Umang Gupta has served since 1997 as chairman and chief executive officer of Keynote Systems (NASDAQ: KEYN), the global leader in test and measurement solutions that improve mobile communications and online business performance. A well-known technology visionary and Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Umang began his career in 1973 with IBM. Umang joined Oracle Corporation in 1981 where he wrote the first business plan for the company, and served as Vice President and General Manager of the Microcomputer Products Division through 1984. He left Oracle to become Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Gupta Corporation, which he took public in 1993 (NASDAQ: GPTA). Gupta Corporation was responsible for ushering in the era of enterprise client/server computing by introducing many seminal innovations, including the world's first client/server relational database system for PC networks in 1988. Umang has also been an active investor and advisor to a number of Silicon Valley start-up companies including serving on the Board of Trustees of Mosaix, a publicly held call-center systems company from 1997 to 1999 until its sale to Lucent Technologies.
Umang received his Bachelor of Technology degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kanpur in 1971 and his M.B.A. from Kent State University in Ohio, USA in 1972. In 1996, Umang received the Distinguished Alumnus Award of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur for his outstanding contributions to Information Technology and entrepreneurial achievements. In addition to his professional activities, Umang has previously served on the board of the Peninsula Community Foundation, a San Mateo based public charity that builds investment and involvement in community. He is also an avid history buff and serves on the Board of the San Mateo Historical Association. He is also Chairman of the IIT Kanpur Foundation and Board Chairman of PanIIT USA. In 2000, Umang was the honored recipient of the Asian Pacific Foundation Award for Civic Leadership and Philanthropy.

Drew Hamer serves as chief financial officer and vice president of finance. Mr. Hamer joined Keynote in June 2005 as Corporate Controller and served in that position until December 2005. He is a CPA and a seasoned finance executive with over 12 years in financial leadership positions in high tech companies. He has held CFO and vice president of finance and administration positions at KnowNow, IQ Labs, and Intraspect software. Mr. Hamer was the director of finance at Excite@Home from January 1997 until May 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Hamer held a series of financial leadership positions at Sybase, culminating in his position as group controller overseeing a software development group at the company with revenues in excess of $150 million. Jeff Kraatz serves as senior vice president of worldwide sales & services. Mr. Kraatz has over 25 years of management experience in technology, communications, and Internet business. A seasoned international executive, he has pioneered and scaled highly successful Asian operations for a number of U.S. based technology firms. Prior to joining Keynote, Mr. Kraatz was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Caspian Networks. Kraatz also founded and built an Asian focused international sales and marketing consulting accelerator to bridge Asian and U.S. businesses, and was CEO of two divergent B2B e-commerce firms. Previously, he held a number of senior management positions over a ten-year period with voice messaging leader, Octel Communications. Earlier in his career, Kraatz spent ten years building SPRINT from a start up to a significant market provider of network-based services and communications solutions. He holds a B.A. in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles.

Eric Stokesberry serves as vice president of IT & Operations. He oversees the management of Keynote’s global measurement infrastructure of over 2000 measurement computers in 200+ worldwide locations, primary and backup data centers, and a 24 x 7 Network Operations Center. Mr. Stokesberry is also responsible for the corporate IT function and basic technical support. Krishna Khadloya serves as vice president of engineering. Emil Flock comes to the Martin Marshall Group from terms as Business Analyst, Capital Markets & Trading at Charles Schwab and as Senior Director for Customer Service at Keynote Systems. In the mid-1990s, Emil was director of Technical Support for NetObjects, and helped define the technical specifications for NetObjects' strategic partnership with IBM. As Director of Computer Technical Support at Sykes Enterprises and as principal in Computer Hand Holding, Inc., he was responsible for technical support projects for Charles Schwab, Pacific Bell, Shaklee, Bechtel, LaserTools, Insight Development, and the Center for Disease Control. He has authored four books in the computer field, and developed and launched a groundbreaking knowledgebase software development tool. At the Martin Marshall Group, he is responsible for technical consulting on business analysis projects, including business process flow analysis and technical support. He has a bachelors in computer sciences from Columbia University.
