In 1983, the first limited partnership was formed who shared the vision of helping our community to recycle paper and reclaim polyethylene found on virgin milk carton stock. After making improvements in the paper plant we built in Kingston, NY, the partnership formed Kingston Systems, Inc. that went public on April 7, 1987. Ralph (Kit) McKittrick is KSI's founder and CEO. The risk section in the IPO stated that the commodities of both paper and plastic were the most vulnerable element in the plan and if one or both should go against us, the Company would not survive in the paper recycling business. In late 1988, Kingston made its last ton of recycled paper after 5 years of operation. For the past 17 years, Kit, one of the Company's directors and a friend of the company looked into revitalizing Kingston Systems. In August of 2005, KSI purchased PRSCO (Parallel Robotic Systems Corporation). PRSCO designs and builds robots for the machine tool, automotive, defense, bio medical device and entertainment industries. In an effort to list KSI's securities, our first step was to contact and enter into discussions with the SEC. The next step was to file an application with the NASD to trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. Our plan will allow for trading KSI shares initially with no bid.
