Denny Wilkinson brings to Kasenna over 25 years of experience with start up and high growth organizations in technology and media. Denny has held senior management positions in advertising, programming, distribution and media technology over his extensive career. Most recently, Denny was CEO of BlackArrow Inc., a VC backed start up conducting pioneering work in the on-demand video advertising space. Prior to BlackArrow, Denny held the CEO position with Lenfest Media, a leading linear ad management company and Princeton Video Image, the creator of the virtual first down line now universally used in NFL broadcasts. Prior to PVI, Denny was Senior Vice President of Programming and Marketing for PrimeStar Satellite TV, the first digital satellite TV provider in the US. In his PrimeStar role, Denny led the teams that acquired all the content for the 150 channel service as well as leading all their marketing efforts. Denny came to PrimeStar from HBO, where he held the position of SVP Consumer Marketing. Prior to HBO, Denny had an extensive career in management roles at leading US advertising agencies. Denny has a BA from Princeton University and has studied at the Harvard Business Schools Program for Management Development.

As Executive Vice President of Engineering and Customer Care Services, Sanjay drives the company's engineering and support efforts and is responsible for managing all of Kasenna's engineering and support activities and resources in the Sunnyvale, California headquarters and the company's R&D center in Bangalore, India. Sanjay acquired his more than 20 years of broad industry experience in engineering, operations, and product management at start-up companies as well as large enterprises. Most recently, he served as senior director of global systems development at Quantum Corporation and prior to that was senior vice president of engineering and operations at Five9, a hosted call center technology and services company. In addition, Sanjay held the position of senior vice president of engineering at DirecTV Broadband and led the team that built robust, scalable and automated operational support systems for services provisioning and infrastructure management. He came to DirecTV Broadband via the acquisition of Telocity, a start-up, focused on providing nationwide broadband residential services. Prior to that Sanjay was at Fujitsu Business Communication Systems, DSC/Alcatel and Nortel. Sanjay holds an MS in Computer Science from University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.

Mr. Hilmes brings over seventeen years experience in the VoIP, CDMA, GSB based Mobile Network Operators globally, telecommunications and the communications industry. Mr. Hilmes most recently worked at Syniverse Technologies where he fulfilled multiple roles including developing strategies for new and existing products in the areas of VoIP Peering, Database services, Network services, mobile Roaming services, and Instant messaging. He also managed Syniverses major accounts, and most recently served as Director Business Development & Product Marketing. Prior to Syniverse, Mr. Hilmes held senior management, marketing and sales positions at Pronto Networks, Copper Mountain Networks, Premisys Communications, AT&T Paradyne, Ascom Timeplex, and Sun Microsystems. Mr. Hilmes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

John F. Shoch, Ph.D., joined Craig Taylor as a venture capitalist in 1985. Prior to this, he was President of the Xerox Office Systems Division. John received a BA (1971) in Political Science, an MS (1977), and a Ph.D. (1979) in Computer Science, all from Stanford. He joined Xerox in 1971 and worked at its Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) where he helped develop the Ethernet, a local area network system. In 1980, he became the assistant to the CEO of Xerox. In 1982, John became President of the Office Systems Division, developing networked office systems derived from Xerox PARC research. He was a director of and founding investor in Conductus and Remedy. He is also a director of several private companies, including Ensenda, Kasenna, Knowledge Networks, and MontaVista Software.

Saurabh Srivastava focuses on early-stage technology investments in systems and software. As a Partner of Artiman Ventures, he is currently on the boards of airwide Solutions, SiOptical, Kasenna, OpSource and Ortiva Wireless. Prior to joining Artiman in 2000, Saurabh was a Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Cisco Systems' Corporate Business Development group, where he led the technology strategy for VoIP and wireless mobility teams, focusing on Cisco's technology and acquisition strategies in the voice-over IP, wireless/mobility and VPN areas. At Cisco he led 18 acquisitions and 10+ investments. Before joining Cisco, Saurabh worked part time for Philips while completing Stanford's MBA program. At Philips, he worked with a group that created the venture funding arm of Philips in the US. Prior to that, for almost eight years, Saurabh held various operating roles from engineering to engineering management, marketing and pre-sales at Silicon Graphics, Inc., Kaleida Labs and Digital Equipment Corp. He also holds two patents for networking protocol technologies.
