Jeff Hanko has over 20 years of professional experience and is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations & International Sales for Castle Rock Industries, a manufacturer of floor care cleaning equipment based in Denver, Colorado. He is an expert in the Toyota Production System and Lean Manufacturing and led the initiative to implement these concepts at Castle Rock, which resulted in the consolidation of three facilities, reduced cost and inventory levels and improved customer service. He has also led extensive international manufacturing and sourcing projects to move product lines to lower cost markets, primarily China. In addition to his operations role, Jeff manages the international sales effort and has spent significant time in Europe and Asia establishing and closing sales opportunities. Prior to joining Castle Rock in 2000, Jeff served in various operations roles at Allied Signal, Teledyne and Baxa. Jeff began his career as a commissioned officer in the United States Army and was awarded the Bronze Star for his performance during the first Gulf War, where he served in a combat support role providing logistics for division-size attacking formations in Kuwait and Iraq. Jeff graduated fifth in his class with a BS degree in chemistry from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
