"Career: Mr. McDonald started his career with Ernst & Young. In 1987, Mr. McDonald joined Varity Corporation. From 1993 through 1998, Mr. McDonald held a variety of operational finance positions with Varity in the United Kingdom. In 1998, he was appointed vice president, finance, legal and IT of Lucas Varity Automotive in Livonia, Michigan, which was subsequently acquired by TRW, Inc. He held a variety of financial positions of increasing responsibility at TRW where he became vice president, finance of TRW Automotive. Mr. McDonald joined Johnson Controls in November 2001 as vice president, corporate controller and became assistant chief financial officer in 2004. He was appointed vice president and chief financial officer in 2005 and executive vice president in 2006. "Career: Mr. Harvey began his career with Philip Morris. He joined Johnson Controls in 1977 as a professional technical recruiter and served in other corporate human resources management positions. He was responsible for expanding the global capabilities of the group in recruitment, training and development, compensation and employee relations. Mr. Harvey supervised the company’s regional human resources leaders in Asia, Europe, North America and South America. He was named to his current position in January, 2006. His responsibilities include leadership of workforce and supplier diversity initiatives, community relations efforts and public affairs programs, including the Johnson Controls Foundation. Mr. Bobek has served as our Director since March 1996. Since 1991, Mr. Bobek has been a Vice President of Johnson Controls, Inc., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Bobek was Vice President, Business Planning & Development, Controls Group and from 1992 to 1995 was Vice President, Marketing & Delivery Systems, Systems & Services North America. Since 1995 Mr. Bobek has been serving as Vice President, Strategy & Globalization, Systems & Services Worldwide.

"Career: Ms. Kreh spent 22 years with Pittsburgh-based PPG industries in a variety of finance and operational roles. She was general manager of PPG’s Optical Materials business for two years and then was promoted to corporate treasurer, a role she had for five years. She was appointed to her current position in March 2007. Background and Education: Ms. Kreh has a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and management information systems. She has a Master of Business Administration in finance from Duquesne University."

As Director of Energy and Environmental Affairs for the Building Efficiency business of Johnson Controls, Paul is a member of the senior management team. He develops business opportunities while leveraging the energy efficiency and environmental record of Johnson Controls. Paul manages Johnson Controls High Performance Green Buildings business, which includes structures that are designed, built, renovated, operated, or reused in an economical and resource-efficient manner. Paul was one of the original members and currently is a board member of the U.S. Green Building Council, serving on the Finance Committee. He also has served on the Marketing Committee and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Steering Committee. Paul was honored with the USGBC's Leadership Award in 2005 for his work on LEED development. He also is active in the formation and activities of the Alliance for Sustainable Built Environments, a coalition of suppliers of sustainable products and services. As a member of the Executive Council of the Energy Efficiency Forum, co-sponsored by Johnson Controls and the U.S. Energy Association, Paul helps bring together business and government leaders (recent years have included Sen. Hillary Clinton and President George W. Bush) to discuss the implications of energy policy.

Mr. Pocius is the Director of Customer Finance at York International, a Johnson Controls Company, and a shareholder since 1993. Mr. Pocius has extensive experience in international trade financing, having worked with EXIM and FCIA on medium and long term customer financings since 1977. He has completed approximately 230 medium term transactions with Exporters' support, representing almost $250 million in financings. Mr. Pocius was actively involved as a Director of Exporters and EIC Corporation Ltd. from 2001-2003 and was elected a Director again in 2005 and continues to serve.

Gerald "Jerry" Bossolono is an associate of The ACCESS Group (TAG) and is a proven professional with over forty years of hands-on manufacturing management experience in the production and engineering disciplines. Gerald has held numerous positions within operational organizations from machine operator to shop floor management to the executive level. Gerald has worked in industries including: automotive, foundry, meat processing, appliance and injection molding equipment among others, in both consulting and full time positions. These experiences include working with multi-national and international conglomerate companies, such as, General Motors, Allis-Chalmers, Johnson Controls, Gateway Industries and others. Gerald has led many projects throughout his career ranging from complex manufacturing systems design and implementation to lean manufacturing conversions of plant with operations in many different industries. His accomplishments include the consolidation project for an automotive seat belt manufacturer, which consolidated three plants into two plants, and increased production volumes and improved on time and complete shipments. Gerald developed and implemented a preventative maintenance program for an automated brass foundry that brought its downtime from 30% to less than 1%. Gerald interacts well with people from all levels of the organization, which has been helpful in the success of the projects he has led. He is intimately familiar with JIT, Pull and Kanban systems, cellular and single piece flow manufacturing processes and utilizes Auto Cad to develop and implement plant layouts to accommodate these and other lean manufacturing principles. Gerald is an enthusiastic and highly motivated leader. Results are obtained by involving, teaching and working alongside the employees to ensure success during planning, implementation and after the engagement is completed. Gerald's certifications include SPC (Oakland University), Certification Mfg. Engineering (Allis-Chalmers), certified MTM Applicator (Allis-Chalmers), and Auto Cad (General Motors). He has also attended seminars in management, process control, production control, planning, MRP, industrial engineering, and business management.

Jennifer joined Nancy Skinner & Associates in 1996. Jennifer serves as a consultant for clients like Kellogg's, Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, National City Bank, Plante & Moran, Fujisawa Healthcare, and Spectrum Health. She is a coach in our Facilitation Skills program and our Speak Up & Be Effective series providing important skill development for our clients like Johnson Controls, Kohler, and Gentex Corporation. Her background prior to Nancy Skinner & Associates was in public relations and marketing in the public sector. Jennifer is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and received her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations.

Linda Morrison is a Senior Engineer at ambient energy with fourteen years of experience in facility audits for energy efficiency, operational efficiency, and sustainability, energy modeling; supply and demand side energy strategies, mechanical and electrical system efficient design, measurement and verification protocols, and pro-forma financial business case analysis. Ms. Morrison's projects have provided many strategic upgrades to various facility types including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and government facilities. She has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is a registered Professional Engineer. Ms. Morrison's previous experience includes work at Johnson Controls consulting with clients on meeting their strategic facility objectives and budgets with custom turn-key design/build solutions, project management, as well as leading the western region team of engineers. Ms. Morrison is a member of the Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineering Directors, the Association of Energy Engineers, and the Colorado Renewable Energy Society.

Miles Stover brings to KGI more than two decades of experience of working hands-on with under-performing organizations, serving as an interim executive or an advisor in numerous industries with organizations ranging in size from start-ups to billion dollar revenue organizations, public and private, foreign and domestic. Miles has lead engagements from the position of CEO, COO, President, CFO, GM, Trustee, Receiver, Responsible Individual and Estate Representative in dozens of cases involving operations under the scrutiny of the Bankruptcy Court. While it is always desirable to not file for bankruptcy protection, working successfully under these conditions is a skill set not possessed by many consultants that Miles has. Miles holds numerous credentials that lend themselves to being able to offer the KGI client more options and experiences to draw from. Included are the credentials of: Certified Turnaround Professional, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Management Consultant, Certified Professional Consultant to Management, Certified Confidentiality Officer among others. Strategy development and execution, financial restructuring, establishing internal and financial controls, cash management, M & A activity, working in high labor intensive environments, liquidating assets, negotiations, establishing operation plans and executing on the plans, setting up new operations, closing locations, working with existing management so that established goals are executed are some of the areas Miles excels in. Miles is the recipient of the United States Senate Award for Productivity. His articles on the subject of turnarounds and management are published nationally. Miles is active within many organizations that provide knowledge and a network that will assist him assist the client. Among his college degrees are a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Paul joined Complete Building Services as a Project Manager in 1986. His experience includes working with the Johnson Controls Company in the HVAC/Controls Field designing and engineering pneumatic, electric and electronic control systems ranging for small commercial, large commercial and industrial systems. Mr. Harris has an extensive background in the building automation field including installation, project management, estimating, programming, design and value engineering. Paul is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and the National Capital Hospital Engineering Society, and is a Certified Energy Manager.

Prenova's Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Phil has served in an advisory capacity in public companies as well as private ventures. In his current position with Prenova, Phil is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's legal and insured risk activities. Phil came to Prenova from his post a Chief Legal Officer of i2Go, a technology start-up company. Prior to that role, Phil was a member of the Johnson Controls executive team that created the Integrated Facility Management business, which grew from a few million dollars in revenues to multi-billion dollar company. He also is a seasoned executive in international business ventures. Phil holds a BA degree from the University of Vermont, an MPA and JD from American University, and an MBA from Emory University.

Richard Huskey joined the Special Projects Group in August 2006 and serves as a safety advisor. Richard studied civil engineering at the University of Maryland and engineering technology at Portland Community College. Richard learned refined his construction skills as a Builder First Class Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy Seebees. Following his retirement from the service, Richard served site safety positions with Kajima Construction Company of Pasadena, California at a light rail project in Portland, Oregon. He has also served as a site safety supervisor for Fluor Construction International, Inc. at a $1.2 Billion high technology project in Camas, Washington. As a contract safety coordinator for Johnson Controls, Inc., Richard monitored several general industry and construction projects for clients that included Pfizer, Inc. Additionally, Richard provided safety management and engineering at the Ted Williams Tunnel Project in Boston with M. DeMatteo/Flatiron/Interbeton, Inc., Slattery/Interbeton, J.F. White/Perini; and Honeywell-TSI.

Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Grupo IMSA S.A., Nuevo Leon, Mexico (industrial conglomerate specializing in steel, aluminum and plastic products). He served as Chief Executive Officer from 1985 through 2006 and as Chairman from 2003 through 2006. Mr. Clariond serves as a director of Navistar International Corp., The Mexico Fund, Inc., Mexichem, S.A., Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A., and Grupo Industrial Saltillo, S.A. Mr. Clariond serves on the Audit Committees of Grupo Industrial Saltillo, S.A., Mexichem, S.A., and The Mexico Fund, Inc. and is a member of the Compensation Committees of Navistar International Corp. and Mexichem, S.A.

Jeffrey A. Joerres is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manpower Inc. Having joined Manpower in 1993, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing, and later, as Senior Vice President of European Operations and Global Account Management. It was in 1999 that he was promoted to President and CEO, and in 2001 that he was named Chairman of the Board. Jeff has led a transformation of Manpower's business strategy, adding new business lines that have expanded the company's ability to assist clients and candidates in navigating the changing world of work. Jeff is a true thought leader within his industry, and a pioneer in emerging markets. His role at Manpower has seen him advising domestic and foreign government officials about how to transform their labor markets to compete in the global economy. Retired Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President, Snap-on, Inc., Kenosha, Wisconsin (tool manufacturer). He served as Chief Executive Officer and President from 1991 to 2001 and as Chairman from 1991 to 2002. Mr. Cornog is a director of Oshkosh Truck Corp. and Wisconsin Energy Corp. ( We Energies ). Mr. Cornog serves on the Human Resources Committee (compensation) of Oshkosh Truck Corp. and the Audit Committee of We Energies.

Robert L. Barnett is a retired Executive Vice President of Motorola Corporation. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Commercial, Governmental and Industrial Solutions Sector, and President, Land Mobile Products Sector, of Motorola, Inc. Mr. Barnett is a director of Johnson Controls, Inc., Central Vermont Public Service Corporation and EFJ, Inc., and a director and Treasurer of the Lincoln Foundation for Performance Excellence. He is a Senior Baldridge Examiner and a licensed professional engineer. Mr. Barnett has been a director since May 1990. He is a member of the Board's Corporate Affairs and Governance Committees and chairs its Audit Committee.

Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, MGIC Investment Corp., Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Lacy retired in 1999 after a 28-year career at MGIC Investment Corp. and its principal subsidiary, Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp. (MGIC), the nation’s leading private mortgage insurer. Mr. Lacy is a Director of Ocwen Financial Corp. He serves on the Corporate Governance Committee and is the Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Ocwen Financial Corp.
