Henry L. Meyer III is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of KeyCorp. He has been a member of KeyCorp's Board of Directors since 1996. Meyer joined the former Society National Bank (now Key) in 1972, and was given positions of increasing responsibility in the credit and commercial banking departments. In 1984, he transferred to Dayton where he ultimately became president of Society Bank, National Association. Meyer returned to Cleveland in 1987 after being elected executive vice president of Society Corporation and senior executive vice president of Society National Bank, responsible for Society's Retail Banking sector. He was elected vice chairman of the board of Society National Bank in 1989, and was elected its president and chief operating officer in 1990. Meyer was elected chief executive officer of Society National Bank in 1993, and was elected its chairman of the board in 1994. He was elected vice chairman of the board and chief banking officer of Society Corporation in 1991. Meyer was elected senior executive vice president and chief banking officer of the new KeyCorp in 1994, and was elected its chief operating officer in May 1995. He was elected vice chairman of the board of KeyCorp in September 1996, president in May 1997, and chief executive officer in February 2001. Meyer was elected chairman of the board of KeyCorp in May 2001. Meyer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in econometrics from Colgate University in 1972, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University in 1978. Active in civic and cultural life, Meyer serves on several boards in the greater Cleveland area. He serves as a trustee of the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education, and ideastream (WVIZ/PBS and WCPN). He is a board member and immediate past chairman of the board of trustees of United Way of Greater Cleveland, and is a board member and immediate past chairman of the board of trustees of University School. Meyer is chairman of the board of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, and is a board member of University Hospitals Health System, Inc., as well as past chairman of the board of directors of both University Hospitals Health System, Inc. and University Hospitals of Cleveland. He is an immediate past member of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and currently serves on the Federal Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve System. Meyer serves as a director of Continental Airlines, Inc.

As Great Lakes regional president, Charles W. Sulerzyski oversees revenue, contribution margin, expense management and credit quality of the portfolio, as well as growing the client base in all franchise businesses (Retail, Business Banking, Key Private Bank, Middle Market and Community Development) in the nine districts comprised of KeyBank's Great Lakes Region (Central Indiana, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Eastern OH, Northern Indiana, Michigan and Toledo). Sulerzyski brings to Key more than 30 years of experience in consumer financial services. He has held a number of senior management/leadership roles during his career, including Executive Vice President/Retail Banking Group at Provident Bank, and CEO of BancOne's Investment Management and Trust Group. At Provident, Sulerzyski was responsible for the Retail Banking Group, which included Trust, Securities, Private Banking, Business Banking, Consumer Lending, Marketing, Branch Network, Internet, Call Center, and bank expansion into Florida. He managed more than 1,100 people and 70 branches in Ohio, Kentucky and Florida. Among his achievements, Sulerzyski developed a strategic plan and new management team that nearly doubled the bank's retail earnings in four years. At BancOne, Sulerzyski led the corporation's investment and trust activities and improved earnings from $44 million to $75 million. Most recently, he served as managing director, Marsh Affinity and Private Client Practices, for Marsh & McLennan; Inc; overseeing three consumer businesses: Private Client Services, a high-end personal casualty brokerage business; @Work, a voluntary benefits company for Fortune 1000 Firms; and Private Client Life Solutions, a high-end life insurance provider. At Marsh, he revamped the company's sales processes, and created new training, measurement and recognition programs that result in 20% annual sales growth for the past three years. Sulerzyski graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics; and earned an MBA in marketing from Fordham University's Graduate school of business.

Chris Gorman is President of KeyBanc Capital Markets and is responsible for KeyCorp's Corporate, Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. Additionally, Mr. Gorman is a member of KeyCorp's Executive Council and President, Key Foundation Board of Trustees. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking, which was comprised of KeyCorp's Middle Market and Large Corporate business units. Prior to his appointment as Head of Corporate Banking, Mr. Gorman served as Senior Managing Director and Deputy Director of Investment Banking for McDonald Investments Inc., a registered broker-dealer acquired by KeyCorp in 1998. KeyBanc Capital Markets is an integrated business unit comprised of Key's Corporate, Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. KeyBanc Capital Markets is responsible for delivering capital, ideas and solutions to KeyCorp's targeted clients and prospects worldwide. Mr. Gorman joined Key in 1991 from Bankers Trust Company, where he served in the Corporate Finance Department. He has 25 years experience in corporate and investment banking. Mr. Gorman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Miami University (1983). Mr. Gorman currently serves on Miami University's Business Advisory Council. Mr. Gorman is actively involved in various charities and not-for-profit organizations, including serving as past Chairman of the KeyCorp United Way Campaign; Board Member, Business Volunteers Unlimited; The Cleveland Commission on Economic Partnerships and Inclusion; Cleveland Zoological Society; Firestone Country Club; Hathaway Brown School and MWV Pinnacle Capital Fund, L.P.

Hugh Donlon is president of KeyBank N.A.'s Northeast Region. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for Key's retail, business banking, middle market and private banking activities across the region's 310-branch footprint. He is also accountable for revenue growth, contribution margin, expense management and credit quality in the region, which includes the states of New York, Maine, Vermont and Florida. Donlon joined Key in 2008 as president of the Northeast Region after serving as managing director of US Business Banking for Citibank. In that role, he managed the business banking segment and supervised 13 regions with a sales force of more than 1,000 across the nation. With more than 23 years of banking experience, Donlon is a seasoned leader in retail, commercial and business banking. He strongly believes in the power of Key's community banking model, which focuses on local delivery and decision-making powered by a national institution. Key's community banking model combines the flexibility and personal attentiveness of a small community bank with the broad, sophisticated products and services of a large bank. A client-centric approach, the community banking model is built upon deep, ongoing relationships with clients – whether they are businesses or consumers. Prior to leading Citibank's US Business Banking organization, Donlon held leadership positions at Citibank, including executive vice president and region manager, US Commercial Banking; senior vice president and region manager, Commercial Markets Group; vice president and region manager, Citibank FSB NJ; vice president and financial center manager, NY; vice president and relationship manager; and global management associate. Donlon has been a member of the board of directors of New York Business Development Corporation since 2004. He received a master's of business administration degree in finance from Fordham University (Bronx, N.Y.) and a bachelor of arts degree from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.). He holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Wes Lawrence is president of Key's Northwest Region, which comprises the Alaska, Oregon, Seattle-Cascades and South Puget Sound Districts. In this role, Wes oversees Retail Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Key Investment Services and Key Private Bank, which provides banking, investing and trust services to affluent individuals. He has responsibility for the region's revenue, expense management, profit and credit quality, and determining the region's strategic direction. The Northwest Region is one of four geographic regions nationwide that comprise KeyBank N.A., a unit of KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY), one of the nation's largest bank holding companies. Across the Northwest Region, Key has a network of 233 branches and almost 500 ATMs. The region's approximate 2,400 employees are leaders in community involvement, and Key contributes more than $3 million to local nonprofit agencies and organizations throughout the Northwest Region. A strong proponent for local economic growth, Key companies provide investment management, retail and commercial banking, retirement, consumer finance, and investment banking products and services to individuals and companies throughout the United States and, for certain businesses, internationally. Prior to managing the Northwest Region, Lawrence was most recently the president for Key's Oregon District. He joined the bank in 1984 as a vice president and commercial lender and has risen through the executive ranks, serving as a senior vice president and sales manager, and executive vice president and regional executive for Key Private Banking. Wes began his banking career as a teller in California while still in school. As an active member of the Portland community, Wes serves on the board or in leadership positions for Lewis & Clark College, State of Oregon Debt Advisory Commission, Caldera and Northwest Business for Culture and the Arts (NWBCA). His past board appointments include the Portland Art Museum, Oregon Bankers Association, Portland Business Alliance (Chamber of Commerce), Multnomah Athletic Club and the Oregon Independent College Foundation. Wes graduated from Lewis and Clark College with a bachelor's degree in Economics as well as the University of Washington's Pacific Coast Banking School.

Charles "Chuck" S. Hyle is executive vice president and chief risk officer of KeyCorp. He is responsible for Key's risk management functions, including credit, market, and operational risk, as well as portfolio management, asset recovery activities, compliance, and quantitative risk analysis. He reports directly to Henry Meyer, and is a member of KeyCorp's Management Committee and Executive Council. A banker since 1972, Chuck spent 23 years with Barclays PLC, one of the world's largest multinational financial services companies. He has many years of senior-level experience in commercial and institutional credit, capital markets and portfolio management. His last assignment was in London as managing director and global head, Portfolio Management, of Barclays Capital, the investment banking unit of Barclays. Prior to that, he served as chief credit officer and, earlier, headed the Capital Markets Division of Barclays Capital in New York. He was previously with J.P. Morgan in New York. He earned the bachelor's degree in history from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass. in 1972, and completed the advanced management program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Hyle was a founding board member of the International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers. He is serving on the Regulatory Relations Council of the RMA. Hyle currently serves as a member of the board of trustees for The Cleveland Museum of Art. He is a member of Leadership Cleveland Class of 2006 and Social Venture Partners.

Douglas W. Preiser is the Chief Operating Officer of KeyBanc Capital Markets. He is responsible for all aspects of the Company's Equity Research, Equity Trading, Institutional Equity Sales & Trading, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Capital Markets Sales & Trading activities. In addition, Mr. Preiser serves as Chief Executive Officer of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Key's broker-dealer subsidiary. Following a period he spent in New York as Deputy Director of U.S. Research for J. P. Morgan Securities, Preiser returned to KeyBanc Capital Markets in August 2003 to become the Director of Research, and in November 2003 he was named Deputy Director of Equity Capital Market. Preiser previously served KeyBanc Capital Markets in several different roles, including Research Analyst covering electric utilities, Associate Director of Research and Director of Research, from May 1997 to May 2002. His previous industry experience includes Research Analyst positions at Ballentine Capital Management, Kidder Peabody & Co., Salomon Brothers and Chase Lincoln First Bank. Preiser earned Institutional Investor All-American status in 1992 and 1993 as a third team member, and was a runner-up in 1990. He has been recognized by Greenwich Associates as one of the top-three electric utility analysts for 1992 and 1993, and top-five from 1991-1993. He also was recognized by The Wall Street Journal as the #2 electric utility analyst for earnings estimate accuracy in its 1994 All-Star Analyst survey. Preiser is a cum laude graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA., with degrees in economics and political science and holds a MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester, with a concentration in finance and accounting. He is a current member of the American Bankers Association Securities Association (ABASA) Board of Directors as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for Laurel School.

Jeff is COO of the Public Sector LOB where he oversees credit underwriting, loan portfolio monitoring, and various risk management functions. As a former Regional Sales Manager, Jeff and his teams generated profitable revenue growth in the states of Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is a board member of the Cornerstone of Hope, a Cleveland based not-for-profit organization, and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant with active memberships in the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.

Jeffrey B. Weeden joined KeyCorp as chief financial officer on September 30, 2002. With assets of more than $94 billion, Key is among the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies. Jeff oversees Accounting, Treasury, Planning and Forecasting, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and line of business finance. Weeden was most recently president and CEO of MFN Financial Corporation, a national consumer finance company, based in Lake Forest, IL. Prior to assuming the CEO role, Weeden was CFO and instrumental in rehabilitating the company before it merged with Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. in March 2002. Prior to joining MFN Financial, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Firstar Corporation, a Milwaukee-based bank holding company. At Firstar, Weeden was involved in the bank's merger and acquisition activities, including the merger of Star Banc Corporation with Firstar. He also completed a number of initiatives that improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the bank's financial and accounting functions. Weeden holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Iowa State University. He is a member of the Financial Services Roundtable and the board of the Great Lakes Science Center.

Karen R. Haefling, chief marketing and communications officer for KeyCorp, is responsible for brand management, marketing strategy, public relations, advertising, promotions, market research, database marketing, internal communications and sponsorships. KeyCorp's major brands include KeyBank, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Victory Capital Management. Haefling joined Key in 1995 and served as marketing director for various geographic areas and business units before being named Chief Marketing Officer in 1998. She also serves on KeyCorp's 10 member Management Committee, and sponsors Key's Executive Women's Network. From 1984 to 1995, Haefling worked at Bankers Trust Company in New York City, where she served as vice president and manager of Marketing Services in the Global Investment Bank. There, she managed an international staff of marketing, communications, research and information professionals in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Haefling began her career in banking at Central National Bank of Cleveland where she was the director of market planning and research. Haefling earned an MBA from Kent State University in 1979 and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1976. She is active in the community, serving on the boards of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Key Foundation, and ideastream, Cleveland's PBS and NPR stations. She also serves as an advisor to the Cleveland Foundation, The Executive Marketing Forum, the United Way, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve's Weatherhead School of Management.

Kevin T. Ryan is Executive Vice President/Chief Risk Review Officer and General Auditor at KeyCorp. He is responsible for managing all Risk Review activities at KeyCorp and reports directly to the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board. He is a director of KeyBank, N.A., and is a member of KeyCorp's Executive Council. Kevin began his career in 1982 at Chase Manhattan Corp. in New York City, as part of the management associate program in the Finance area. After 2 years, he relocated to Albany, N.Y. and took a position with the Internal Audit Group at KeyCorp. He worked extensively on audits pertaining to non-banking subsidiaries (lease, mortgage, and insurance) and became a key member of KeyCorp's Due Diligence Team reviewing potential mergers and acquisitions. In 1990, he was named Manager of Bank Internal Audit Activities at KBNA, KeyCorp's flagship bank. These responsibilities increased as KeyCorp continued to grow and further consolidate their banking activities. In 1993, Kevin was named Northeast Regional Audit Director responsible for all audit personnel and activities in New York, Vermont, Maine, and Florida. Following KeyCorp's merger with Society Corp., Kevin relocated to Cleveland, Ohio (1996) as manager of all Retail Lending Audit Activities and shortly thereafter (1998), was promoted to Senior Vice President in the Internal Audit Group. In January 2000, Kevin assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Division Manager of the Consumer Finance Risk Management Group, where he was responsible for managing and coordinating all corporate risk management services (Internal Audit, Credit Risk Review, Lending Compliance, and Consumer Asset Quality Reporting) relating to Consumer Finance business lines at KeyCorp. After five years as Manager of the Consumer Finance Risk Management Group, he accepted the role of Executive Vice President in charge of the Credit Risk Review Group (Commercial Credit Risk Review and Consumer Credit Risk Review), where he was responsible for managing and coordinating all credit risk review related activities throughout the corporation (traditional and non-traditional related credit activities). In addition, in February 2007, he was given responsibility for managing the Market Risk Review & Model Validation Group. Kevin holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, a BS (Accounting) from Manhattan College and is a graduate of the BAI School for Bank Administration. He is a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Bank Auditor (CBA). He is a licensed Securities Registered Representative (Series 7) and Principal (Series 24). He is a former board member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA's) International Internal Auditing Standards Board and a charter member of the IIA's Financial Services Audit Group Advisory Board. Currently, he is a member of the MAX Auditor's Group, the National Auditor's Group, and Group of 25 General Auditors' Roundtables. He also is a member of the Board at the Bellflower Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse on the eastside of Cleveland.

Thomas C. Stevens is Vice Chair and Chief Administrative Officer of KeyCorp. His responsibilities include managing Key's Law, HR, Marketing and Communications, Key Technology and Operations, and Risk Review Groups, along with Key Principal Partners. Tom is also a member of the Board of Directors of KeyCorp. Before joining KeyCorp in 1996, Tom was the Managing Partner of Thompson Hine, a law firm serving as counselors, advisors and advocates to a full spectrum of clients ranging from major public and private corporations to financial institutions, governments, nonprofit organizations, venture capitalists and individual entrepreneurs. He joined the firm immediately upon graduation from Duke Law School in 1974, became a partner in 1982 and was named the Managing Partner in 1991 overseeing the law firm's operations of the Brussels, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Washington offices. At Thompson Hine, Tom served as the outside counsel for KeyCorp and Society Corporation over the past two decades as well as representing other clients such as Steris Corporation, Eaton Corporation, and American Consumer Products. Tom serves on the Board of Trustees of the Playhouse Square Foundation, Cleveland Leadership Center, Young Audiences of Greater Cleveland, and the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation. He is a Member of the Financial Services Roundtable, the Council of Institutional Investors, New York Bankers Association and the American and Cleveland Bar Associations. Presently Tom is serving as Campaign Chairman for JumpStart, Inc. Tom had served as a Co-Chair of the Professional Market of United Way Services dealing with the Investment, Law and Consulting Communities. Tom was the Chairman of the Board of The Greater Cleveland Roundtable and was also past President of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries, Ohio Chapter. At the Greater Cleveland Growth Association, Tom served as Chair of Build-Up Greater Cleveland and the New Business Investment Council. Tom is a Leadership Cleveland Graduate, 1993 Class and active in the Court of Nisi Prius (a local attorney's organization). Tom received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from The State University of New York at Albany in 1971. He graduated first in his class with a J.D. degree from The Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and of the Duke Law Journal.

Tom Helfrich is executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer for KeyCorp. He is responsible for all of Key's human capital functions including Organization Change, Leadership Identification, Development and Executive Succession, Employee Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruiting and Employment. Prior to joining KeyCorp in 1995, Tom served as senior vice president, human resources, for Travelers Insurance for eight years, where he had overall human resources responsibility. Prior to joining Travelers, Tom spent 14 years with General Electric, in various sales, marketing and human resources assignments. In 1996, Tom was elected a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources, the highest honor in the human resource profession. Tom is actively involved in industry and community associations. He currently is a vice-chair of the Washington-based Human Resources Policy Association (HRPA), is on the Executive Committee of the Personnel Round Table (PRT) and is a vice-chair of the Board of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR). Tom serves on the Executive Committees of The Cleveland Play House and Boys Hope Girls Hope and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Gilmour Academy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and has a MBA from DePaul University.

Al Coppolo is Executive Vice President and Director of Enterprise Technology Development for KeyBank. Al is responsible for the engineering, development, and support of Key's client facing and internal banking systems software solutions. Prior to this role, Al was Director of Key's Enterprise Technology Operations with responsibility for the engineering, support, and operations of mainframe and distributed computing, network operations, and voice communications. In his former positions at Key, Al has been responsible for Consumer Banking Technology Development, he has headed Key's Call Center Services Group, and has directed the operations and deployment of the corporation's Treasury Management, Electronic Funds Transfer, ATM and Electronic Home Banking products to consumer and corporate clients. Al joined Key in 1993 after 15 years in Corporate Treasury Management Operations with the Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, PA. He holds a BS in Economics from Allegheny College, has completed MBA courses at the University of Pittsburgh, and Executive Management programs at Northwestern and Case Western Universities.

Bruce D. Murphy is president of Community Development Banking, including Community Development Lending, Residential Mortgage Lending, the Minority/Women's Business Enterprise program, and Regulatory Compliance. As president, Murphy leads the Corporation's construction lending for affordable housing, commercial loans for small business, and residential mortgage lending in low-to-moderate income markets. He also leads the making of equity investments in affordable housing and tax credit projects. Murphy is responsible for the Minority/Women's Business owners supplier diversity program. In 1990, Murphy joined Human Resources for AmeriTrust, which later merged into Society Corp, Key's predecessor. Prior to coming to Cleveland, he spent 12 years in a wide range of both planning and operations functions in Retail and Human Resources at Mellon National Bank in Pittsburgh. Murphy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and a masters degree in public management from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also studied at the ABA Graduate School of Human Resources and the University of Michigan's Human Resources Executive Education Program. He is currently a member of the Community Reinvestment Committee of the Consumer Bankers Association to Cuyahoga Community College Board of Trustees. He also is a member of Leadership Cleveland; Board President of the United Black Fund; Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Recovery Resources, and a board member of A.M. McGregor Foundation. Murphy serves on the National Board of Social Compact, Bankers Collaborative of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, Center for Financial Innovation, and Bank Administration Institute. In addition, he is a booster for the Strongsville Athletic Booster Club and has coached youth baseball, soccer and football in Strongsville.

Cindy P. Crotty is executive vice president and commercial banking segment head for Key Community Banking. She is responsible for the creation and development of all strategies surrounding Key's Commercial Banking Segment which consists of Middle Market, Native American Financial Services, Agribusiness, Business Banking and Community Development Banking. Additionally, Crotty oversees Key's Commercial Banking Services and SBA Program and Operations. Previously she served as national director of the Key Private Bank providing banking, investments and fiduciary services to high net worth individuals and their families. Crotty began her career at KeyCorp in 1995 as a senior managing director of Key Business Advisory Services (KBAS), a group of businesses which provided investment banking and corporate wealth transfer services to privately held middle market business owners. Cindy's leadership responsibilities also included middle market activities for the Northeast Ohio Commercial Banking group, as well as Asset Based Lending and National Media Finance groups. Prior to joining KeyCorp, Crotty spent 14 years at Citibank, NA in various positions including Midwest Director of The Citibank Private Bank and Midwest Manager of The Citibank Leveraged Finance Group. Crotty received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Georgia. She also completed the Key Executive Experience at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Crotty is active in the community, serving in leadership roles on the boards at Beech Brook, VNA Healthcare Partners of Ohio and Hospice & Palliative Care Partners of Ohio. She also serves on the Finance Committee at St. Ann Church.

E.J. Burke is one of three Group Heads in KeyCorp's National Banking division, with responsibility for KeyBank Real Estate Capital, the third-largest commercial real estate lender in U.S., as well as Key's treasury management, trade services, foreign exchange, derivatives and public sector business units. He oversees the development, profitability and quality of the commercial real estate portfolio, both on and off balance sheet products, on a national basis. Previously, E.J. served as head of real estate capital markets for Key; where he was responsible for all off balance sheet capital markets activities, including mezzanine, equity, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), Agency and Life Company products. He also served as managing director of Key's Commercial Mortgage Division. Under E.J.'s leadership, Key's CMBS program grew to become a top-5 bank conduit and one of the largest commercial mortgage loan servicers in the U.S. Prior to joining KeyBank, E.J. was president and a founding member of Kansas City-based National Realty Funding, LC - a master, primary and special servicer as well as an originator/seller of commercial mortgage loans for securitization – that was acquired by KeyCorp in 2000. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. E.J. serves on the Mortgage Banker's Association Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Board of Governors, and is vice-chair of the Mortgage Banker's Association Portfolio Investors Committee.

Joseph M. Vayda is executive vice president and corporate treasurer of KeyCorp in Cleveland, Ohio. He is responsible for corporate and bank funding, capital planning, bank investments, interest rate risk management and overall asset/liability management. Prior to joining KeyCorp in 1998, he served as executive vice president and treasurer at CoreStates Financial Corp. in Philadelphia. His responsibilities included investments, funding, financial planning, capital and asset/liability management. Mr. Vayda holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance from Rider University, Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He is also a graduate of Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics. Mr. Vayda is an emeritus member of the National Asset/Liability Management Association (NALMA), and is an active member of various Treasury Management related industry groups. Mr. Vayda is a past president of the Chagrin Falls Hockey Association and currently serves as Treasurer of his Homeowners Association. He has also volunteered time as an alumni guest speaker for Susquehanna University undergraduates.

Margot James Copeland is Executive Vice President - Director, Corporate Diversity & Philanthropy and an Executive Council member at KeyCorp, one of the nation's largest bank-based multiline financial services companies. In her role, Copeland also serves as chair of the Key Foundation, guiding the company's strategic philanthropic investment, financial education and workforce development programs that encourage people and communities to achieve economic self-sufficiency. Copeland is a career human resources professional championing environments where people can realize their full potential. She has held positions of increasing responsibility at Xerox Corporation, Polaroid, and Picker International (now Phillips Medical Systems). Prior to joining Key, Copeland served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Cleveland Roundtable and Executive Director of Leadership Cleveland. Recognizing that business and community prosperity go hand in hand, Copeland leads Key's commitment to transforming and sustaining communities. She currently serves as trustee of the Thomas White Foundation; Kenneth Scott Foundation; The Great Lakes Museum of Science, Environment and Technology; University Hospitals Health System; Playhouse Square Foundation; and Hawken School. Additionally, she is Mentor/Protege Program Advisor for Morehouse College (Atlanta, Georgia); and a member of the Presidents and the Business School Advisory boards at Hampton University. She is also an Honorary Board Member of the Underground Railroad Museum and Freedom Center (Cincinnati, Ohio). Copeland was most recently elected National Vice President of The Links, Incorporated (Washington D.C.). Copeland was a delegate to the White House Conference on America's Future. In addition to her experience leading the Greater Cleveland Roundtable and Leadership Cleveland, Copeland's public service is marked by her appointment to Vice Chairperson of the Cleveland Bicentennial Commission and subsequently the Cleveland Millennium Commission by former Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White, whose second term Inaugural Committee she chaired. Among her many distinguished awards and honors, Copeland is the 2006 Black Professional of the Year as recognized by Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation. She is also one of the "Top 100 Blacks in Corporate America" as recognized by national publication, Black Professionals magazine. Copeland is one of the "100 Most Powerful Women in Cleveland," as named by New Cleveland Woman magazine, and a "Cleveland Woman of Influence," as named by Crain's Cleveland Business. Copeland is also recognized as a "Master Innovator" by Smart Business Network magazine. Northern Ohio Live magazine featured her in "Reflections: - African-American Achievements in Cleveland." Copeland is also a recipient of the YWCA Career Woman of Achievement Award and the W.O. Walker Excellence in Community Service Award, sponsored by the Call and Post newspaper. The National Council of Negro Women, Cleveland Section, and the Coalition of 100 Black Women recognized Copeland for her professional accomplishments and community service. Copeland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Hampton University, where she has received the university's distinguished Alumni Award, and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Research and Statistics from The Ohio State University.

Maria C. Coyne is executive vice president of Client Experience for KeyBank National Association. She is responsible corporate-wide for the client experience program and is also the national spokesperson for the Key4Women program. She was previously responsible for the national sales efforts and administration of Key's Small Business Administration (SBA) program and specialty segment initiatives. In 2001, Maria joined KeyBank as a senior vice president in the strategic planning group. Previously, she was a small business strategist with the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and spent more than 10 years with Bank One, serving in various management capacities before becoming director of marketing. Maria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame. Maria was awarded a certificate for completion of The Key Executive Experience at Weatherhead at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management. Maria is a member of the Advisory Council of the Center for Women's Business Research in Washington, D.C., a member of the Board of Directors for the Women's President's Organization in New York, New York, and is a member of the Finance Council for the Cleveland Catholic Diocese.

Marty O'Connor is executive vice president and director, Key National Bank (KNB) Servicing and Support Group. He is responsible for KNB Administration and loan servicing and asset management for KeyBank Real Estate Capital. In his role as head of KeyBank Real Estate Capital servicing, Marty is responsible for all servicing activities for Key's $140 billion servicing portfolio, which includes on and off balance sheet commercial real estate loans. Marty brings more than 17 years experience in managing nationwide portfolios of performing, sub- and non-performing real estate portfolios. Prior to joining KeyBank, Marty was vice president of loan servicing and asset management for National Realty Funding, a Master, Primary and Special servicer as well as an originator/seller of commercial mortgage loans for securitization that was acquired by KeyCorp in 2000. Marty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

Paul N. Harris is executive vice president, secretary and general counsel of KeyCorp. His responsibilities include managing Key's Law Group, in which capacity he oversees the legal affairs of the corporation, its affiliates and major lines of business and support groups, and Government Relations. In addition to serving as secretary of the corporation, Paul serves as a director of KeyBank N.A. and a member of KeyCorp's Management Committee and Executive Council. Paul joined KeyCorp in February 2003, and was elected corporate secretary in May 2003. He previously served as partner-in-charge of the Cleveland office of Thompson Hine LLP, where he oversaw the office's administrative operations, managed significant client relationships, and oversaw the firm's community and charitable support program. Paul joined Thompson Hine in 1983 as an associate in the firm's corporate and securities practice area. He left the firm in 1988 to serve as counsel for Revco D.S., Inc. (now CVS), where he was elected as an executive officer in 1993 and was responsible for corporate transactional, securities and finance matters, including all aspects of the company's successful emergence in June 1992 from bankruptcy and in each of the company's three merger transactions with public companies from 1994 to 1997. Paul rejoined Thompson Hine in 1997. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago in 1980 and his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1983. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, Inc. and the Cleveland Bar Association. Active in the Cleveland community, Paul is a trustee and a past president of the board of trustees of the Friends of Cleveland School of the Arts, and is a trustee of Hawken School, The Cuyahoga Community College Foundation, and The City Club of Cleveland. Paul also serves as a member of The Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center National Leadership Board.

Robert A. DeAngelis is Executive Vice President and Consumer Bank Segment Leader for Key Community Banking. He is responsible for developing client strategies and programs for our Consumer and Express Business, collaborating closely with Community Banking's leaders to integrate these strategies with their marketplace activities. Additionally, DeAngelis oversees Key's Consumer Product, Mortgage, Key Investment Services, Channel Management and Virtual Distribution. Prior to joining Key, DeAngelis had a 10-year extensive and successful career with Wachovia Corporation and its predecessors. He was instrumental in developing and executing its retail customer strategy, which focused on client segmentation, cross-selling, retention and brand optimization. He also introduced a variety of improvements that generated incremental revenue growth and enhanced operating efficiency. Prior to Wachovia, DeAngelis completed similar assignments at Richmond-based Signet Banking Corporation, which merged with First Union National Bank in 1997. He also served as a senior manager of KPMG Peat Marwick's Corporate Transactions Services consulting practice in Chicago and, prior to that, as one of its financial services consultants in Detroit. DeAngelis earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In joining Key, DeAngelis returned to the Cleveland area where he resided as a youth. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Positive Education Program (PEP) and supports a variety of local organizations.

Bonnie is a Public Sector Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York. She serves government clients in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties. Bonnie recently joined KeyBank after spending 25 years in the public sector division of The Bank of New York. She has also held various roles in sales, product management and consulting, government banking, cash management, investments, and operations. Bonnie is the recipient of three "Outstanding Achievement Awards" from the American Institute of Banking (AIB). She is also an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the Association of Towns, and the Association of School Business Officials.

Brian Orth is a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with the KeyBank Public Sector group. As a member of the western region team, he provides solutions to meet the needs of municipalities, county and state governments, special districts, K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and large 501(c) entities in Colorado and the surrounding western states. Prior to joining KeyBank, Brian was a Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Public Finance Group at Compass Bank. He also served as a Vice President in the Commercial Banking Division at U.S. Bank, where he specialized in multiple market sectors and underwrote for mid and large market companies. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an MBA degree, both of which were earned at Colorado State University.

Chris is Vice President and Portfolio/Credit Officer for Key's Public Sector, primarily focused in the Great Lakes region's credit clients. Chris was formerly the Senior Relationship Officer working with the credit function of the line of business. Previously, he served as the Administrator of the County Treasurer, which gives Chris a unique and extensive background in the public sector environment. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Dan joined KeyCorp in 1999 and worked in the lease documentation and portfolio management areas of Key Equipment Finance. In 2002 he moved to KeyBank Public Sector where he served as a Relationship Officer working with the credit needs of the Bank's northeast public sector clients. In 2003, Dan was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Bank's public sector client relationships in the Capital Region and Hudson Valley of New York State and Western Vermont. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Management from the State University of New York at Cortland and has taken several classes toward an MBA at the College of St. Rose.

David May, Vice President of Public Sector Banking at KeyBank, provides financial services solutions to public sector entities and non-profit organizations in Colorado. As a senior relationship manager, his role is to introduce, educate, and coordinate all aspects of the client relationship. David specializes in municipal finance, municipal leasing, cash management, investments, and bank credit products. David joined KeyBank in 2006. His public finance career began in Colorado in 1997 specializing in municipal leasing. In 2004 he joined a private investment group, focusing on municipal and federal leases, privately placed debt issues, and helping private companies expand by leveraging existing or newly awarded municipal or federal contracts. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Colorado. David also is the President of the Board of Directors at The Montessori Academy of Colorado.

Mr. Voggel recently joined Key Bank's Public Sector Team as a relationship manager responsible for Public Sector business development and higher education/not-for-profit relationships within the Central New York region, home -based in Syracuse, New York. Mr. Voggel began his banking career in retail banking in 1979 with the Bank of New York, where he developed a well rounded and diverse banking background that incorporated a variety of disciplines, including the management of several retail financial centers, development and delivery of training & consultative sales programs to integrate staff during the Bank's mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and public finance, providing financial services to 150 municipalities and government entities and evaluating the financial performance of below investment grade credit rated entities for purchase into the Bank's collateral portfolio. In 1999, Gerhard joined Marine Midland/HSBC Bank and was responsible for developing Public Sector/Government Banking for the southern tier of New York State, including the City of New York and its neighboring boroughs, managing in excess of 200 individual agency, authority and boards of education relationships. While with HSBC, through a combined effort with the State of New York and the City of New York Court Systems, a third-party vendor and HSBC, Mr. Voggel developed the New York City Deposit of Rent Escrow System Pilot Program. In 2001, Mr. Voggel joined First Union/Wachovia Bank as a relationship manager, responsible for providing full financial/cash management services to public funds/government entities, school districts, agencies and authorities, higher education & not-for-profits, the most notable of which included the City of New York, the New York Stock Exchange and Columbia University. Mr. Voggel is a graduate of Marquette University, the American Institute of Banking (Consumer & Commercial Lending, Banking Law and Credit Analysis), the College for Financial Planning, the Bank of New York's Management Training and Commercial Lending programs, has instructed high school students in Applied Economics, is a member of the New York State Government Finance Officers Association, the County Clerks, Treasurers and Finance Officers Association, has held board positions in his local town, including Planning and Zoning and is a part-time NYS Peace Officer, Constable and NYS Court Officer.

Burner is the Vice President and Relationship Manager covering Northwest Ohio and Michigan for Public Sector at KeyBank. He joined the Public Sector Group in 2000. His brokerage career began in 1987 with E.F. Hutton. In 1990 he joined Prescott Ball and Turben. In 1994 he joined KeyBanc Capital Markets. Burner serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Center for Mental Retardation and the John Black Foundation. He is an active member of Beth-El AME Zion Church and National Association of Securities Professional (NASP). He also serves as a Financial Analyst for Fox 8 News in Cleveland, Ohio. Burner holds a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Columbia University. His securities licenses have included 3, 7 and 63.

Together with the Relationship Managers he supports, J.T. Kirtley, Vice President and Portfolio Manager for KeyBank's Public Sector Banking group, provides financial service solutions to public sector entities and non-profit organizations throughout Colorado, Utah and Oregon. As Portfolio Manager, his role is to facilitate all aspects of his current and prospective clients' debt financing needs. J.T. joined KeyBank's Commercial Middle Market Banking group in 2003 and recently joined the Public Sector group in July of 2007. Although new to Public Sector, J.T.'s prior positions included extensive underwriting and structuring work for bond and traditional bank financing transactions for 501(c)3 corporations. Before joining KeyBank, J.T. spent four years in the Corporate Banking group at Bank of America, in Austin, Texas. J.T. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

John Kolodey is a Vice President and Loan Manager for KeyBank's Public Sector group. In his role, John focuses on structuring, underwriting, and monitoring a portfolio of credit-based relationships for governmental entities, higher education institutions (including Private K-12), and non-profit organizations, primarily in the Great Lakes region. John re-joined KeyBank in 2008 after completing additional graduate studies, and serving in various management and staff roles domestically and internationally with an international non-profit organization, giving him a unique perspective of the operating environment and challenges of public sector organizations. In John's previous tenure with KeyBank from 1993 to 2003, he completed KeyBank's Corporate Banking Management Training Program, served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager in KeyBank's leveraged lending group in Cleveland, Ohio, and was Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for KeyBank's upper middle market commercial banking group in Columbus, Ohio. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College, and a Master of Arts (cum laude) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Katie joined the KeyBank Public Sector team in November of 2007 as a Relationship Manager. She provides solutions to meet the needs of government entities in the Indianapolis area. Prior to joining KeyBank, Katie served as Senior Project Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank, a group created in 1985 to purchase and the sell debt securities of qualified cities and counties. She also served in the Controller's Office of the City of Indianapolis as a Sr. Financial Analyst. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Financial Management from Indiana University, and an MBA degree from the University of Indianapolis.

Lara DeLeone's career in government began in the Ohio House of Representatives where she served as a legislative aide. From there she was employed as the Special Projects Coordinator in the Office of Governor George V. Voinovich; the Deputy Director of Communications in the office of State Treasurer Joseph T. Deters, and finally as District Director in the office of United States Senator George V. Voinovich. She also served as a press assistant on the Presidential Inaugural Commission for President George W. Bush in January 2001. Most recently Ms. DeLeone has taken a different approach with her government experience, starting in the fall of 2002 as a Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Public Sector of KeyBank. Ms. DeLeone is also an adjunct Professor of Communications at Columbus State Community College. Ms. DeLeone has an undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University majoring in Speech/English. Additionally, during her third year of undergraduate work she studied abroad at Boston University's extension in London, England where she majored in marketing/consumer behavior and held an internship at a London based public relations firm. Ms. DeLeone also earned a Master's Degree of Speech Communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Mark is Vice President and Senior Relationship Officer covering Oregon and Western Idaho. He joined Key in 1999. Previously, he worked as an investment banker for U.S. Bank in Oregon and for United Bank and Coughlin and Company in Colorado. Mark has 16 years of experience providing financial advisory and municipal underwriting services to cities, counties, school districts, special districts and state governments. He has participated in many types of financing including: single and multi family revenue bonds, special assessment bonds, limited tax obligation bonds, sales tax revenue bonds and lease-purchase certificates of participation. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a Master's degree of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. His securities licenses have included Series 7, 53, and 63.

Pat is a Vice President and Relationship Manager covering New York state. He joined Key in 1990 as a Wholesale Calling Officer. He then served on the retail side of the Bank as an area manager and District Sales Manager. Prior to Key, Pat began his career with Bank of New York holding positions from Head Teller to Branch Manager until moving to Chase Manhattan Bank. He joined the Public Sector team as a Relationship Manager for the State of New York and agency accounts. Pat is also a certified sales trainer for Key.

Roy is Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager serving Public Sector clients primarily in the state of Washington. Roy's public sector banking experience began in 1983, and has involved cash management, corporate trust, municipal derivatives, and fixed income investment banking. As an Investment Banker with D.A. Davidson & Company, Roy was responsible for structuring new and refunding bond issues for municipal issuers. Prior to that, Roy managed a corporate trust team for J.P. Morgan in Seattle which covered public and private sector capital markets transactions throughout Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Roy has extensive experience in fixed income portfolio management and has facilitated swaps, hedges, and structured portfolios for many public sector clients. Most recently, Roy has gained significant experience in the implementation and use of complex Treasury Management and general banking products. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington. He also holds the ICB designation of CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (inactive), and a NASD Series 7 and 66 Securities license (inactive).

Scott Rose is a Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager and manages KeyBank's Public Sector Group relationships in the Rochester and Western New York areas. In his role, Scott oversees relationships with governmental entities, and higher education institutions (including Private K-12). Prior to his position in Key's Public Sector Group, Scott worked in the Middle Market team in Rochester. Scott joined Key in 2007. Prior to his tenure with the firm, Scott held positions in credit and relationship management primarily with JPMorgan Chase and prior merged entities for 20 years. Prior to his banking career, Scott served as a Infantry Captain in the United States Marine Corps with his last position as Asst. Comptroller / Budget Officer for Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Biology and Chemistry from Alfred University.

Deepa Soni is the Director of Enterprise Architecture & Process Engineering Group within Key Technology Operations at KeyCorp. Under her leadership, the Process Engineering group is responsible for process engineering initiatives across the enterprise and helping drive business impact through process re-engineering techniques. In her Enterprise Architecture role, she is responsible for driving the technology directions and standards at Key, leading strategic technology planning for various business groups and evaluation and adoption of new technologies for the Enterprise. Her group is also responsible for delivering architecture on major projects. She has held various positions within the Architecture Group with focus on aligning the technical investments of the bank with the corporate business strategies. She has been with Key since 2001. Prior to Key, Deepa worked at IBM Global Services, at DaimlerChrysler through Altair Engineering and ALCATEL Communications She also holds a Patent for using technology innovatively to automate business processes at Daimler Chrysler. In 2007, she served on the Board of Directors for Financial Services Technology Consortium (FSTC). Deepa holds a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, India and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla.

Derek Chauvette is the National Director of KeyCorp's Public Sector Group. In his role, Derek oversees all relationships with Governmental entities, higher education institutions (including Private K-12), and non-profit organizations. Previously, Derek managed Key's Corporate Investment Services Group which provided fixed income investment services to corporations and municipal entities. Derek joined Key in 1997. Prior to his tenure with the firm, Derek played professional hockey in Sweden and Italy for three years. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior Management from Brown University (1993). Derek is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7), Branch Office Manager (Series 9 & 10) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63).

Charles Wise is a Relationship Manager in the KeyBank Public Sector Group. In this role, he oversees relationships with municipalities, counties, K-12 school districts, and higher education institutions. Charles began his career in the field of government, where he served as a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives. He was then promoted to the position of policy advisor to former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder and current Ohio House Speaker Jon Husted. As an advisor, he focused on commerce and labor, financial institutions, insurance, pensions, public utilities, transportation and public safety, and workers' compensation. Charles has also served as a member of the Ohio Homeland Security Advisory Council. In addition to the aforementioned policy work, Charles has managed several successful State Representative campaigns and completed campaign manager training courses. Charles holds an undergraduate degree from Ohio Dominican University, where he majored in Communications.

Jan is an Assistant Vice President and Segment Manager. She joined Key and the Public Sector in 1998. Her previous work experience includes the Coordinator of Student Activities, Miami University European Center, Luxembourg, Europe; District Sales Manager, Chrysler Corporation, Memphis, Tennessee, covering the state of Arkansas; and sales representative, Invacare Corporation, The Aftermarket Group, Elyria, Ohio, covering the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas, as well as International sales. Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Miami University, Oxford, OH.

John Quartararo is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Key Public Sector Group. In this role, he oversees relationships with states, municipalities, counties, K-12 school districts, special districts, private secondary schools, and higher education institutions. John works with public sector units in Maine, New Hampshire, and Eastern Massachusetts. John has extensive experience in government service and the public sector. This experience includes serving as finance director/treasurer in the cities of Bangor and Saco, Maine. He has also served as school business manager in MSAD #44 in Bethel, Maine and in the Exeter School District in New Hampshire. Before coming to Key in 2007, he spent 12 years in the government banking division at TD Banknorth. John has significant experience in all aspects of managing depository and borrowing relationships for clients, and provides assistance with internal financial management issues. Mr. Quartararo earned an undergraduate degree in Government Administration from Nasson College and completed coursework for a Master of Public Administration degree at the University of Maine. He also served in the U.S. Navy and received the Navy Achievement Award for Heroic Action.

Kathy is a Relationship Manager with the KeyBank Public Sector group. She provides solutions to meet the needs of municipalities, public and private K-12 schools, port authorities, and 401(c)(3) organizations in the bank's northeast region. Prior to joining the Public Sector group, Kathy worked in Cash management at Key for 7 years, and has been a part of the KeyBank team for over 20 years. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Hudson Valley Community College.

As Senior Vice President and Western Regional Manager, Mark oversees all Public Sector business in the 17 Western states. The Western Public Sector team focuses on municipalities, county and state governments, special districts, port authorities, K-12 schools, higher education, and large 501(c)(3) entities. His team has members throughout Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho. Mark began his banking career in 1985 with Lloyds Bank PLC in Chicago. Over the ensuing 22 years he held various positions in corporate and commercial lending, as well as in capital markets. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.

Mitch is a Senior Vice President and Team Sales Manager, Northeast Region. He joined Key in 1998. Previously, he spent 25 years in the New York State government including Assistant Director of State Olympic Operations for the 1980 Winter Olympics and 15 years as Deputy Commissioner for Administration for the NYS Department of Economic Development. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University.

Samantha is a Relationship Manager in the KeyBank Public Sector Group. She began her career with KeyCorp in 2004 as a member of Victory Capital Management, where she researched municipal bonds. In 2005, Samantha entered the Key National Bank Rotation Program as an analyst. Through this program, Samantha worked in the Public Finance Group, as well as in Portfolio Management, before taking a permanent position in the Public Sector Group. Samantha focuses on higher education and private K-12 institutions in Northeast Ohio. She holds a BSBA degree in Finance from John Carroll University.

Sheryl Jaje is a Public Sector Relationship Manager covering the Western and Central regions of New York. She focuses primarily on managing existing client relationships with municipalities and public K-12 school districts. Sheryl began her career with KeyBank in 2003, and has served clients in various capacities since then. She joined the Public Sector Group in 2005. She is a member of the New York State Association of School Business Officials, and the New York State Government Financial Officers Association, serving as an advisor at the regional level.

Anurag Rana is an Equity Research Analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets. Rana joined the Equity Research department in 2003 as an associate covering the insurance industry and then transitioned into the IT Services sector in June 2004. He was promoted to Senior Analyst in September 2005, and is responsible for all aspects of research related to the IT Services sector. Rana began his career with KeyCorp in 1999 as an auditor/risk reviewer with the Market Risk Review team within the Risk Management Group. KeyCorp Vice Chair Beth Mooney leads the company's Community Bank, which includes Retail Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Middle Market Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Key Investment Services and KeyBank Mortgage. The Community Bank operates 986 branches, 1,481 ATMs and three Key Call Centers across Key's 13-state footprint. Mooney, who joined Key in April 2006, has over 30 years of experience in retail banking, commercial lending and real estate financing. Prior to her most recent position as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Alabama-based AmSouth Bancorporation (now Regions Financial Corporation), Mooney ran its banking operations in Tennessee and Northern Louisiana. Mooney also completed other line assignments of increasing responsibility at Bank One Corporation, Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., Hall Financial Group and Republic Bank of Texas/First Republic. At Bank One, she served as Regional President in Akron and Dayton, and then as President of Bank One Ohio, managing major markets throughout the state. She received the YWCA Women of Achievement Award in 2008 and was recognized in USBanker's "The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking" editions in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. She was selected as one of the 2007-2008 Distinguished Alumni recipients from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Mooney graduated from the University of Texas in 1977, and received her Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in 1983. Mooney is Board Chairman of Neighborhood Progress, Inc., Trustee and Treasurer of the board of the Musical Arts Association (The Cleveland Orchestra), a Trustee on the boards of Cleveland Clinic Foundation, ideastream (WVIZ/PBS and WCPN). She is a member of The Financial Services Roundtable and Leadership Cleveland Class of 2007. She is active in United Way of Greater Cleveland, serving as co-chair for the 2008 Pacesetter Program and co-chaired the 2007 Individual Giving Committee. She also held civic and community leadership roles in cities where she resided prior to joining Key.

Brett D. Hoselton, CFA is a Senior Vice President, Equity Research Analyst for KeyBanc Capital Markets. With the Company since 1999, his research coverage focuses on the automotive industry. Hoselton previously worked as an emerging auto analyst with CIBC Oppenheimer and as an associate auto analyst with Prudential Securities. From 1991-1997, he was the general manager of Hoselton Chevrolet, a division of the Hoselton Auto Mall, which was founded in 1920 and included Chevrolet, Toyota, Nissan, Chrysler and Jeep franchises. Dawn is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager covering Indiana and part of Michigan. She joined Key in 1996. Previously, Dawn spent ten years with Bank One and Bank One Capital in Indianapolis as Vice President of Public Finance. She also has extensive experience in the government sector. She served as an assistant to the Indiana Republican State Chairman where she acted as legislative liaison and assisted in coordinating activities for the 1984 gubernatorial campaign as well as state activities for the Inauguration of President Reagan. Dawn also served as assistant press secretary for the lieutenant governor. She is a graduate of Indiana University and is a member of the IU alumni executive council. Dawn also serves as vice chairman on the White River State Park Board, the State Mental Health Board, and the Indiana Youth Institute.

Dennis I. Forst is a Managing Director, Equity Research Analyst, with KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Betty Tereck is a Senior Vice President at KeyBank. She has had the responsibility of underwriting, structuring and executing transactions for the Public Sector, as well as the monitoring of her existing loan portfolio since July 2007. She covers clients in Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Columbus, and the clients of one Relationship Manager in Albany. Betty began her career with KeyBank's predecessors in 1977, serving in various capacities. Prior to joining the Private Loan Management group, she was a Senior Underwriter for Public Sector for over seven years. Betty holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ashland University.

Jim Del Corpo joined KeyBank in 2005 and is currently a Portfolio Management Analyst with Public Sector. Prior to coming to Key, Jim worked as an underwriter for National City Bank and held various positions at Ohio Savings Bank. Prior to entering banking, Jim was self-employed in property management and development. Jim earned a B.A. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Jeffrey D. Hammond is a Vice President, Equity Research Analyst, with KeyBanc Capital Markets. With the Company since 1999, his research coverage is focused on diversified industrial companies. Hammond was previously an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration (Accountancy) from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Kathie is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager covering Ohio. She joined Key in 1983. Her experiences have included positions in the Private Banking and Retail Sectors. Since 1988, Kathie has been in Key's Public Sector Group where she is responsible for ongoing management of client relationships of government agencies, non-profits and colleges and universities. Kathie earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University. She is an active member of the Municipal Finance Officers Association and the Ohio Association of School Business Officials.

Kim is Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager servicing Public Sector clients in Washington. She joined Key in December 1998. Before joining Key, she served 12 years as the Treasury and Tax Manager for the City of Bellevue. Kim has extensive cash, investment, and debt management experience along with over 15 years experience working in various positions within the public sector. While serving as the City of Bellevue Treasury and Tax Manager, she assisted the City in attaining an Aaa bond rating from Moody's Investors Service. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Washington University. She serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County. Kim holds securities licenses Series 7 and 63 (currently inactive).

Lynne Collier is a Director, Equity Research Analyst, with KeyBanc Capital Markets. With the Company since August 2006, her research coverage is focused on the restaurant industry. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Collier covered the restaurant industry for Stephens Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Her previous experience includes working as a research analyst for Morgan Keegan and Company, Inc., as well as serving as a research associate and research analyst for Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. Peter Hancock is Vice Chair of KeyCorp and is responsible for Key National Banking. Key National Banking includes Key Corporate and Investment Banking, Key National Finance, and Victory Capital Management. Key Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate finance, leasing, cash management, investment banking, capital markets, and financial risk-management advice and solutions to Key's corporate, real estate, and institutional clients worldwide. Key National Finance includes Key Equipment Finance, Key Education Resources, and Key Recreation Lending. Victory Capital Management is Key's asset and mutual fund management business. Peter joined Key in December 2008. Peter began his career in 1980 at JP Morgan (JPM). During his 20 years with JPM, Peter was responsible for founding its Global Derivatives Group in 1991, managing its Fixed Income and Credit businesses from 1995 and 1997, respectively, and finally serving as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer between January 1999 and September 2000. In these roles he led a variety of initiatives including business building, restructuring, and significant risk capital re-allocation. Most recently, Peter was a Managing Director of Trinsum, a firm formed by the merger of Marakon Associates and Integrated Finance Limited (IFL). IFL was founded by Peter in 2002 and provided asset management, strategic advice, and pension solutions to large companies and institutions. He has been acknowledged for his contributions to risk management and the derivatives markets by a number of publications. Peter graduated in 1980 from Oxford University with an MA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.

Phill is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in Washington. He joined Key in 1999 from the Seattle office of NationsBanc Montgomery Securities. Phill served as a product specialist in structured tax-exempt financings and as a generalist in the corporate finance effort in the Pacific Northwest. As a product specialist in municipal finance, Phill's expertise is in origination, analysis, structuring and underwriting of structured tax-exempt securities. As a corporate finance generalist, Phill served as a senior team member for the structuring and delivery of capital markets products to middle and major market clients. Phill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University and pursued graduate work at Portland State University and the University of Oregon.

Mr. Wagner is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Victory Capital Management and is responsible for all aspects of Victory?s asset management business. He is the Chairman of the Victory Capital Management Board of Directors, serves on the Austin Capital Management Board of Directors and leads Victory?s Senior Management Committee. Mr. Wagner joined the firm in 2004 as President and was promoted to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in the Spring of 2005. Prior to joining Victory, Mr. Wagner served as President and CEO of Gartmore Emerging Managers, LLC, as well as Executive Vice President of Institutional Markets. Prior to joining Gartmore in 2002, Mr. Wagner was with JMI Equity Fund and served as President and CEO of one of its privately held venture-backed companies that provided technology and consulting solutions to the financial services market. Before JMI, he served as President of the Institutional Markets Division at Pilgrim Baxter & Associates. He also spent 13 years with SEI Investments in a number of executive management positions. Steve Barger is an Assistant Vice President, Equity Research Analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets. He joined the Company in 2004 as a research associate, covering automotive parts suppliers. He was promoted to research analyst in January 2006, and his research coverage is focused on industrial manufacturers. Barger's previous experience includes serving as general manager and partner at Cleveland Tank & Supply, Inc., as well as owning and operating a local business. Tahira Afzal is a Vice President, Equity Research Analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. Afzal previously worked for Lehman Brothers, most recently assisting with the coverage of Imaging Technology stocks. Prior to that, she served as a research associate in the Engineering & Construction space. Alexander M. Cutler is chairman and chief executive officer of Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. He is a past co-chairman of the Cleveland Commission on Economic Partnerships and Inclusion. Cutler was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and attended the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Bill R. Sanford is Founder and Chairman of Symark LLC, a private equity, technology commercialization, and business development organization. He is also Executive Founder and retired Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Steris Corporation (NYSE:STE), a global leader in infection and contamination prevention systems, products, services, and technologies. He serves as Chairman of Greatbatch, Inc. (NYSE:GB) and as a Board Member of KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY), Cleveland Clinic, BioEnterprise Corporation, Kansas Bioscience Authority, and several early and growth stage technology companies and investment partnerships. Mr. Sanford is an experienced entrepreneur, executive, consultant, investor, and board member with extensive new venture, merger and acquisition, turnaround, senior management, and market development experience. His business career has focused on the development and commercialization of bioscience products, health services, advanced information systems, and other innovative technology applications. He holds several patents and is a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE).

Dr. Carol A. Cartwright, who is one of the most highly respected voices in higher education, is the first woman to take a presidential role at Bowling Green State University. She was named the president of BGSU Jan. 6, 2009, after serving as interim president since July 2008. Dr. Cartwright’s experience in Ohio was key to the BGSU Board of Trustee’s decision to name her president. She also has a keen understanding of the opportunities available through the University System of Ohio and is supportive of the vision of Gov. Strickland and Chancellor Fingerhut. Dr. Cartwright’s career has been distinguished by innovative teaching, pioneering research and national leadership. She became Kent State University’s 10th president–and the first woman president of a state university in Ohio–in March 1991. She retired as president in June 2006 and was named president emeritus. Prior to her career at Kent State, she was vice chancellor for academic affairs at the University of California at Davis and dean for undergraduate programs and vice provost at The Pennsylvania State University. Under Dr. Cartwright's leadership, student success became Kent State's top priority; many mutually beneficial partnerships were forged with businesses, schools and other universities; the status of teaching and public service was elevated; academic programs were launched in a wide range of high-demand and emerging fields; the university pioneered technologies that enhance teaching and learning; enrollment increased in quantity and quality; building and celebrating diversity became an institutional priority; new collaborations and exchanges connected Kent State to every corner of the world; the university constructed 21st-century facilities from residence halls to research labs; and Kent State successfully completed its first, major fund-raising campaign. Dr. Cartwright held prominent leadership roles on higher education’s most influential national organizations, chairing the board of directors of the American Association for Higher Education and serving on the boards of directors of the American Council on Education and the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges. She chaired the National Collegiate Athletic Association Executive Committee and served as a member of the NCAA’s board of directors. She also served on the executive board of the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education; the Center for Research Libraries board of directors; and the American Council on Education Commission on Women in Higher Education. She currently serves on the board of directors of the American Association of Colleges and Universities; the Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics; and the National Public Radio board of directors. Dr. Cartwright was a leading member of numerous regional and statewide civic and economic-development organizations, including the Greater Akron Chamber, the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education and NorTech. She co-chaired the Ohio Technology in Education Committee, which developed Ohio’s master plan for educational technology from preschool through graduate school. Her participation in initiatives to improve Ohio’s economy includes past service on the Governor’s Commission on Higher Education and the Economy. Dr. Cartwright also serves on the boards of directors of three companies with headquarters in Northeast Ohio: KeyCorp and PolyOne Corporation of Cleveland and FirstEnergy Corp. of Akron. The scope of her contributions to higher education led to Dr. Cartwright's induction into the Ohio Women's Hall of Fame in her first year of eligibility. She received Distinguished Alumni awards from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and the University of Pittsburgh; the Clairol Mentor Award in Education; the YWCA Greater Cleveland Women of Achievement Award; the Northeast Ohio ATHENA Award; and the March of Dimes Franklin Delano Roosevelt Humanitarian Award for Excellence. After announcing her retirement as president, she was honored throughout the region, state and nation, including recognition in the form of resolutions of appreciation from the Ohio Legislature and the U.S. Congress. She was awarded the title “President Emeritus” from the Kent State University Board of Trustees. In addition, the Auditorium Building on the university’s Kent Campus was named “Carol A. Cartwright Hall” in her honor. Dr. Cartwright earned master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.

Todd Fowler is a Vice President, Equity Research Analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets. With the Company since June 2006, his research coverage is focused on transportation and logistics companies. Fowler previously worked for FTN Midwest Securities, where he was an associate analyst responsible for coverage of companies primarily in the transportation and aerospace & defense industries. Prior to that, Fowler worked as a public accountant in the audit practices for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for clients in the automotive, manufacturing and retail sectors. Fowler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Dayton in Ohio. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
