Through his leadership, Kinder Morgan has grown from a small company with 150 employees and an enterprise value of $325 million in February 1997 to an organization with approximately 7,500 employees and an enterprise value of over $20 billion today. During the past 12 years, Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (NYSE: KMP) has produced a compound annual return of 25 percent to unitholders. Kinder Morgan is one of Fortune magazine’s Most Admired Companies in America and has been ranked #1 in the “Pipeline Category” for several years.
