Anthony Nozzolillo is Executive Vice President of the Electric Business Unit of KeySpan, a holding company that was created in 1998 when Brooklyn Union merged with the Long Island Lighting Company. Electric Operations includes Generation, Transmission and Distribution Management, Electric Systems Planning and Operations Support. It serves the Long Island Power Authority's customers on Long Island and supplies approximately 25% of the energy requirements of New York City. Mr. Nozzolillo joined LILCO in 1972 and has held various positions, including Manager of Financial Planning and Manager of Systems Planning. He served as the Company's Treasurer from 1992 to 1994 and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1998. He was appointed Senior Vice President of KeySpan's Electric Operations in 1999 and promoted to Executive Vice President in 2000. Mr. Nozzolillo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Long Island University, C. W. Post Campus. Besides being involved in a variety of community organizations, he also serves on the Boards of the Lawrence Educational Foundation, Polytechnic University and the United Way of Long Island.

Mr Chepiga served as President of the Legal Aid Society of New York from 1996 to 1998, as a director from 1988 to 1998, and a member of the executive committee from 1992 to 1998.
