Thomas H. Pollihan was named executive vice president in addition to his current position of secretary and general counsel in June 2005. Formerly he had held the post of senior vice president, secretary and general counsel since March 2002. He served as vice president, secretary and general counsel from 1993 to 2002, and general counsel and secretary from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Pollihan joined Kellwood in 1982 as attorney and assistant secretary. Prior to joining Kellwood in 1982, he was in private law practice. Mr. Pollihan holds a BA from Quincy University, a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and an Executive Masters in International Business from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Missouri, Illinois, and Metropolitan St. Louis Bar Associations. He served for 13 years as a trustee for Quincy University, and is a past president of the University's Foundation and its National Alumni Board. He is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.

Ms. Weaver was elected corporate vice president of Kellwood in March 2003. She is vice president corporate communications for Kellwood, a post that she has held since 2002. She is responsible for the direction and management of corporate and marketing communications, media relations, special events, advertising and web strategies. Weaver also serves as communication consultant and liaison for Kellwood s divisions. She began her career in communications as a radio and television advertising copywriter with a Midwestern CBS affiliate. Ms. Weaver joined the Kellwood organization in 1980 at the Company s headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Ms. Weaver holds a BS in Marketing from St. Louis University. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, NYWomen in Communication, New York New Media Association, advisory board member for Dress for Success Worldwide, and serves on the board of Fashion Group International.
