm’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and oversees a team of close to 30 professionals. With his team, Mr. Mitchell serves clients across multiple sectors including financial services, industrial, consumer, technology & telecoms, real estate, professional services and nonprofit. Korn/Ferry has been active in the Middle East since the 1970s, while Mr. Mitchell himself has been closely associated with the Middle East since 1995. He launched the Firm’s Middle East Practice in 1998, and founded the Firm's first office in the region in 2004. Mr. Mitchell was previously Regional Managing Director for the Firm in France as well as Managing Director of the Firm’s European e-business practice. In addition to his professional focus, Mr. Mitchell has a lifelong interest in the Arab World and is personally involved with a number of community-based corporate & social responsibility activities in the region. Mr. Mitchell earned his post graduate degree in business studies from the London School of Economics. He received an undergraduate degree in French and history from University College of Wales, Aberystwyth.

Recognized in the industry for his keen business sense and political knowledge, Mr. Olson has advised many clients through challenging management transitions. In the past 14 years, he has completed in excess of 350 successful senior leadership searches for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies, associations and non-profit organizations. Mr. Olson’s executive search and board assignments span the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America and lie across multiple industries, including advanced technology, financial services, industrial and healthcare. Recent CEO level assignments have included the commissioner of the NFL, Boston Federal Reserve, NFIB, PhRMA and Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers to name a few. Recent Board assignments include NewsCorp and Pepco Holdings. Mr. Olson joined Korn/Ferry International in 1993 after a successful career in public relations and government service. Prior to joining the Firm he was with the public relations firm Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. Preceding this, Mr. Olson served on the staff of the White House in the Office of Presidential Personnel. In this capacity, he identified and recommended candidates for senior political positions in cabinet agencies and was responsible for the political clearance for all presidential appointees. Mr. Olson is a board member of the WolfTrap Foundation and the Starlight-Starbright Foundation. Mr. Olson earned a bachelor of arts in political science from the State University of New York and a master’s in business administration from The George Washington University.

Mr. Carey specializes in the recruitment of CEO’s and corporate directors. In recent years, he has conducted searches for the current CEO’s of 3M,Tyco International, MCI and American Standard, among others. Mr. Carey has also recently concluded the CEO succession planning assignment with GlaxoSmithKline. He has done board of director searches for dozens of companies, among them American Express, Tyco International (entire new board), CBS, Air Products, Rohm and Haas, Amgen, Amerisource eBergen, Allied Signal, VF Corporation, GlaxoSmithKline, Cigna, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and UNOCAL. He has also conducted director searches for a number of spin offs, including AT&T, NCR and Sprint (2006.) Previously, Mr. Carey spent nearly two decades at another global recruitment firm. He was a managing director at Hay Management Consultants; Secretary of Labor and Industry to Governor Pierre S. Dupont IV; and served as vice president of the University of Delaware. Mr. Carey serves as a director of AirClic, the Edgewater Funds and Wharton’s Director’s Institute. He founded G100, the Chairman Academy and the CEO Academy. Mr Carey holds a Ph.D. in finance and administration from the University of Maryland and was a post doctoral fellow at Harvard University in 1982-1983. He has also held visiting Fellowships at Princeton Theological Seminary and the ECC. He has authored numerous articles on corporate governance, director recruitment, board compensation (Directors and Boards) and spin offs (McKinsey Quarterly). He has also published three books: CEO Succession and The Human Side of M&A, both published by Oxford University Press in 2000, and How To Run A Company, published by Crown Press in 2003. In 1980, Mr. Carey was ranked by the World Swimming Federation as one of the top swimmers in the world after completing his swim of the English Channel. He serves on the board of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, chaired by Mark Spitz.

Mr. Spetner oversees strategic corporate initiatives including the monetization of Korn/Ferry’s intellectual property, the formation of new products and solutions, and the integration of future investments. He also serves as a Senior Client Partner in the Corporate Affairs Executive Search practice. Mr. Spetner joined Korn/Ferry as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer before being promoted to his current role in 2007. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2000, Mr. Spetner was vice president, corporate communications and a corporate officer for SunAmerica Inc., (NYSE:SAI) a $56 billion (assets) financial services company that was acquired by American International Group (AIG) in 1999. At SunAmerica, he oversaw all advertising, public relations, executive communications, employee communications and community relations. Before joining SunAmerica, Mr. Spetner served as vice president, corporate communications of Nissan North America, overseeing corporate branding, public relations, community relations, crisis management and all other communications activities for the automotive giant. At Nissan, he served as a member of the North American Management Committee and the Operating Committee. Prior to Nissan, Mr. Spetner spent 10 years with three major advertising and public relations agencies – Grey Advertising, Bozell Inc., and RuderFinn Inc. Mr. Spetner was elected a member of the Public Relations Seminar and the Arthur Page Society, and served as Chairman of the San Francisco Public Relations Academy. He was named an “Industry All Star” by Inside PR magazine, and his essays on communications have been published in PR WEEK, The Journal of Corporate Public Relations and Public Relations Quarterly. Mr. Spetner is a member of the board of trustees of the Tomas Rivera Policy Institute, past president of the board of directors of the Japan America Society and a member of the board of advisors for the Asia Society of Southern California. He is a member of the board of directors of the Los Angeles Free Clinic and the LaGrant Foundation. He has also served on the board of directors for the American Council on Exercise and Century City Hospital. Mr. Spetner graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University with a degree in journalism, and is a co-author of The Public Relations Writer’s Handbook, published by Jossey-Bass.

Mr. Atkinson focuses on the recruitment of human resources generalists as well as functional experts in compensation and benefits, organizational development and talent management. Within the consumer sector, he has led a variety of assignments in sales, marketing and general management primarily in the hardware, housewares and building products sectors. He has worked with Fortune 500 corporations as well as early-stage high growth companies. He has extensive knowledge of the nuances of recruiting for privately-held and private equity-backed ventures. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, Mr. Atkinson served as a territory manager for Baxter Healthcare. He also worked in marketing for Wilson Sporting Goods as well as in strategic planning with Sears Roebuck & Company. Mr. Atkinson holds a master of management degree from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University. He is also an active board member of the Springboard Foundation, which supports small, under funded and grass-roots after-school programs in Chicago's most impoverished neighborhoods.

Mr. Stuart has over a dozen years of experience recruiting at board and senior executive levels for consumer clients in the United Kingdom and internationally. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Stuart began his search career with an international executive search firm, working in their London office. He focused on executive and non-executive search work within the consumer marketplace at the board and senior executive level. In addition to his work in the consumer industry, Mr. Stuart has frequently worked with the portfolio businesses of private equity-backed clients. Before entering the executive search business, Mr. Stuart managed European planning and government affairs roles, initially on behalf of General Motors Europe, and then for Kraft Jacobs Suchard, now Kraft Foods International. In addition, Mr. Stuart is a non-executive director of Polymer Logistics, a spin-off of GE Plastics, which provides sustainable logistics solutions to consumer goods companies and the retail trade. He joined the board of Polymer on its London flotation in 2006. Mr. Stuart earned his master’s degree from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and completed a bachelor’s degree in international relations and French at Sussex University. He speaks German and French fluently.

Mr. Delhougne specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives in the technology and services sectors. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Delhougne was with another executive search firm, where he conducted CEO, board-level, and sales and marketing assignments for clients at publicly traded companies, venture-funded technology companies and professional services firms in the technology space. Mr. Delhougne has also done extensive work for Israeli and other international clients with sensitive cross-cultural issues. Preceding this, he served as an equity sales associate and analyst for J.P. Morgan in London and New York, and was a case team leader with Bain & Co. in Munich, Germany, where he was responsible for managing strategy consulting projects. Mr. Delhougne began his career with Siemens PLC in London as the assistant to the CEO, was promoted to corporate planner in the regional strategy group working with the board of directors at Siemens AG in Munich, and worked for the Siemens Transportation Group in Erlangen as commercial manager. Mr. Delhougne has served as a member of the board of IFX Corporation, as an officer for the Harvard Business School Club of New York, and as board member of Teach for America New York Chapter. Mr. Delhougne earned his master’s in business from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, which he attended on the Werner von Siemens Scholarship. Mr. Delhougne also received his postgraduate diploma from the London School of Economics and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the U.S. International University – Europe.

Jen Norman is a Managing Associate at Korn/Ferry International, a premier global provider of talent management solutions. A 20-year software sales and marketing industry veteran accustomed to leading fast-paced change, Jen's on-target assessments quickly produce talent focusing on clients, innovation and profitability. As a member of the firm's Technology Practice, Jen specializes in serving clients in the technology industry. Jen conducts assignments for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, members of boards of directors, and senior functional and operations executives including sales, marketing and finance. Most recently, Jen was a Director at CTPartners. Previously, Jen worked in various marketing positions at Convera, Trusted Computer Solutions, Cigital, Baan and Software AG. She is active in a variety of professional and nonprofit organizations including the Northern Virginia Technology Council and March of Dimes. She recently completed a term as a board member of Women in Technology serving as communication chair.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1981, Mr. Dunn served for six years with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, including two years as executive assistant city attorney, the highest non-elected position in the office. Prior to that, he served for four years as director of the planning and research division of the Los Angeles Municipal Courts. These agencies are respectively the second largest judicial and prosecutorial offices in North America. Mr. Dunn also served for three years as a trial attorney with the Los Angeles county public defender. He is admitted to the State Bar of California. He received a juris doctorate from the University of California and a bachelor’s degree in government with honors from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Grandy leverages his extensive senior executive and board level contacts established at Korn/Ferry and during a 23-year career as an investment banker to successfully fulfill clients’ senior-most leadership needs. Prior to his current role, Mr. Grandy was based in Toronto and served as the Global Managing Director for the Firm’s entire Financial Market, and was responsible for the Canadian Board Services team. Before joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Grandy served in a number of successive leadership positions including chairman, deputy chairman and chairman, corporate and institutional client group of Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. He began his career with Wood Gundy Limited. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and Mensa and has served as chairman of the ShareLife Corporate Appeal, on the executive committee of the Investment Dealers Association and on the board of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Grandy earned a master’s of business administration degree from Harvard University and received his bachelor’s of law degree from the University of Toronto.

He is Chairman of the Board of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy. He served from May of 2002 through September of 2004 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy. He served from 1988 until his retirement in 1999 as Executive Vice President of Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, Michigan, a world-wide automotive manufacturer, and President of the Ford Financial Services Group. In addition, he served from 1997 to 1999 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Credit Company. He is a director of Korn/Ferry International, as well as a trustee of certain mutual funds in the JPMorgan family of mutual funds. He has been a director of CMS Energy and of Consumers Energy since 1993.

Mr. Schulmeyer is managing partner of Gerhard LLC. From January 2002 to July 2006, Mr. Schulmeyer was professor of practice at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. Schulmeyer served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Corporation, the holding company for U.S. businesses of Siemens AG (Munich, Germany), a world leader in electrical engineering and electronics in the information and communications, automation and control, power, transportation, medical and lighting fields, from January 1999 to December 2003. Prior to assuming such positions, he served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Nixdorf, Munich/Paderborn, a position he held since 1994. Mr. Schulmeyer serves on the board of directors of Korn/Ferry International.

Mr. You has served as executive vice president, Office of the Chairman of EMC Corporation since February 2008. EMC is a leading developer and provider of information infrastructure technology and solutions. Mr. You chairs the Investment and Operating Committee which oversees day-to-day business activities; and he has responsibility for EMC’s technology, strategy, and corporate development functions. Mr. You was the chief executive officer of BearingPoint, Inc. from March 2005 until November 2007. Earlier, he was the chief financial officer and executive vice president of Oracle Corporation from July 2004 throughAccenture Ltd. Prior to his position with Accenture, Mr. You was a managing director with Morgan Stanley, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., and senior vice president of the general industrial group at Lehman Brothers Inc. Mr. You also managed the Seoul, Korea office of Salomon Brothers, Inc., where he served as vice president. Mr. You earned a master’s of arts degree in economics from Yale University, and a bachelor’s of arts degree in economics from Harvard.

Dr. Schneevoigt was a member of the management boards and human resources director at Allianz Verisherungs AG and Allianz Lebensverischerung AG from January 1992 to December 2003. Dr. Schneevoigt serves as a director and member of the compensation committee of Celesio AG, and director of Stroeer Out of Home Media AG. Dr. Schneevoigt is also an advisory board member of Bayreuth University, Bayerische Elite Academy, C.V. Linde Academy, and Cerberus Deutschland Beteiligungs GmbH.

Since 2001, Mr. Barlett has been vice chairman of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. where he works directly with the company's four regional general managers in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Barlett is also responsible for Percepta, TeleTech's joint venture with Ford Motor Company. Mr. Barlett was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Galileo International until October 2001. From 1994 to 1997, he was president and chief executive officer of Galileo International, where he acquired the online travel provider, Trip.com. Earlier in his career, Mr. Barlett served as vice chairman of Cirrus, Inc., directing the development, implementation, and operation of the Cirrus International automated teller switching system. He also managed the redevelopment of core banking systems during his tenure with NBD Bancorp. Currently, Mr. Barlett is a director of Celanese Corporation. Mr. Barlett earned a master’s of business administration, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron.
