Ms. Krisko ensures KGS is and remains a learning organization, such that all we learn is carried forward to our full team of professional associates and clients alike. She leads KGS's Innovation Center (IC), coordinating and ensuring the continual evolution of KGS's Data Confidence service offerings and capabilities in partnership with the KGS Leadership Team. Additionally Ms. Krisko oversees enterprise process management, process alignment to organizational policies, KGS's industry certifications, quality management programs, the Craig Technology Center Technology Lab and in-house software solutions. Ms. Krisko began her tenure with KGS and its predecessor, Pinkerton Computer Consultants Incorporated's (PCCI) Government Solutions Division, in 1994 and has been instrumental in developing our core Data Confidence capabilities throughout her tenure. Recent contributions include managing the launch of Data Governance Support for the US-VISIT Program within the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to that, she managed and contributed technically to our Data Administration and national award-winning Enterprise Data Architecture efforts for the FDIC. Concurrently with client engagement activities, Ms. Krisko also led internal organizational process improvement activities resulting in successful advancement from a SW-CMM Level 2 certification to a CMMI -SE/SW Level 3 maturity rating. Gena Marshall is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for KGS. She is responsible for all financial management and reporting for the KGS organization including: accurate and timely financial reporting at the contract, business unit and corporate level; comprehensive financial analysis; and strategic pricing leadership for all competitive proposals. She provides leadership in support of financial aspects of business operations. Ms. Marshall joined KGS in December 2008 as Vice President of Business Operations where she was actively involved in corporate transition and integration activities associated with the acquisition and merger of dNovus RDI. Prior to joining KGS, Ms. Marshall was Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting with dNovus RDI, responsible for cash management, accurate and timely financial reporting, comprehensive financial analysis and strategic pricing. Ms. Marshall provided leadership to Contracting, Human Resources, Operations and Program Managers in support of financial aspects of contract management, profitability, personnel, regulatory compliance and business development. Ms. Marshall has over 20 years of financial and leadership experience within the Government Contracting and Banking industries. Karen Bell is Vice President and Deputy Chief Operating Officer for KGS. Prior to this position, Ms. Bell served as Vice President of Business Development for KGS. She began her tenure with KGS (through its predecessor company) in 1993 as a Systems Analyst supporting long time client, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Her leadership and expertise at our FDIC client garnered recognition and a promotion to a Program Manager for a major FDIC system migration contract, and eventually to KGS's Vice President/Group Manager for Federal Regulatory Agency contracts. In this role, she provided leadership, strategic direction, business development, resource management, contract and program management services, and corporate administration for several federal IT agencies including the FDIC, Federal Reserve Board (FRB), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office Personnel Management (OPM), National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and the U.S. Census Bureau. Ms. Bell's responsibility and accountability encompassed developing and achieving financial goals while managing operating budgets, profit and loss strategies, operational execution, contract management, staff acquisition, training and deployment within the business unit. In prior positions, Ms. Bell established extensive project management, systems analysis, systems development and programming experience providing IT support for the Blue Cross/Blue Shield of the National Capital Area and the National Railroad Passenger Corporation's AMTRAK. Ms. Bell brings over 23 years of technical, program and project management, and executive management experience with demonstrated ability to facilitate business growth and a reputation for delivering successful quality products and services. Mr. Denneny is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of KGS responsible for leadership over five operating divisions providing professional solutions to federal government clients throughout the United States. As a member of the KGS Executive Team, he develops programs, plans and strategies to ensure operational goals are met, service delivery and client satisfaction remain high, and associate welfare is maintained. He is responsible for over 600 associates supporting federal government clients, and in excess of $110 million in operating revenues. Mr. Denneny joined KGS in June 2007, incident to the merger of the BRADSON CORPORATION with KGS, as the Senior Vice President of the Finance and Accounting Solutions Division. In that capacity, he was responsible for over 200 KGS associates and all client programs regarding financial management and accounting solutions. Those program focused on audit readiness and audit remediation; planning, programming, budgeting and execution; financial statement preparation and analysis; accounting support; and Sarbanes Oxley/OMB Circ. A-123, Appendix A, internal controls over financial reporting services. Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Denneny was an Assistant Vice President for Finance and Accounting Solutions with the BRADSON CORPORATION and directed operations for its Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) engagements. He was responsible for client relationships at DLA and BLM, and provided oversight and guidance to staff compiling the financial statements and footnotes, documenting business processes and tracing transactions, assessing the adequacy of internal controls over financial reporting, identifying audit impediments, and developing and implementing corrective action plans. Under his leadership, BRADSON staff developed one of first line item assertion packages in DoD forwarded to the DoD Office of Inspector General (OIG) for evaluation that was deemed "audit ready." Before joining the BRADSON COPRPORATION, Mr. Denneny had a distinguished 26 year career with the US Postal Inspection Service as Postal Inspector in Charge (Senior Executive Service, SES). In this position, Mr. Denneny developed, managed and evaluated US Postal Inspection Service Financial Statement Audit, Performance Audit, Contract Audit, Internal Affairs, and Security Programs nationwide. These programs provide protection to all assets and revenues of the USPS, at the time totaling over $25 billion and $70 billion respectively. While assigned as Inspector in Charge, Office of Audit, Mr. Denneny reengineered the national financial audit program of the USPS to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and economy, with increased emphasis on audit plan development through risk assessment, and evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting. Mr. Denneny implemented an internal audit strategy in the USPS based on internal control effectiveness before the regulatory requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and OMB Circular, A-123, Appendix A, were mandated. He also led efforts which enhanced the value of both performance audits and contract audits to USPS stakeholders by recommending solutions on a cost-to-benefit basis. Mr. Denneny holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albright College. Mr. Denneny is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Virginia since 1985.

Glen D. Shaffer, Maj Gen, USAF (Ret) is the Executive Vice President of KGS. Glen is responsible for leading our company's operations, programs and plans and ensures we remain our customer's best partner. He sets key operational, technical, and development goals and manages the ways we achieve them. He builds teams within the company and establishes key relationships with others. Most importantly, he is one member of a fully integrated leadership team at KGS. Glen was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of dNovus RDI which was acquired by Kforce in December 2008 and integrated into KGS. He joined the private sector in the fall of 2003 after serving 33 years in the United States Air Force (USAF), most of the time as an Intelligence Officer. His final assignment was the Director for Intelligence, J2, for the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) in Washington, D.C serving the United States Secretary of Defense (SECDEF), the Chairman and the JCS. Prior to that he was the Director of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, responsible for all USAF ISR and Information Warfare systems and operations and was the USAF's Senior Intelligence Officer in the National Intelligence Community. His other General Office Assignments included Assistant Deputy Director for Operations at the National Security Agency and Director of Intelligence, J-2, HQ U.S. European Command. Glen was the first Commander of the European Command's Joint Analysis Center (JAC) and also commander the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC). Earlier assignments included multiple Strategic Air Command (SAC) Bomb Wings, HQ Tactical Air Command, HQ Strategic Air Command and HQ US Atlantic Command. He pioneered early targeting capabilities against Soviet mobile intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and was a Tomahawk Cruise Missile planner for the Navy, leading several major weapon system improvements. Shaffer received his commission in the United States Air Force in 1970 as a distinguished graduate of Otterbein College's Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program. He attended National War College in residence in 1990 and also holds a Master of Science Degree from the George Washington University. He is active in several National Intelligence Community advisory forums.

Mr. Westover joined KGS as the Vice President for Professional and Technical Solutions in December 2008 to oversee business development and provide strategic vision for KGS's network operations, program management, Six Sigma, information assurance, and logistics functions solutions. Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Westover was the Vice President for Network Operations and Information Assurance for dNovus RDI with profit and loss responsibility for over 70 personnel. While at dNovus RDI Mr. Westover led the initiative to branch into the Network Operations field which resulted in growing the company's overall revenues by more than 30% and establishing dNovus RDI as the premier Network Operations provider for the United States Air Force. Prior to joining dNovus RDI, Mr. Westover was the Deputy Director for Information Assurance at Lockheed Martin (previously ACS Defense) with daily program management and oversight responsibility for over 120 IA professionals supporting the National Security Agency. While at Lockheed Martin, Mr. Westover performed network vulnerability assessments, evaluated security products, architected network security solutions, implemented DoD Certification & Accreditation programs, and investigated network security incidents. A Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Mr. Westover has a passion for infrastructure protection and computer security awareness. Before joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Westover had a distinguished 10-year career with the United States Army. Commissioned as an Aviation Officer, he held several flight assignments culminating in being selected to command the Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 17th Aviation Brigade in Seoul, Korea. Following his flight assignments, Mr. Westover was assigned to the US Army's only counterintelligence computer investigations laboratory at Fort Meade, Maryland. While at the lab, he was responsible for all aspects of the network investigations program to include Special Agent training, case load management, and providing Subject Matter Expert advice to ongoing investigations. Additionally Mr. Westover was responsible for coordinating computer forensics analysis support to customers across the Army and DoD. Mr. Westover graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Mr. Westover was the distinguished graduate from the US Army Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) Aviator Course. He is active in several community youth support and outreach programs. He and his wife Michelle have two children and reside in San Antonio, Texas.

With more than 30 years experience managing hospitals and heath care systems nationwide, Steve has served as CEO, associate administrator, assistant administrator and consultant for hospitals ranging in size from 49 to 300 beds, including public, religious, government, for-profit and university teaching hospitals. Previously he was CEO of the French Hospital and Health Plan in San Francisco and served as the director of group operations for 11 hospitals in the EPIC HealthCare Group. Steve also assisted major health systems as a senior health care consultant with Cooper's & Lybrand. Steve Jones serves as the KGS Vice President for Healthcare Informatics. Mr. Jones has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, with more than 15 years of program management and leadership experience in the Government Contracting industry. He has a diverse technical background, specifically in the areas of Oracle database development and administration. Joining the dNovus team as a Technical Lead in 1997, he has advanced through various roles of increased responsibility including Program Manager and Director of Lab and Biomedical Solutions. Before joining KGS, Mr. Jones spent 9 years as a Computer Systems Specialist in the U.S. Air Force, where responsibilities included the development and management of several IT projects for the Pacific Air Force (PACAF). Prior to his promotion to Vice President of Healthcare Informatics in 2006, Mr. Jones served as the program manager of a KGS contract that supports the automation needs of the entire DoD Drug Testing Program. Of his many achievements, one of the most notable was the achievement of a flawless SEI-CMM Level 3 assessment in 2005 the company's first. In his current role, Mr. Jones is responsible for contract oversight, client relationships and business development within both federal and commercial areas. Mr. Jones holds a Masters Degree in Management of Information Systems from Saint Mary's University and resides with his wife Lynn in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Bevan joined KGS as Vice President for Research and Development from dNovus RDI in December 2008. At KGS, he develops and supervises research and development of products and services for external sponsors and internal research programs, provides technical marketing support to KGS business units and provides technical solutions to KGS and Kforce. Dr. Bevan has over 30 years experience in the conduct and management of research and development projects for DOD, the Intelligence Community and Homeland Security/Defense. He is an expert in systems engineering, human factors engineering and biopsychology. While at dNovus, Dr. Bevan developed and managed research and development projects with AFRL, SOCOM, AFOSR, MDA and USA-RDECOM. He also provided technical marketing support to dNovus Business Units. Prior to dNovus, Dr. Bevan was the Associate Laboratory Director of the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) Electro-optics, Environment and Materials Laboratory and was elected as a GTRI Fellow and Member of the Georgia Tech Faculty Senate. While at Georgia Tech, Tom conducted homeland security research and development projects for the US Marine Corps and lead the GT Homeland Security Initiative. He also taught Biopsychology in the Georgia Tech School of Psychology. Dr. Bevan served in various capacities at the Environmental Research Institute of Michigan (ERIM) during his 18 year tenure, starting as a program manager and leader of a 35-person technical section and culminating with a position of the Director of Customer Relations. ERIM was a spin-off of the University of Michigan which developed many of the modern remote sensing technologies. Tom conducted research and development projects for NRO, USAF-FTD, USAF (U2-R, B-2, B-1, ATARS), DARPA (Discoverer II) and USAID. While with ERIM, he was the founder and first President of the Ukrainian Land and Resource Management Institute which is a joint US-Ukrainian remote sensing center. Before joining ERIM, Dr. Bevan was a program manager for Science Applications International Corporation where he conducted research and development for DARPA (Assault Breaker), CIA (SAFE-ADDIS), ONR and the US Coast Guard. Dr. Bevan completed US Army ROTC as a Distinguished Military Graduate and served on active duty in the US Army Medical Service Corps at Edgewood Arsenal, MD where he conducted research on the effects of chemical and pharmacological agents. Tom holds a doctorate in Experimental Psychology from Princeton University with specialty in Biopsychology and a bachelor degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College.
