Joe Bonin has held senior executive roles across both products and services industries. He joined Keycorp in June 2000 where he successfully expanded the customer service business into a multi-vendor Australia wide services organization. In 2006 Joe was appointed Senior Vice President Services, Keycorp Canada Inc. based in Montreal where he assumed responsibility for Canada 's largest service organisation to the payments and point of sales industry with a workforce of over 515 personnel. In June 2008, Joe returned to Australia where he was appointed Head of Operations with responsibility for all sales and services delivery. In April 2009, Joe was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. Joe has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, MBA (Masters of Business Administration), a Graduate Certificate in e-Business and is an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Shane Greenan is a proven, commercial CFO with previous roles as executive and non-executive Director with publicly listed and private companies, in addition to roles in the profession and in venture capital. As Chief Financial Officer, Shane played a key role in the listing of TripleArc plc on City London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM), the successful sale of vielife Limited to CIGNA and in reseting guidance soon after joining Frigrite Limited. Achievements include the successful completion of six acquisitions, one trade sale and both equity and debt fund raisings. Hehas been a Chartered Accountant for over fourteen years and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, Shane completed a number of Financial Analyst roles with blue chip companies including Fosters, Coca Cola Enterprises and British Telecom before entering the SME sector. Shane joined Keycorp as Chief Financial Officer in March 2009.

Steve is the Chief Information Officer for KeyCorp and manages the Key Technology & Operations (KTO) group reporting to Tom Stevens, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of KeyCorp. Steve is a member of the KeyCorp Executive Council and has been elected to the Board of Directors for KeyBank National Association. Steve is also one of the main drivers behind the KeyDRIVE–Deliver Revenue–Improve Value and Efficiency–initiative here at Key. Steve manages five divisions within KTO. The divisions include: Client Services, Enterprise Architecture, Corporate Security, Technology Development, and Technology Operations. Steve and the KTO groups are responsible to deliver strategic infrastructure technology solutions. Steve is also GLBA (Gramm-Leach Bliley Act) officer for KeyCorp to ensure scrutiny regarding the company's regulatory compliance and accountability. Steve came to Key from United Services Automobile Association (USAA) where he was President of their IT Company. Prior to USAA Steve was VP, Information Technology and Logistics for Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, WI. He was also CIO of Brown & Root in Houston, TX, and VP of Engineering Operations at Ebasco Services in New York City. Steve holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama. Steve is well known in the IT field and was featured in CIO Magazine for "Running IT Like a Business."

Warren Scheuber has extensive industry experience in technical, sales, business development and management roles for national and international organisations. Prior to joining Keycorp, Warren ran a consulting business and has held senior positions at Telstra as the General Manager Partnerships and Specialist Sales, Payment Solutions and as the Australian General Manager for Hypercom Corporation. His qualifications include an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and a diploma from the Australia Institute of Company Directors. Warren joined Keycorp in June 2008 and was promoted to his current position in April 2009.

Melissa Letford joined Keycorp as Company Secretary and General Counsel in February 2008. Previously she held the position of Special Counsel in a boutique national law firm, having worked previously in other Top Tier and Mid-Tier legal practices. She is admitted as a solicitor in NSW and is a mediator approved by the Queensland Law Society. Melissa has a BA (Psych)/ LLB.
