Doug combines a passion for writing and design with a background in marketing and production into an all-consuming lifestyle of work, work, (play), work. With a career that spans TV, theme parks, corporate events and media production, Doug knows how to inspire an audience with immersive and exciting environments. In recent years he's worked with Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Lucent Technologies, Skechers, Disney, Universal Studios, Time Warner/Six Flags, Nickelodeon, Kmart, Ford/Visteon, Yamaha, MasterCard and American Express. Along the way, Doug produced and directed dozens of award-winning media pieces -- 13 Tellys and Cindys, a dozen international media/keynote tours, numerous product launches, and untold numbers of scripts, proposals, and event environments of all kinds. He began his career assisting on major marketing events for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida where he later worked to develop co-operative television projects in the variety, talk and sports genres. A yen for the big city impelled him to move to Manhattan where he starved, went deep and got creative. He soon freelanced his way across the country, through Las Vegas and to Los Angeles where he now resides.

Matthew Tennenbaum is COO and also directs the firms General Liability and Property Third Party Administration division. Mr. Tennenbaum has over 14 years of Regional and National Account Management and Property/Casualty claims handling experience with manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, real estate management and retail clients including the Navy and large corporations such as EMI, Wal Mart, Kmart, Circuit City and Best Buy. He previously founded the TPA firm Trafalgar Professional Administrators to service the claims handling needs for several Lloyds Syndicates and has led million dollar corporate wide IT project implementations for Business Intelligence, Claims and Litigation Management systems. Mr. Tennenbaum holds multi-state Adjuster licenses and is an accredited Producer. A graduate of West Virginia University, Mr. Tennenbaum earned his BSBA and is working towards an AIC designation.

William C. Crowley, 48, was previously Senior Vice President, Finance and a director of Kmart, and had served as an officer of Kmart since 2003. Mr. Crowley has also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ESL Investments, Inc., a private investment firm, from 1999 to present. He is a director of AutoNation, Inc. In 1988, Richard C. Perry, 51, co-founded Perry Capital, which has grown to an $11 billion private investment management firm. Prior to 1988, Richard worked in the equity arbitrage area of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He was also an adjunct associate professor at the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he taught a course in the finance department. Richard serves on the board of directors of Radio & Records, Inc. and Endurance Specialty Insurance, Ltd. Richard is a member of the boards of trustees of the Allen Stevenson School, Milton Academy, Facing History and Ourselves, Harlem Children's Zone and the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves on the Undergraduate Executive Board of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He earned an MBA at New York University's Stern School of Business in 1980, and a BS at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1977. Mr. Mnuchin, 43, is Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Dune Capital Management LP. Prior to this he was CEO of SFM Capital Management LP (an investment advisor to Soros Credit and SFM Capital). Prior to SFM, he served as Vice Chairman of ESL Investments. Prior to ESL, Mr. Mnuchin spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs where he had broad-based management and investment responsibilities. Prior to his departure from Goldman, Mr. Mnuchin was an Executive Vice President, the firm's Chief Information Officer, and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He is a member of the Yale Development Board, Riverdale Country School Board, Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden Board, Whitney Museum of American Art Board, and New York Presbyterian Hospital Board.

Willy has broad experiences in sourcing, merchandising and international trade. He was previously the General Manager of China sourcing office for a leading European fashion retail chain, and had been instrumental in developing company's China strategy, setting up the company, overseeing daily operations, and evaluating and monitoring existing and potential suppliers. For more than 10 years, Willy had been the general manager for Eastern Gateways Shanghai, a subsidiary of Eastern Gateways, in charge of major accounts in garments & accessories. Willy's customer list includes Menards, Target, and Kmart in the US, Eaton, Sears, Zellers, the Bay, Donald Berman Enterprise, and Bio-Lab International in Canada, and Quelle, OTTO, AuChan, and Carrefour in Europe. His sourcing expertise covers a wide variety of merchandise including giftware, home furnishing, apparel, and travel goods. Willy was graduated with a BA in international business administration from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, and attended MBA program in Marketing at the University of Ottawa, Canada.
