Craig D. Gates, age 50, has been President and CEO of the Company since April 2009. Previously he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Company from August 2002 to April 2009, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Engineering and Sales from July 1997 to August 2002, and Vice President and General Manager of New Business Development from October 1995 to July 1997. Douglas G. Burkhardt, age 50, has been Vice President of Worldwide Operations of the company since July 1, 2008.
