Chairman of the Board of Kimco Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust, since November 1991; Director of Blue Ridge Real Estate/Big Boulder Corporation, a real estate management and land development firm, since 1983. Neither company is affiliated with Getty.

David B. Henry was appointed President of the company in November 2008. Mr. Henry has assumed the principal leadership role for the execution of the company's overall business strategy. He has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since May of 2001 and continues to act as Chief Investment Officer of the Company. Mr. Henry joined Kimco Realty Corporation after 23 years at General Electric where he was Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of GE Capital Real Estate and Chairman of GE Capital Investment Advisors. Mr. Henry was responsible for helping to manage real estate investments totaling more than $20.0 billion in 11 countries worldwide. In his GE Capital Real Estate career, Mr. Henry also had operating responsibilities for a variety of individual and real estate businesses including joint ventures, pension advisory services and U.S. origination activities, Mexico, Canada, Asia and Australia.

Mr. Hughes has been a director since September 2003. Mr. Hughes previously served as CEO, President and Trustee of Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust since its formation in 1993. Mr. Hughes is the former President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of BTR Realty, Inc., having served in such capacity from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Hughes served as CFO and Senior Vice President from 1974 until 1990.

Michael J. Flynn, the Chairman of the Corporations board of directors, is also the President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of the board of directors of Kimco Realty Corporation. In addition, Patrick M. Flynn, who serves as one of the Corporations directors and is the Corporations President and Chief Executive Officer, is the Director of Real Estate at Kimco Realty Corporation. Finally, Milton Cooper, who serves as one of the Corporations directors, also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Kimco Realty Corporation.

David Lukes was appointed Chief Operating Officer in November 2008. In this role he directs the strategy and day-to-day activities of the company's shopping center business. Mr. Lukes was previously an Executive Vice President of Kimco where he had the responsibility for the financial performance of the U.S. and Puerto Rico portfolios as well as direction of the Redevelopment and Specialty Leasing Departments. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Lukes was Development Director of Myers Development Company in San Francisco, where he was responsible for the entitlement, pre-development, leasing and construction of several mixed-use and high-rise properties. Mr. Lukes holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Miami University.

Susan Lopera is a Senior Director at Kimco Realty Corporation. She is a mentor to three of CIR's students and became involved with CIR in 2007. She graduated from Northeastern University.

Bill Cernius has practiced law with Latham & Watkins since 1985 and has been a resident attorney in each of the San Diego, Los Angeles, London and Orange County offices of the firm. Mr. Cernius has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience representing both sellers and buyers (both financial and strategic), including the $4.0 billion merger between Kimco Realty Corporation and Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc., the $2.9 billion merger between Health Care Property Investors, Inc. and American Health Properties, Inc., the $1.0 billion merger between British Telecommunications plc and Infonet Services Corporation, and the $680.0 million leveraged buy-out acquisition of Irvine Apartment Communities, Inc. by The Irvine Company. In addition, Mr. Cernius has participated in hostile acquisition situations including the defense of ARV Assisted Living, Inc. and the acquisition of JCC Holdings, Inc. He has handled numerous securities-related transactions of virtually all types and sizes, including the $1.2 billion initial public offering for Infonet Services Corporation, the $300.0 million initial public offering for Aames Investment Corporation, the $160.0 million Rule 144A common stock offering for NNN Realty Advisors, Inc., and the $53.0 million initial public offering by Sangamo BioSciences, Inc. and has represented both issuers and investment banks in these transactions. Mr. Cernius has considerable experience in advising private and public companies regarding the intricacies of the US federal and state securities laws and lectures often on related topics including, in particular, initial public offerings. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cernius spent two years as an investment banker with the firm of Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy & Gardner, Incorporated where he focused on initial public offerings, venture capital financings and middle market mergers and acquisitions. While at Morgan, Olmstead, Mr. Cernius was in charge of the firm's venture capital fund. Mr. Cernius is a member of the Orange County and American Bar Associations.

Frank Lourenso is a Director of the Company since December 1991. Executive Vice President of J.P. Morgan ("J.P. Morgan", and successor by merger to The Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank, N.A.) since 1990. Senior Vice President of J.P. Morgan for more than five years prior to that time.

Joe Grills has been director of the Company since January 1997. During this period of time he held various positions in financial management in both IBM's domestic and international businesses. From 1986 to 1993 he was an IBM Assistant Treasurer and served as Chief Invesmtent Officer of the IBM Retirement Funds. In his role as chief Investment Officer, Mr. Grills had responsibility for the investment management of $34 billion of assets in ERISA plans and, in addition, monitored the investment activities of IBM's international subsidiary funds which had $14 billion in assets. Mr. Grill's present activities include serving as a member and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of a cluster of Merrill Lynch Mutual Funds. He was a Director and Vice Chairman of the Duke University Management Company from 1992-2004 and is currently a Director Emeritus. He was a member of the Board of Directors of both the LaSalle Street Fund (1995-2001) and the Mercury HW Mutual Funds (1996-2002). He is also a Director and Vice Chairman of the Montpelier Foundation which manages the former home of President James Madison and Dolley Madison. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the State of New York Common Retirement Fund, the Virginia Retirement System and Vice Chairman thereof, the Investment Committees of the Woodberry Forest School, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Individual Investors Advisory Committee of the NYSE. He served on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute from 1997 to 2000. He is an ex-officio member and former Chairman of the Committee on Investment of Employee Benefit Assets of the Associaiton of Financial Professionals. He was a member of the Editorial Board of Investment Policy Magazine from 1997-2001. Mr. Grills has done consulting for a management consulting firm and for research firms and plan sponsors.

Mr. Saltzman is the President of Colony Capital, LLC and shares responsibility for the Firm's global operations. In particular, Mr. Saltzman guides the strategic planning, acquisition and asset management activities of Colony and oversees new business initiatives. Prior to joining Colony in 2003, Mr. Saltzman spent 24 years in the investment banking business primarily specializing in real estate-related businesses and investments. Most recently, he was a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch's investment banking division. As a member of the investment banking operating committee, he oversaw the firm's global real estate, hospitality and restaurant businesses. Previously, he also served as Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking, had responsibility for Merrill Lynch's Global Leveraged Finance business, and was also responsible for various real estate-related principal investments including the Zell/Merrill Lynch series of funds which acquired more than $3.0 billion of commercial real estate assets and where Mr. Saltzman was a member of the investment committee. Mr. Saltzman serves on the Board of Directors of Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM). He is also a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Roundtable. Previously, he was a Trustee and Treasurer of the Pension Real Estate Association, a Director of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, a Vice Chairman of the National Realty Committee ("NRC"), a past Chairman of the NRC Real Estate Capital Policy Advisory Committee, and a member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Mr. Saltzman received his B.A. from Swarthmore College in 1977 and an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in 1979.
