Ken Coppins has over 30 years of progressive experience in Consulting and Professional Services, including Financial Services. His background encompasses experiences in business development, operations and practice management, product development, account management, business transformation, systems integration, and quality assurance. He is a recognized leader and provider of business transformation, strategy, large-scale systems integration, complex offshore development and program management services to the global 1000. Mr. Coppins offers a multifaceted perspective with superior understanding of today's business conditions both domestic and global. He has established "best-practices" to enhance business operations, quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction. Financial services clients served include JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, McGraw-Hill Companies, Fleet, Banco Credito Peru, and Household International.

Donald R. Caldwell is founder and chairman of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners. Don oversees the operations of all of Cross Atlantic's offices and focuses a significant amount of his time on the growth of the Cross Atlantic franchise through fund raising, network development, and deal flow. He works closely with several portfolio companies, including: Brainspark, Kanbay, Mobile Cohesion, and Rubicon Technology. Prior to the formation of Cross Atlantic in March 1999, he was president and chief operating officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE). Additionally, he served as chairman of Safeguard's investment committee and led the formation of SCP Private Equity Partners (a $265 million late stage venture investment fund) and Pennsylvania Early Stage Partners (a $50 million seed and early stage fund). Don held a number of executive and financial positions, including chief administrative officer of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: CATP), a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor of Ernst & Young, LLP. Prior to joining Safeguard, Don held an executive position of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, a provider of information technology consulting and software development; and was a partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor to Ernst & Young, LLP. Don serves on several boards of publicly and privately held companies and civic organizations, including Diamond Cluster, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTPI), Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR), Kanbay International (NASDAQ: KBAY), Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (Chairman), Philadelphia Orchestra Association, and the Committee for Economic Development. Don is a CPA in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Harvard University. He is located in the Radnor office.

Harry C. Gambill has been a director since March 2005. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of TransUnion, having joined in 1985 as a Vice President and General Manager. During his tenure at TransUnion, Mr. Gambill has held several positions, most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing Services/Modeling. Prior to joining TransUnion, Mr. Gambill was a regional credit manager at Rhodes Furniture in Atlanta, Ga. He also held a number of management positions at Belk Department Stores and Sears, Roebuck & Company. Mr. Gambill is very active in credit industry organizations, including the Consumer Data Industry Association (former ACB) where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He serves on the boards of two private and one public corporation.

Michael E Mikolajczyk served as a member of our board from June 2001 until May 2002 and rejoined our board of directors in March 2004. Additionally, Mr. Mikolajczyk has served as a member of our audit committee and compensation committee since March 2004. Since September 2003, Mr. Mikolajczyk has served as managing director of Catalyst Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm. From 2001 through 2003, Mr. Mikolajczyk worked as an independent consultant providing business and financial advisory services to early stage and mid-cap companies. Mr. Mikolajczyk also served as vice chairman of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc., a management and technology consulting firm, from 2000 to 2001, president from 1998 to 2000 and chief financial officer from 1994 to 1998. Mr. Mikolajczyk served as chief financial officer of Technology Solutions Company, a business solutions provider, from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Mikolajczyk currently serves as a director of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. Mr. Mikolajczyk is a CPA in the State of Michigan and holds a BS in business from Wayne State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
