Kevin has almost 20 years of sales and marketing management experience, most of that time in the hobby, craft and book industries. He uses this experience to develop new product ideas, create sales and marketing programs that support Kalmbach retailers and distributors, and promote cooperation and partnership between Kalmbach and their customers.

After several sales and sales support positions, Kim Wilkins joined Kalmbach in May 2007 as one of our Trade Sales and Service Representatives. Kim enjoys working with business owners to help them find the right products for their customers and looks forward to helping their business succeed with Kalmbach's products. Kim spends her time outside of work with her busy family's activities. She likes board games and baking. When she has a free moment you may find her scrapbooking or relaxing with a good book.

Lisa has been working in the capacity of Trade Sales and Service Coordinator for four out of the six years she has been with Kalmbach Publishing Co. She enjoys working with the Trade Sales Representatives and customers alike, and keeps the department running smoothly behind the scenes. You may be able to talk with her, if your Rep's line is busy, or if she's filling in on the phones. Outside the office Lisa enjoys escaping to Northern Wisconsin with her husband and two grown boys. In her spare time her hobbies run the gamut from coordinating weddings and floral arranging to boating, skiing and snowmobiling.

Lori Schneider is the advertising sales representative for Trains and has worked at Kalmbach Publishing since October 1989. Before joining Trains, Lori worked in the credit department, trade sales, and as an advertising sales rep for Classic Toy Trains and Garden Railways. She lives in Mukwonago with her husband, Dean, and children, Jake and Alissa. Lori enjoys gardening, playing softball, and camping.

The veteran of the Trade Sales team, Lucy has been with Kalmbach since April 1993. A true people person, Lucy has worked with shops in all areas of the country. A nature enthusiast, Lucy enjoys walking, astronomy, and bird watching. In her spare time Lucy enjoys cooking, traveling, singing, and spending time with her family.

After working in the art and office supply industry for a number of years, Martha Stanczak joined Kalmbach Publishing Company in 1990. Her extensive background in sales paved the path necessary to help our advertising customers. Since joining Kalmbach Martha has handled advertising sales for Garden Railways, Classic Toy Trains and Model Railroader magazines. Martha's first train trip was on a family vacation in the early 60's on the California Zephyr which began a lifelong interest in trains and model trains. Martha's interests beyond model railroading include spending time with her husband and beloved cat as well as cooking for friends and family. She especially enjoys French cuisine and was once fortunate enough to meet and spend a day with Master Chef Julia Child.

Sandy joined the Trade Sales department in April 1998 after four years with Kalmbach's Customer Sales and Service department. Sandy has gotten to know our Canadian market quite well. Family keeps Sandy quite busy but when she does have time to herself, she can be found gardening, beading or playing cards, and if the opportunity presents itself, loves to travel.

After working in the office supply sales industry for a number of years, Terri joined Kalmbach in February 1998. Terri has worked primarily with our customers on the West Coast and in the Midwest along with and enjoys getting to know the shop owners and the special needs of their customers. She also handles the majority of our distrubutors needs. Terri spends her time outside of work cooking and reading as well as being involved with her family's school activities.

Tricia has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She has been working at Kalmbach Publishing Co. since 2001, where she began in the Classified Ad Sales Department. Tricia is most known by her customers as lively, positive and knowledgable for all of their book and magazine needs.

In addition to his position as managing editor of Astronomy, Dick McNally is also an editor-at-large for Kalmbach Publishing Co. Prior to moving to Astronomy, he was the managing editor of another Kalmbach publication, FineScale Modeler. Besides his nine years with Kalmbach, Dick also has served stints with Airman Magazine, The American Legion Magazine, and other publications. He is a retired Air Force veteran who worked as a reconnaissance precision photo services officer and later flew HH-43F Husky and UH-1F Huey rescue helicopters in Thailand and stateside. He also served as a public affairs officer, managing publications in U.S., Europe, and Middle East assignments. Dick has a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in management. He and his wife, Mary Lee, have three sons.

Rob McGonigal joined Kalmbach Publishing Co. as an assistant editor of Trains magazine in 1993. He became editor of Classic Trains at its launch in 2000. A native of Philadelphia, he earned a B.A. degree in architecture at the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 and moved to Milwaukee to attend graduate school at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He worked at the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission before coming to Trains. Rob has had a lifelong interest in railroads. He credits his father with taking him on youthful trackside expeditions to see the Pennsylvania and Reading railroads. His first Trains subscription began with the April 1966 issue, when he was 7. He regrets being born too late to see steam in regular service, or to ride most of the great postwar passenger trains. His interests beyond railroading include Great Lakes steam vessels and historic roads such as the Lincoln Highway. He and his wife, Peg, live in a 1922 bungalow in Milwaukee.
