"Linda Rae is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Keithley Instruments, Inc. Rae joined Keithley in 1995 with a position in product marketing and later served as head of Keithley's Component Test Group, as well as the company's Optoelectronics Group, and most recently was the company's Senior Vice President and General Manager.
Rae earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. In addition, she holds a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

"Mark J. Plush is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Keithley Instruments, Inc. Plush joined Keithley in 1982 as Corporate Controller, was named a corporate officer in 1989, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 1998. Prior to joining Keithley, Plush completed an 11-year career with Parker Hannifin Corporation.
Plush earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a certified public accountant.
