Doug Nyhoff is Executive Vice President of Ewing Management Group. He is responsible for leading and directing the operations of EMG portfolio companies. In this capacity, Doug formerly served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Aerostructures Corporation, Key Plastics Europe and Key Safety Systems North America. Prior to joining EMG, Doug was a Partner Bain & Company where he worked in a broad range of industries including aerospace, defense, financial services, telecommunications, health care and retail. He advised clients in developing corporate strategy, merging and consolidating businesses, controlling costs, optimizing distribution channels and market entry opportunities. Before Bain, Doug worked at Ernst & Young as a merger and acquisition consultant and audit senior. Doug currently serves on the Board of Directors of Key Safety Systems, Inc. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a former member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.

Co-founded Crestview in 2004. Retired from Goldman Sachs in 2003 where he was the co-founder (1994) and head of the Financial Sponsors Group.
