Andy joined the firm in 2003, after graduating from Cardiff Business School with joint honours. He was promoted to manager once he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2006, after passing all exams at his first attempt.

Dawn joined us as a Senior Manager in October 2004 to help expand the firm's client base. Prior to joining the firm, Dawn served 16 years with a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants in Bridgend, 11 years as Audit Manager. Her client base was mainly made up of family- owned companies, but also included Charities, government-funded organisations and professional practices.
