In addition to his role at United Medical Corporation, Mr. Dizney is Chairman of Double Diamond Farm, Inc., a 425-acre thoroughbred nursery and equine training and racing facility located in Ocala, Florida. Mr. Dizney is a three-term Past President of the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' and Owners' Association. He is a Director of the Breeders Cup Board, and is a Member and Steward of The Jockey Club. Mr. Dizney, who attended Eastern Kentucky University, is a founding director of the EKU Foundation, and has endowed a scholarship fund he established in 1986 for students from Eastern Kentucky, pursuing degrees in allied health and nursing. Eastern Kentucky University presented Dizney with an honorary Doctor of Law Degree in 1987. In 1991, a new allied health classroom building at EKU was named in his honor. Mr. Dizney is active in numerous community and professional organizations including Life Member of the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Red Cross, Past President and Legacy Director of the University of Florida Gator Boosters, Past President of the University of Central Florida Foundation, Past President of the Florida Capital One Bowl. Mr. Dizney has endowed "The Donald R. Dizney Chair in Addiction Medicine" at the University of Florida, and currently serves as a board member of the Addiction and Psychiatry Advisory Board of the Evelyn and William McKnight Brain Institute. Mr. Dizney also serves on the Board of Managers for The Nemours Foundation. As a member of the Executive Committee of Haggai Institute Board of Directors, Mr. Dizney is involved in the world wide training of Christian Leaders.

Erik Penser is the owner of stockbroking firm in Stockholm. He has owned racehorses in Sweden since 1964 and in England since 1972. He has also been a breeder since 1985. He is a member of the Jockey Club and lives and farms at Crompton Beauchamp, near Lambourn.

Harry Herbert is the Chairman and Managing Director of Highclere Thoroughbred Racing Limited, a racecourse syndication company with over 40 horses in training. The company has enjoyed many successess and has been responsible for the vodafone derby winner, Motivator, as well as the other European champions Lake Coniston, Tamarisk, Delilah and Petrushka. He is a member of the Jockey Club and lives near Andover.

Owner of 2001 Kentucky Derby winner Monarchos, John Oxley founded Oxley Petroleum, an oil and gas exploration firm based in Tulsa, in 1962. He sold the company in May of 2003 and has since started Oxley Resources LLC, a smaller scale oil and gas exploration and production venture. Oxley is a member of The Jockey Club and active in other industry-related organizations. Wife Debby also races horses, and they own Fawn Leap Farm near Midway, Kentucky. His primary trainer is John Ward. Other major horses include champion Beautiful Pleasure, 1995 Kentucky Oaks (G1) heroine Gal in a Ruckus, Strong Contender, Booklet, Jambalaya Jazz, Forest Secrets, Pyramid Peak, Hero's Tribute, Snow Dance, Stalwart and Sky Mesa.

Mr John Jarvis CVO, CBE was appointed a non-executive director on 1 July 2006. Currently Chairman of Jarvis Hotels Ltd, Mr Jarvis is also non-executive Chairman of Sandown Park Racecourse and a member of The Jockey Club. He was previously a non-executive director at United Racecourses and during his tenure as non-executive Chairman of Sporting Index, Mr Jarvis successfully sold the company in 2005. From 1979 to 1990, Mr Jarvis was an executive director of Ladbroke Group plc, and Chairman of Hilton International from 1987 to 1990.
