Managing Director, Oak Canyon Partners, LLC, a private equity fund providing consulting services and investment capital to special situation companies, both private and public since 2004. He previously served as a director and interim President of Amerityre Corporation from 2006 to 2007. He was a member of the Cox Group, a residential and commercial real estate firm, from 2005 to 2006 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Geneva Steel Holdings Corp. from 2001 to 2005. He is 50.

President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the corporation since 2006. He was Executive Vice President of the corporation and President and Chief Operating Officer of Joy Mining Machinery from 2003 to 2006. He is also a director of Tesco Corporation. He is 62.

Prior to joining Joy Global, Mr. Doheny had been with Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, where he was President of Industrial Technologies from 2003 to 2005, President of Shared Services in 2003 and President of Air Solutions Group from 2000 to 2003.

Richard B. (Dick) Loynd, is President of Loynd Capital Management and formerly Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has been a director since 1987. He currently serves as Lead Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee and a Chairman of the Governance and Nominating Committee. He also serves as Director of Joy Global Inc.

James H. Woodward, Jr., has been a director since March 2007. Mr. Woodward has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Joy Global Inc. since January 2007. Prior to joining Joy Global Inc., Mr. Woodward was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JLG Industries, Inc. from August 2000 until its sale in December 2006. Prior to JLG Industries, Inc., Mr. Woodward held various financial positions at Dana Corporation since 1982. Mr. Woodward is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Mr. Olsen also serves as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer. He joined Joy Mining Machinery in 1979 as manager of external reporting and has held a number of senior finance positions there. Mr. Olsen was most recently corporate Chief Accounting Officer as well as Senior Vice President of Finance for Joy Mining Machinery. Mr. Olsen has a BS degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dennis R. Winkleman has global responsibility for all HR functions including staffing, compensation, benefits, organizational development and effectiveness, employee and labor relations, health and safety, and internal communications. He was appointed Executive Vice President in May 2000. Much of Mr. Winkleman's 30 years of human resource experience has been focused on helping organizations manage turn-around, transition and restructuring. Winkleman received a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.

Mr. Major is responsible for Joy Global's legal affairs, including its two primary business units, P&H Mining and Joy Mining. Prior to joining Joy Global, he was employed by Johnson Controls, Inc., holding roles with increasing legal responsibility since 1998. Mr. Major was a corporate officer and most recently served as Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of Johnson Controls, Inc. Mr. Major started his in house career with Abbott Laboratories as Counsel International after working for seven years in private practice with law firms in Chicago and Tokyo. Mr. Major earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from DePauw University, his juris doctor degree from Indiana University, and his masters of business administration from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Continental Crushing & Conveying, Mr. Nicola has global responsibility for the company's conveyor equipment business and its line of Stamler feeders, feeder-breakers and crushers. Terry joined Joy Mining Machinery in 1976 and has held various positions throughout the U.S., including Manager, Chain Products Operations and Director of Finance for the Americas. He also completed a two-year international assignment as Director of Operations for Australia. In 2006, Terry led the integration of the Stamler business with P&H and Joy and was named General Manager of the Stamler Product Line. In 2008, he was appointed President of the newly formed Continental Crushing & Conveying division. Terry earned a B.S. in Business Administration form Robert Morris University and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Mr. Doheny has global responsibility for the company's underground mining machinery business. Prior to joining Joy Global Inc. in May 2006, Mr. Doheny spent 20 years with Ingersoll-Rand. While there he held a variety of senior executive positions, both domestic and international, including President of the Air Solutions Group, President of Shared Services and most recently as President of Industrial Technologies. Ted holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters degree in Management from Purdue University.

Steven L. Gerard was elected by the Board to serve as its Chairman in October, 2002. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director in October, 2000. Mr. Gerard was Chairman and CEO of Great Point Capital, Inc., a provider of operational and advisory services from 1997 to October 2000. From 1991 to 1997, he was Chairman and CEO of Triangle Wire & Cable, Inc. and its successor Ocean View Capital, Inc. Mr. Gerard s prior experience includes 16 years with Citibank, N.A. in various senior corporate finance and banking positions. Further, Mr. Gerard served seven years with the American Stock Exchange, where he last served as Vice President of the Securities Division. Mr. Gerard also serves on the Boards of Directors of Lennar Corporation and Joy Global, Inc.
