Brian S. Stagner joined the firm's litigation practice group in 1997 after graduating summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law. Since then, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business litigation at both the trial and appellate level. His practice areas include class actions, complex commercial litigation, administrative litigation and appellate. For the years 2004 through 2007, Mr. Stagner was recognized among the "Texas Rising Stars" in the legal profession, as published in Texas Monthly magazine. Mr. Stagner also was voted by his peers as among the city's best attorneys four times in three different categories in polls conducted by Fort Worth, Texas magazine.

Bill Weiland attended the College of William & Mary in Virginia where he obtained his bachelor's in Economics, he then attended the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and subsequently earned his law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law where he was also Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Journal of International Law. Bill Weiland is a partner at Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP and he handles the firm's public and private international law matters. He also has extensive experience working on energy, infrastructure and privatization matters. Most of his work has been for clients investing outside the United States, though he also has broad experience representing non-U.S. clients investing within the United States. Bill has worked for clients on projects in more than 70 countries worldwide. Bill Weiland's community involvement includes chairing Japanese Garden, Inc., which was responsible for building a five acre Japanese Garden in Houston's Herman Park. He's also a Board Member on the World Affairs Council of Houston. Bill has been named an International Who's Who of Business Lawyers in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He was also named an International Who's Who of Oil & Gas Lawyers in both 2004 and 2007. He was named a top lawyer of Houston Texas in 2006, one of the Best Lawyers in America in 2006 and 2008. Bill also was noted in Euromoney's Guides to the World's Leading Energy and Resource Lawyers in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Bill lives in the Memorial area with his wife Linda.

Bill Kerr is a lawyer and partner in the Austin office of Kelly, Hart & Hallman LLP. Bill moved to Austin from Midland in 2005 and loves the contrasting sights of the Trail, most particularly the trees.
