Michael qualified as a chartered accountant in 1975 and is the Office Managing Partner. He has over 25 years experience in providing business advisory services to clients principally in the SME sector. Included in this is a 5-year period as a partner in a national firm of accountants when the firm was the Cardiff office for BDO Binder Hamlyn.

Peter is the Staff Partner in the practice and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1979. He has over 20 years experience at partner level in the provision of accounting services to a significant variety of SME clients. During the period 1991 to 1995, whilst the firm was part of the BDO Binder Hamlyn organisation, he was an audit partner for a number of public limited companies with subsidiaries and divisions in South Wales. Peter is a former President of the South Wales Society of Chartered Accountants. His experience in the SME sector has led to his formal appointment by the National Assembly as an advisory member of a committee which develops and reviews Objective 1 business support proposals.

Andy joined the firm in 2003, after graduating from Cardiff Business School with joint honours. He was promoted to manager once he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2006, after passing all exams at his first attempt.

Colin joined the firm in 1990 prior to it joining BDO Binder Hamlyn and de-merging into an independent partnership. Colin qualified in 1995 and became a manager two years later. He is presently a Senior Manager, responsible for the audit and accounts work for SME's through to large groups and manages the audits of charities and large pension schemes with members in excess of 100.

Dawn graduated with The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in 1989 and was admitted as a member in 1991. Dawn joined us as a Senior Manager in October 2004 to help expand the firm's client base. Prior to joining the firm, Dawn served 16 years with a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants in Bridgend, 11 years as Audit Manager. Her client base was mainly made up of family- owned companies, but also included Charities, government-funded organisations and professional practices. Dawn's work has involved general business advice as well as traditional auditing / accounts and taxation work.

Graham served a nine-year "apprenticeship" with the Inland Revenue, both in Cardiff and then in London, before joining the Cardiff office of the international accountancy firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1985.

Patricia's tax career started in the Inland Revenue where she worked for 6 years before having a career break. Then she joined the Newport office of the international accountancy firm of Peat Marwick Mc Lintock.
