Paul Nichols is Kewill's chief executive officer. Paul received an Economics honours degree from Brunel University in 1978. In his early years in the IT industry, Paul held sales and business management positions in International Computers Ltd (ICL) and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). In 1994 he joined Data Sciences Ltd as Executive General Manager for the Commercial and Financial Services business. In 1997 DSL was acquired by IBM and Paul became a director of IBM Global Services in EMEA with responsibility for the Banking and Financial Services industry. In 1999 Paul was appointed as President and CEO of Logica Inc the North American subsidiary of Logica plc. Paul joined Kewill as CEO in August 2002 and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Jacquie has over 20 years of marketing and general management experience within the IT industry, Jacquie has successfully founded two technology solutions companies. In 1989 she formed Database Management Sciences (DMS) and quickly grew the organization to a 5m company that was acquired by Lotus in 1993. Following this success Jacquie formed New Millennium Technology Plc (NMT), a company focusing on providing IT solutions to the general insurance industry. Jacquie left NMT to join Kewill in 2001.
Ken joined Kewill (formerly TradePoint Systems) (operating under the name BSR) in 1976 as the first trainer after teaching at the high school level for two years. Ken has a BS in Business Administration from UNH and a Secondary Teaching Certificate from Plymouth State College. During his tenure with this company, Ken has worked approximately 10 years in all service areas before moving on to spend 10 years in the sales area. In 1999, Ken became COO responsible for all operational and sales area of the Trade and Logistics business. In 2005, he took over the trade and logistics operations for the UK and Netherlands as well.

Mike joined Kewill from Mapics, a global provider of ERP, CRM, PLM and Supply Chain Solutions to the manufacturing industry where he served as senior vice president and general manager of Worldwide Operations. He also served as vice president of Americas Operations and vice president and general manager of International Operations during his tenure there. Before joining Mapics he was President and CEO of Thru-Put Technologies, a software company that aided manufacturers streamline the flow of materials through a supply chain. Prior to Thru-Put, Dolan held management positions with Baan, Consilium, and ASK, Inc. Dolan received a Bachelors of Science in Economics degree from St. Bonaventure University.

Ron began his career in 1973 in the ICT sector. In 1984 he became Managing Director of Ucoms which developed solutions for trade and transportation companies. From 1993 Ron was Managing Director of Logas Logistics Application Software BV in Zwijndrecht which was acquired in 1999 by DCS Group Plc in London. He was the Managing Director there until the end of 2000. From October 2002 he has been the Managing Director of Interchain Holding which in November 2005 was acquired by Kewill. Ron has experience in investment management with Synergia and Auxin Invest and also as an advisor and non Executive for ICT investment companies like Moniforce BV.

David has 16 years of experience in logistics and international trade. David spent seven years working with one of the largest IATA forwarders in Australasia, gaining extensive knowledge of the region and it's cultures. Prior to this role he worked for a number of distribution and logistics companies in management roles including FedEx and UPS. He has been involved in SPEX and other international trade products since 1997. David's ability in understanding the supply chain, customers' needs, applications and implementation technology allows us to provide highly beneficial solutions to our customers.

Lee has worked with the SPEX product for over 8 years, initially working on major projects and specialising in the iSeries (AS/400) area before moving onto the role of Development Manager in 1999. Lee has significant experience of SPEX, AS/400 & PC systems / connectivity, interfacing to ERP/SOP systems and managing large development projects & support services for products / releases of products. Prior to working with SPEX, Lee worked for the International Baccalaureate developing software for the AS/400 and providing a support desk for AS/400, Novell network administration and Office suite products/email systems.
