Mr. Shladovsky is general counsel and a senior managing director of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and serves as secretary and chief compliance officer of Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company (KYN), Kayne Anderson Energy Total Return Fund (KYE), and Kayne Anderson Energy Development Company (KED). Mr. Frey is a senior managing director and portfolio manager for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. In 1998, Mr. Frey began investing in master limited partnerships (MLPs) on behalf of Kayne Anderson and has served as portfolio manager of Kayne Anderson's public and private MLP funds since their inception in 2000. Mr. Farber is a co-managing partner for the firm’s marketable securities activities. He is responsible for trading and hedging, as well as the arbitrage, high-yield and closed-end fund strategies. Steven Good is a senior partner in the firm, and is actively involved in business consulting and advisory services for a sizeable and varied client base, which includes manufacturing industries, garment industries, medical services and real estate development. He also has extensive experience in acquisitions, merger transactions and business valuations. Mr. Good received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he also attended graduate school.
