A. D. David Mackay has been president of Kellogg Company since September 2003 and chief executive officer since December 31, 2006. He has been a member of Kellogg Company's board of directors since February 2005. He is also a member of the company's global leadership team. Mr. Mackay joined Kellogg Australia as group product manager in 1985. He then transferred to corporate headquarters in Battle Creek in 1987 as category director, ready-to-eat cereals. He returned to Australia in 1991 as marketing and sales director, Kellogg Australia. In 1992, Mr. Mackay left Kellogg and held the position of managing director, Sara Lee Bakery in Australia. He returned to Kellogg in 1998 as managing director, Kellogg Australia and was promoted to managing director, United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland later in 1998. He was promoted to senior vice president, Kellogg Company and president, Kellogg USA in July 2000. In November 2000, Mr. Mackay was promoted to executive vice president, Kellogg Company. He was named president and chief operating officer of Kellogg Company in September 2003. He received a bachelor of business degree from Charles Sturt University, Australia. Mr. Mackay is a member of the board of directors of Fortune Brands, Inc. and the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts. He is a former director and board member of the Grocery Manufacturers of Australia, the Australian Food Council, the Industry Affairs Council of the Grocery Manufacturers of America, and the executive committee of the Biscuit and Cracker Manufacturers' Association. Mr. Mackay was born August 16, 1955 and lived primarily in Australia during his youth. He and his wife, Michelle, reside in Portage, Michigan. They have two children.

David Pfanzelter has been senior vice president, Kellogg Company and president, specialty channels since May 2004. He is also a member of the company's global leadership team. Mr. Pfanzelter began his foodservice career in 1975 with Oscar Mayer Foods Corporation. He moved up in the organization through several key sales and marketing positions, including director of marketing and national sales manager. In 1995, he was appointed vice president, sales of Kraft Foodservice, representing the combined manufactured brands of Oscar Mayer, General Foods and Kraft Foods. In 1998, he joined the Keebler Foods Company as vice president and general manager of the foodservice division and was also a corporate officer. Following the acquisition of Keebler in 2001, Mr. Pfanzelter was named president of Kellogg's Food Away From Home. He was promoted to Kellogg Company vice president in 2003. Since 1998, he has been on the board of directors of Doctor's Associates, the parent company of Subway Restaurants, the nation's largest restaurant chain. He also serves on the Board of the International Foodservice Manufacturer's Association as past chairman and a member of its executive committee. In 2002, he was their recipient of the annual President's Award in recognition of his significant contributions to the food service industry. In 2003, he was awarded IFMA's Key Person Award. In 2005, the Foodservice Industry's largest organization, NAFEM, bestowed on him an Honorary Doctorate Degree recognizing his accomplishments within the industry. Mr. Pfanzelter received a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater and continued his education at the University of Chicago School of Business. Mr. Pfanzelter was born October 3, 1953, in Burlington, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Rose, reside in Chicago, Illinois. They have three children.

John A. Bryant has been Kellogg Company's chief operating officer since August 2008 and chief financial officer from 2002 – 2004 and since 2006. He is also a member of the company's global leadership team. Mr. Bryant joined Kellogg Company in March 1998, working with Kellogg Australia and Kellogg Europe in support of the global strategic planning process. In addition to serving in numerous leadership roles, he has led both the Kellogg North America and Kellogg International businesses. Before joining Kellogg Company, Mr. Bryant held leadership positions with Deloitte & Touche, Marakon and A.T. Kearney. Mr. Bryant received a bachelor of commerce degree from Australian National University and an MBA (Palmer Graduate Scholar) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and an associate of the Securities Institute of Australia. Mr. Bryant was born November 6, 1965, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. He resides in Battle Creek, Michigan, with his wife, Alison, and their six children.

Gary H. Pilnick has been senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Kellogg Company since August 2003. He assumed responsibility for corporate development in June 2004. Mr. Pilnick is also a member of the company's global leadership team. He joined Kellogg Company in September 2000 as vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary. Prior to joining Kellogg Company, Mr. Pilnick was affiliated with the Chicago law firm of Jenner and Block from 1989 to 1995, including corporate legal assignments in both Chicago and Tokyo, Japan. He served as vice president and chief corporate counsel for Specialty Foods Corporation from 1995 to 1997, when he joined Sara Lee Corporation as chief counsel, corporate development and finance. He was named vice president and chief counsel, Sara Lee Branded Apparel, North and South America in February 1999. Mr. Pilnick received a bachelor's degree with honors from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania, and a juris doctorate with honors from Duke University School of Law, Durham, North Carolina. Mr. Pilnick was born September 17, 1964, in Forest Hills, New York. He and his wife, Helene, reside in Portage, Michigan. They have three children.

Jeffrey M. Boromisa has been senior vice president, Kellogg Company since 2002 and executive vice president, Kellogg International since 2004. He was appointed president, Kellogg Latin America in August 2008. He is also a member of the company's global leadership team. Mr. Boromisa joined Kellogg in 1981 as a senior auditor. He was promoted to supervisor, internal auditing in 1983 and to manager, internal auditing in 1985 before being assigned to Queretaro, Mexico, in 1988 as controller, Kellogg de Mexico. He returned to corporate headquarters in Battle Creek in 1990 as director, cash management and long-range planning. He was promoted to director, financial analysis, Kellogg USA in 1995; to director, financial process design, Kellogg USA in 1997; and to vice president, purchasing, Kellogg North America later in 1997. In 1999, Mr. Boromisa was promoted to vice president and corporate controller, Kellogg Company. In February 2002, he assumed additional responsibility as chief financial officer, Kellogg International. He was promoted to senior vice president and corporate controller, Kellogg Company, in November 2002. In 2004, he was promoted chief financial officer, Kellogg Company and to president, Kellogg Asia Pacific in December 2006. Mr. Boromisa received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and completed graduate courses at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Boromisa was born March 9, 1955, in Gary, Indiana. He and his wife, Laura, reside in Portage, Michigan. They have two children.

Harry Cougher joined the Bunker Hill Company in Kellogg and rapidly rose through a succession of positions to become manager of mining in 1977 and then vice president in 1981. With the closure of the Bunker Hill operation in 1983, he joined Pioneer Nuclear, Inc., a major uranium producer, as vice president of operations in Amarillo, Texas. In 1984, he was able to return to Idaho with Sunshine Mining Company, as manager of the nations largest silver mine. Since 1987, he has served as vice president and general manager of the Kellogg Division. As manager, he has responsibility for the integrated mining, ore concentrating and refining facilities. Currently, he serves as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Sunshine Mining and Refining Company. A 1966 graduate in mining engineering, Harry continues to be involved with the university. He has been a member of the COMER college advisory board for several years and has also helped sponsor mining engineering research projects with the college and the company. He has been an active member of the Idaho Mining Association and has been a trustee of the Northwest Mining Association. He was recognized as a member of the Ten Most Distinguished Alumni of the College of Mines during the 1989 University of Idaho's Commencement. He was also recognized by the State of Idaho with a Certificate of Commendation for service on the rescue team at the Sunshine Mine Fire in May 1972.

Kathleen Wilson-Thompson has been Kellogg Company's senior vice president, global human resources since December 2005. She is also a member of the company's global leadership team. Ms. Wilson-Thompson joined the company in January of 1992 as a senior attorney. She was promoted to counsel in July of 1992 and to corporate counsel in January of 1995. She then assumed the role of human resources manager for the Memphis plant from March 1995 to November 1996, when she became the human resources manager for the Battle Creek plant. In January 1998, Ms. Wilson-Thompson returned to the legal department as corporate counsel, and was promoted to chief counsel, labor and employment in November 2001, a position she held until October 2003. At that time, she was promoted to vice president, chief counsel U.S. businesses, labor and employment. In July 2005, she was promoted to vice president, global human resources. She received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan and a juris doctor degree and master of laws degree in corporate and finance law from Wayne State University. Ms. Wilson-Thompson and her husband, Don, reside in Portage, Michigan. They have one daughter.

Margaret Bath has been Kellogg Company's vice president, research, quality and technology since June 2004. She is also a member of the company's global leadership team. Ms. Bath joined Kellogg Company as director, global product development in March 2000, and was promoted to vice president, snacking research and technology for the Kellogg's Snacks division in February 2002. In April 2004, she was promoted to vice president, research and technology. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Bath was employed by Frito Lay in Plano, Texas. Ms. Bath received a bachelor's degree in food science from the University of Maryland. She is a board member of the American Association of Cereal Chemists. Ms. Bath was born May 10, 1964, in Kansas City, Kansas. She resides in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Timothy P. Mobsby has been senior vice president, Kellogg Company; executive vice president, Kellogg International; and president, Kellogg Europe since October 2000. He is also a member of the company's global leadership team. Mr. Mobsby joined the company in 1982 in the United Kingdom, where he fulfilled a number of roles in the marketing area on both established brands and in new product development. From January 1988 to mid 1990, he worked in the cereal marketing group of Kellogg USA, his last position being vice president of marketing. From 1990 to 1993, he was president and director general of Kellogg France & Benelux, before returning to the UK as regional director, Kellogg Europe and managing director, Kellogg Company of Great Britain Limited. He was subsequently appointed vice president, marketing, innovation and trade strategy, Kellogg Europe based in Manchester, England. He was Kellogg Company's vice president, global marketing from February to October 2000.. Mr. Mobsby received bachelor's degrees in economics and business studies from Sheffield University, United Kingdom. He was elected chairman of the European Committee for Large Food and Drink Companies – CEO forum of the European Food and Drink Confederation (CIAA) in 2008. Mr. Mobsby was born June 8, 1955, in Surrey, England. He and his wife, Anne, reside in Dublin, Ireland. They have two children.

Julyette Jacobs joined the AIC Board in 2005 and is currently serving as the Treasurer. She is employed by Kellogg Company as Manager, Financial Benefits. Prior to returning to Kellogg Company in July of 2001, Julyette was Vice President of the Financial Literacy Center (FLC), a financial education company. While at FLC, she edited a book titled 401(k) Success Stories which was published in English and Japanese. During her career, Julyette has held various positions in employee benefits and financial services. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and has been a CEBS instructor at Kalamazoo College. She holds a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Cornell University and a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Drexel University. Julyette owned an antique store, Pump Arnold's Place, in downtown Battle Creek in the 1980s. It was operated by her partner, Bryant DeBolt. They currently own the Binder Block in downtown and have begun restoring the exterior of the building. Hobbies include studying and buying antique glass, gardening, boating, reading and traveling.

Mr. Russo is responsible for directing the implementation of PNet at PurchasingNet's high-profile customers. Recent engagements include Spear, Leeds and Kellogg (Goldman Sachs), Skadden Arps, Baker & McKenzie, and Ocwen Financial. Mr. Russo is also responsible for the design and operation of the company's web-site. His designs have received numerous awards including the 1998 and 1999 'Best of the Net' Award from About.com (formerly The Mining Company). Mr. Russo joined PurchasingNet in 1989 as the Manager of Customer Care. He was responsible for designing and implementing the company's customer support programs, which have resulted in a very high level of customer satisfaction. Mr. Russo graduated from Brookdale College.

Barb tackles a variety of responsibilities including special projects for Dave and overseeing various adult growth ministries (Connection Ministry, Guest Services, Care Team, Women's Ministry, and Social events). She joined the ACC staff in February of '03. She earned her BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, and also works 15 hours a week as a contract computer programmer at Kellogg in Elmhurst. She is the wife of Scott and mom to three teenagers Christina, Tim, and Michael. Barb and Scott will receive their foster care license this summer, and love to go camping in the mountains, rock hunting, and visiting National Parks and Monuments. Barb enjoys singing, working on house projects, sitting by their goldfish pond and waterfall, and adores animals including their two cats and one dog.

Carolyn has over 10 years in sensory and consumer research. Her background includes positions at Kellogg's USA, the Dial Corporation and Ocean Spray Cranberries. Carolyn joined CSS in 2003. She currently services a broad range of clients representing consumer packaged goods, specializing in fragrance research. She is also an active member of IFT as the fundraising chair and of ASTM E-18 as the chair of the sensory proficiency document.

Chandran Nair is the founder of what he believes is a "first" the Global Institute For Tomorrow is an organisation based in Asia that is focused on the relationship of Asian society and values with those of the rest of the world. Chandran was chairman of Environmental Resources Management (ERM) in the Asia Pacific until March of 2004. He established the company as Asia's leader in environmental consulting. For more than a decade Chandran has strongly advocated a more sustainable approach to development in Asia, and has helped the governments of Taiwan and Hong Kong instil these principles into their key decision-making processes. He continues to advise the Hong Kong government, devising a new approach that gives the public a bigger role in key policy making decisions another first for Asia. Chandran has worked and travelled extensively; corporations seek his advice on how to meet the challenges of doing business in Asia and of globalisation, on investment geo-politics, leadership development, ethics, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. He has addressed many of these issues at forums around the world, notably at speaking engagements in London, New York, Washington, and Sydney, and all of the major Asian capitals. In addition to his work with GIFT, Chandran has maintained his interest in business, continuing to provide strategic management advice and coaching to business leaders with a focus on achieving growth targets and bringing about organisational change.

Chris Smart joined the firm as counsel in July 2005. He specializes in real estate (from simple matters to complex real property acquisitions, including valuations and due diligence). He has extensive experience, as well, with contracts, bankruptcy, foreclosures and other debt collection, ordinance preparation and civil litigation, and he has considerable and developing experience with environmental, zoning and land use matters. Chris graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia Law School, J.D. 1988, where he was awarded the E.B. Convers Prize for the best original essay by a member of his graduating class and where he published an article in the Columbia Business Law Review on the societal effects of corporate takeovers. Chris received his undergraduate education from Arizona State University, B.S., Finance, Summa Cum Laude, 1985. As an undergraduate, he earned membership in the academic fraternities of Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Lambda Delta and was appointed to represent the university on the Arizona Students Association. After graduating from Columbia, Chris clerked for the Honorable James W. Meyers at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California and on the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. He spent the next four years as an associate in the San Diego office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, where he represented financial and corporate clients and creditors committees extensively in collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. He spent the next seven years as an associate and counsel at the Washington D.C. office of Arent Fox, where he continued his bankruptcy and foreclosure practice while developing extensive transactional experience in the acquisition of real estate assets throughout the United States, representing private equity funds and investment banks (notably, Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds, sponsored by Goldman Sachs) in their investment activities. Since joining the firm, Chris has managed real estate due diligence for the acquisition of the Burke Mountain Ski Area, managed complicated litigation involving water rights, subdivisions, environmental and other real estate matters, and prepared municipal water, wastewater, zoning and cell tower ordinances. Chris is a member of the American and Vermont Bar Associations and has earned admission to the State Bars of Vermont, California, Virginia and to the Bar of the District of Columbia. He has also been admitted to practice before the highest courts in each of those states, as well as the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the District of Arizona, the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the District of Maryland, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He has conducted professional seminars on bankruptcy, foreclosures and title insurance. Chris served two years on the Montpelier City Council and currently serves as a commissioner on the Montpelier Historic Preservation Commission and a director on the Montpelier Heritage Group, engaging in land use advocacy. He has co-chaired a monthly discussion group at Montpelier's Kellogg-Hubbard Library since 2001. He has completed locally-recognized renovations of his old home and an apartment building, which he manages.

Peter began his career as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and an Associate Professor of Law at Northwestern University Law School. He has continued his academic affiliations by serving as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Law and the holder of the Edward Avery Harriman Lectureship at Northwestern Law School, where he teaches Business Planning, Corporate Finance, and Securities Regulation. He is also an Adjunct Professor in Finance at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management where he teaches Mergers and Acquisitions. He also teaches Mergers and Acquisitions in various mid-career Executive Programs at the Kellogg School of Management.

Professor Daniel Diermeier is the founder and managing partner of Diermeier Consulting LLC, based in Evanston, Illinois, providing clients with analysis and strategy advice in crisis leadership, reputation management, stakeholder management, regulatory and political strategy. Recent clients include Abbott Laboratories, Baker&McKenzie , BP, the City of Chicago, CIBC, Exelon, the FBI, Household International, Intercontinental Exchange, Johnson&Johnson, People's Energy, Scottsdale Bariatrics, and Shell. Professor Diermeier is a Principal and member of the board at Evolve24, LLC, based in Ellisville, Mo., a reputation and issue analytics company. Professor Diermeier's teaching and research focuses on integrated strategy, the interaction of business and politics, crisis leadership, reputation management and strategic aspects of corporate social responsibility. His work has been published in leading journals in both economics and politics including the American Economic Review, the American Political Science Review, and Econometrica. Professor Diermeier has lectured and consulted globally on media and issue management, integrated strategy, activists and consumer boycotts, security management, political strategy and regulatory management. He has led workshops and customized programs in biotechnology, energy, financial services, manufacturing, medical marketing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, media management, regulatory management, security management, and transportation management for a variety of clients including BP, the City of Chicago, Ernst and Young, Exelon, the FBI, GE Medical Systems, the International Security Management Association, the Medical Marketing Association, the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, the World Presidents' Organization, the Young President's Organization, and the Chief Executive Network. Since his arrival at Kellogg in 1997, he has been the recipient of all major teaching awards at Kellogg, including the Sidney J. Levy Teaching Award (Kellogg, 2003 and 1999), the Best Teacher Award (WHU, Kellogg Executive MBA Program, 2000) and the L.G. Lavengood Professor of the Year Award (Kellogg, 2001).

Edward F.X. Hughes, MD, M.P.H., is Professor of Health Industry Management and Management and Strategy in the Kellogg School of Management and Professor of Preventive Medicine in The Medical School, Northwestern University. Dr. Hughes is a graduate of Amherst College, Harvard Medical School and Columbia University School of Public Health. He trained originally in general surgery at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in the City of New York. Dr. Hughes is also the originator of Northwestern's Joint M.D./Masters of Management Degree Program, one of the first programs of its kind in the United States.

Gene Zelazny is the Director of Visual Communications for McKinsey & Company. Since joining the Firm in 1961, Gene's primary responsibility has been to provide creative advice and assistance to the professional staff in the design of visual presentations and written reports. This includes planning the communication strategy; structuring the story line; interpreting the data or concepts and recommending the best visual formats in terms of charts, diagrams, etc.; designing storyboards; and rehearsing the presentation. He is also responsible for designing and conducting communication training programs throughout the Firm, and has successfully integrated video workshops to improve the delivery skills of the consultants. Gene regularly presents his ideas on Making The Most of Your Business Presentation at business schools including Chicago, Columbia, Cornell, Darden, Harvard, Haas, Kellogg, Illinois, Michigan, Sloan, Stanford, Tuck, UCLA, Wharton, and Washington, in the U.S., and INSEAD, LBS, and Oxford in Europe. His first book, Say It With Charts, is available in six languages. The sequel, Say It With Presentations, was published in time for the Y2K celebrations. He is now working on Say It With Imagination. On a personal basis, you can see Gene having fun playing tennis, riding his bicycle, designing original chess sets, toying with his grandson, all while holding hands with Judy. Jennifer joined Nancy Skinner & Associates in 1996. Jennifer serves as a consultant for clients like Kellogg's, Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, National City Bank, Plante & Moran, Fujisawa Healthcare, and Spectrum Health. She is a coach in our Facilitation Skills program and our Speak Up & Be Effective series providing important skill development for our clients like Johnson Controls, Kohler, and Gentex Corporation. Her background prior to Nancy Skinner & Associates was in public relations and marketing in the public sector. Jennifer is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and received her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations.

As Communications Chair, Julie handles media relations and works on building interest and involvement in the organization from members of our community. Julie has an MBA with focus on Marketing from Kellogg and lives in Capitol Heights.

Michael Gorga sits as President and Senior Copywriter of his own company, Ink Media. He has successfully written for New York City film and television productions. He sat as Head Researcher/Writer for Fox Family Channel's "Real Scary Stories" television series, as well as Writer/Associate Producer for "Francesco Scavullo: Diary of a Manic Photographer", a documentary film. Mr. Gorga has eight years experience working on the commercial television sets of some of the most recognized name brands and products on the market today: Victoria's Secret, Campbell's, Kellogg's, Snickers, and many more. From journalism to documentary film scripting, from advertising copy to fiction, Michael Gorga has proven himself to be an inventive and versatile writer.

Sawhney is the Tribune Professor of e-Commerce at Northwestern s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is an internationally recognized academic leader studying the effects of the Internet on business strategy and marketplaces. He was recently named man of the year at the Davos International Economic Forum. Sawhney is a strategist and marketing expert that has been an invaluable resource, helping develop portfolio company business plans and providing access to new business opportunities.

Paul Fisher was named President of CenterPoint Properties Trust in January of 2005. As a co-founder of CenterPoint, Mr. Fisher served in the past as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company in 1991, he held a variety of executive positions with real estate firms and commercial banks in Chicago and New York. Mr. Fisher began his career practicing law after earning his Doctor of Law degree in 1980 from the University of Chicago Law School. He graduated in 1977 from The University of Notre Dame, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Fisher serves on the advisory board of the Guthrie Center for Real Estate Research at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is a Director of Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc. Institutional Investor in February, 2005 reported Mr. Fisher was rated by investors and analysts as one of Americas best CFOs.

Professor Korajczyk is responsible for the theoretical development of the Hedge Index Alpha product. He has been a member of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University Faculty since 1982. Professor Korajczyk is the Director of the Zell Center for Risk Research and the Harry G. Guthmann Distinguished Professor of Finance and former Chairman of the Department of Finance and Senior Associate Dean of Curriculum and Teaching. He was the Editor of the Review of Financial Studies and is the Associate Editor of the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Empirical Finance and Review of Quantitative Finance. Professor Korajczyk is a leading academic in investments and portfolio management. He has held visiting faculty appointments at The University of Chicago, where he earned his PhD, the University of Vienna, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has served as a consultant for the World Bank and a number of other organizations.

Stan has recently joined Dr. Smolanoff for development of the various assets and interests in the marketplace. Stan is a University of Colorado business graduate with a strong national brands corporate background. In Stan's 20 plus year career as a management consultant, sales and marketing consultant, and turnaround specialist counts among his business specialties, entertainment, intellectual property licensing, food manufacturing, the travel industry and retailing of everything from apparel to fast food. His recent client list includes, United Artists Theatre Circuit, General Mills, Inc., United Airlines, Inc., Kellogg's USA, Warner Lambert and Premiere Innovations, Inc.

Thomas Hubbard is Associate Professor of Management and Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to his appointment at Northwestern, Dr. Hubbard taught at Columbia University, the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and at UCLA. Dr. Hubbard is Co-Editor of the Journal of Industrial Economics and is Associate Editor at several academic journals, including the American Economic Review. He is also a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Dr. Hubbard has authored or co-authored published articles in the fields of industrial organization, organizational economics, and the economics of technology that have appeared in major journals including the American Economic Review, the Quarterly Journal of Economics, and the Rand Journal of Economics. His research has investigated many aspects of the organization of service industries, especially issues related to industry structure and vertical integration. Dr. Hubbard has been retained by several firms as consultant or expert, particularly in the transportation industry, and has provided expert testimony in regulatory matters in the casino gaming industry.

William Breen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Breen Financial Corporation. He is also Emeritus Professor of Finance at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He was Chairman and a founding director of Disciplined Investment Advisors, an Evanston, Illinois-based equity management firm that managed more than $2 billion in equities. Professor Breen has published more than 40 articles and scholarly papers and co-authored three books on investment strategy, corporate finance, asset pricing, and econometric theory. He has consulted for major financial institutions, pension consulting firms and corporations, and has served as chairman of the Finance Department and head of Doctoral Studies at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In addition, he served or serves as a director of the LaSalle Trust Company, Barton-Ashmann, X10ion Inc., and the Evanston Community Foundation. Professor Breen received a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Ripon College. He did graduate work at the London School of Economics as a Rotary International Fellow, and received a Ph.D. in Econometrics from Cornell University. He was an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor of Economics at Purdue University, and Associate Professor and Professor of Finance at the Kellogg Graduate School.

Yoram specializes in process optimization, business planning, vendor management and project leadership. Prior to joining PMP, Yoram held strategy consulting positions with Deloitte Consulting/Braxton Associates and The Mitchell Madison Group where he led engagements focusing on corporate strategy, M&A, turnaround management and new venture development. In his prior career, Yoram was a staff member with the Israeli Defense Mission to the US and a company commander with the Israeli Defense Force. Yoram holds an MBA with concentrations in finance, strategy and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in international marketing and finance.

Benjamin Solomon Carson, Sr. had a childhood dream of becoming a physician. Growing up in a single parent home with dire poverty, poor grades, a horrible temper, and low self-esteem appeared to preclude the realization of that dream. But, today, he is the director of pediatric neurosurgery at The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, a position he has held since 1984 at age 33. He is a professor of neurosurgery, oncology, plastic surgery, and pediatrics. In 1987, Dr. Carson gained world-wide recognition as the principal surgeon in the 22-hour separation of the Binder Siamese twins from Germany. This was the first time occipital craniopagus twins had been separated with both surviving. The procedure employed hypothermic arrest (the deliberate lowering of body temperature) and circulatory arrest, as well as sophisti-cated surgical reconstructive techniques for success. In 1997, Dr. Carson was the primary surgeon in the team of South African and Zambian surgeons that separated type-2 vertical craniopagus twins (joined at the top of the head) in a 28-hour operation. It represents the first time such complexly joined twins have been separated with both remaining neurologically normal. He is noted for his use of cerebral hemispherectomy to control intractable seizures as well as for his work in craniofacial reconstructive surgery, achondroplasia (human dwarfism), and pediatric neuro-oncology (brain tumors). Dr. Carson is a recipient of numerous honors and awards including more than 20 honorary doctorate degrees. He is a member of the American Academy of Achievement, the Horatio Alger Society of Distinguished Americans, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and many other prestigious organizations. He sits on the board of directors of numerous organizations, including Kellogg Company, Costco Wholesale Corporation, the Yale Corporation which is the governing body of Yale University, and America's Promise. In addition to his academic responsibilities, he is a highly regarded and requested motivational speaker who has addressed varied audiences from high school graduations to the keynote address at the 1997 President's National Prayer Breakfast. He is president and co-founder of the Carson Scholars Fund which recognizes young people of all backgrounds for exceptional academic and humanitarian accomplishments. He hopes this program will positively change the perception of high academic achievers among their peers across our nation.

Mr. Knauss was elected chairman and chief executive officer of the Company in October 2006. He was executive vice president of The Coca-Cola Company (a marketer and distributor of nonalcoholic beverages) and president and chief operating officer for Coca-Cola North America from February 2004 until August 2006. Previously, he was president of the Retail Division of Coca-Cola North America from January 2003 through February 2004 and president and chief executive officer of The Minute Maid Company, a division of The Coca-Cola Company, from January 2000 until January 2003. Prior to that, he held various positions in marketing and sales with PepsiCo, Inc. and Procter & Gamble and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is a director of Kellogg Company and has been a director at Clorox since 2006.

Besides being the chairman and CEO of Gund Investment Corporation which was founded in 1968, Mr. Gund is co-founder and chairman of The Foundation Fighting Blindness. The Foundation Fighting Blindness is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to finding the causes, treatments and/or cures for retinitis pigmentosa, age-related macular degeneration, and allied retinal degenerative diseases. He is a director of the Kellogg Company. Corning director since 1990. Age 69.

John R. Birk (Chairman) became a director of the Company in December 1998 and was elected Chairman in March 2004. He also serves as the Chairman of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, having previously served as the Chairman the Audit Committee. Mr. Birk has been an Operating Executive with Evercore Partners, Inc. since February 1996. From January 1995 to September 1995, Mr. Birk served as President of Ideon Group, Inc., Chairman of Wright Express, Chairman of National Leisure Group and President of Hotline Travel, following Ideon's acquisition of Wright Express where Mr. Birk was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Birk was President and a Director of Advo, Inc. from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Birk also served in a variety of executive roles at Sprint, Inc, including Group President, President of Sprint's Northeast Division and President of US Telecom Communications Services Co. John is Vice Chairman of Evercore Capital Partners and a Senior Managing Director of Evercore Partners. He is the retired Chairman and CEO of International Paper. John began his career at International Paper in 1965, serving in various capacities including VP and Group Executive for the Land and Timber Group in 1982, Executive VP for the Packaging Sector in 1987, President and COO in 1995, Chairman and CEO in 1996. He was elected to International Paper's Board in 1991. He is currently on the Board of Caterpillar, DuPont, Kellogg, and Vertis, and a member of The Business Council. John also served as Chairman of the Business Roundtable, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, and Chairman of the Board of the American Forest and Paper Association. He was a member of the President's Advisory Council on Trade Policy and Negotiations and served as Chairman of the Board of the National Council on Economic Education. (2)

Robert A. Steele has served as a member of Kellogg Company's Board of Directors since July 2007. As a member of Kellogg Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Steele chairs the Consumer Marketing Committee. He also serves on the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Steele is vice chairman, global health and well-being for Procter & Gamble. He began his career with Procter & Gamble in 1976 as a sales representative. He progressed steadily through the sales organization before moving to brand management in 1986. He was promoted to his first general management position in 1994, and subsequently held four vice president/general manager roles before being appointed president, North America in 2000. In 2004, he was named group president, North America, and in 2006, group president – Global Household Care. Mr. Steele is a member of the board of trustees for St. Joseph's Home for Handicapped Children and serves on the Miami (Ohio) University Business Advisory Council. Mr. Steele and his wife, Barbara, reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. They have three children.

Rogelio M. Rebolledo, 62, has been a director since August 2006. He is the former chairman of PBG Mexico, the Mexican operations of Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. He began his 30-year career with PepsiCo Inc. at Sabritas, the salty snack food unit of Frito-Lay International in Mexico. He was responsible for the development of the international Frito-Lay business, first in Latin America and then in Asia. From 2001 to 2003, he was president and chief executive officer of Frito-Lay International. He served as president and chief executive officer of Pepsi Bottling Group’s Mexico operations from January 2004 until July 2006.

Sterling Speirn has served as a member of Kellogg Company's Board of Directors since March 2007 As a member of Kellogg Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Speirn serves on the Consumer Marketing Committee and the Social Responsibility Committee. Mr. Speirn is president and chief executive officer of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. He is a member of the board of trustees of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and a trustee of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Trust. Before joining the Kellogg Foundation in 2006, Mr. Speirn was president of Peninsula Community Foundation, which served donors and charitable organizations on the San Francisco Peninsula and in Silicon Valley. He was also founder and chairman of the Center for Venture Philanthropy, which has launched three Social Venture Funds engaging with the issues of poverty, literacy and environment. Dorothy A. Johnson has served as a member of Kellogg Company's Board of Directors since April 1998. Ms. Johnson is president of Ahlburg Company, Grand Haven, Michigan, and president emeritus of the Council of Michigan Foundations.In January of 2000, she retired as president and chief executive officer of the Council of Michigan Foundations, a position she had held since 1975.The council is the largest regional association of grantmakers, serving more than 490 foundation and corporate members making grants for charitable purposes. Ms. Johnson is a trustee of the W. K. Kellogg Foundation.She serves as chair of the Grand Valley State University Board of Trustees and chair of the Indiana Center on Philanthropy Board of Directors.She is a director of the Corporation for National Service and National City Bank of Michigan/Illinois.Ms. Johnson is a former director of the Council on Foundations, Foundations Center, the Independent Sector, the National Charities Information Bureau, the National Center on Family Philanthropy and the Presbyterian Foundation. James Tyree is senior vice president, Pharmaceutical Operations Tyree first joined Abbott from 1978 until 1979 as a business analyst for a year. He rejoined the company in June 1997 and has been in various management positions including divisional vice president and general manager for Abbott's international division in Japan. He recently served as vice president, global licensing/new business development in the Pharmaceutical Products Division. He assumed his current role in 2006. Prior to re-joining Abbott in 1997, Tyree was president of Sugen Inc., a biotechnology start-up company and held various leadership positions at other pharmaceutical companies. He serves on the board of directors for TAP Pharmaceuticals, a joint venture between Abbott and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. He is a member of the advisory boards of the Polsky Center of Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago and the Kellogg Center for Biotechnology at Northwestern University. He is a member of Richard M. Daley's Chicago Mayor's Council of Technology Advisors. Formerly chairman, he is also chairman of the board of directors of the Illinois Biotechnology Industry Organization. He earned bachelor's degrees in psychology and forensic studies and a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University.

Mark Booth serves as President for Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America (TPNA), Inc. In this role, Booth oversees all aspects of TPNA's business. Booth has 20 years of industry experience encompassing senior leadership positions in sales, operations and product development. Before being named President in August 2002, Booth was Executive Vice President of the company, responsible for all commercial and business operations, as well as Medical & Scientific Affairs. Prior to joining TPNA in October 2001, Booth spent approximately two years as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at the Seattle-based biopharmaceutical company, Immunex. There, he was responsible for sales, marketing and project management. Booth developed, coordinated, and drove strategic execution across clinical, commercial, and manufacturing functions. Booth's career began at Abbott Laboratories in 1983, where his most recent title was Divisional Vice President & General Manager for the Anti-Infective/GI franchise, overseeing marketing, sales, late-stage business development and Phase IV development for the franchise. Before leading the Anti-Infective/GI franchise, Booth rose through the ranks gaining experience in a variety of sales, marketing, and managed care positions. Booth earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Northern Illinois University, and his master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University. Booth is an active member of the Chicago business community and serves on the Kellogg Biotech Advisory Board. He is also a board member of the National Pharmaceutical Council and is chairman of iBIO Institute, the educational arm of the Illinois Biotechnology Industry Organization (iBIO). Booth also serves as a member of the Founder's Council for Rainbows International.
