A high-tech industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Scott Crowder services as chief technology officer for Kintera. He is responsible for end-to-end product development, spearheading the company's product management, engineering, quality assurance and IT operations. Prior to joining Kintera, Crowder served as chief operating officer at Entriq, where he was responsible for developing services including content management, security, e-commerce, CRM and application hosting for the world's largest media companies. Crowder previously served as vice president of product operations at Inktomi. While at Inktomi, Crowder established a professional services practice that deployed IP technologies, resulting in license and service revenue accruals exceeding $40 million annually. Prior to Inktomi, Crowder served as senior vice president, technology services at Akamai. In this role, he led the team that built the first globally distributed broadband content delivery network (CDN) for streaming media, and evolved emerging technology into a significant revenue generating business. Crowder also served as director of advanced product support at Sprint, leading a team that provided worldwide end-to-end product support for Sprint customers using switched digital services, ISDN, video conferencing and advanced application products.

Jeane Chen, Ph.D., joined Kintera as Executive Vice President of Engineering in 2000. Prior to joining Kintera, Dr. Chen worked for IBM from 1982 to 2000 where she last held the position of Program Director of Interactive Media in the IBM Software Group and was in charge of software development for the Internet and digital television. During her tenure at IBM, Dr. Chen was in charge of IBM's development and research efforts for Networked Applications in China from 1995 to 1997. Dr. Chen has published 30 technical articles, holds 41 international patents and has more than 20 additional patents pending. She has conducted pioneering work on packet switching architecture and algorithms that serve as the foundation for the modern Internet backbone. Dr. Chen has a Bachelor of Science degree from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan and received her Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Columbia University.

Alex Bernardin has extensive experience in the tech world, both as an effective project manager and software developer. Mr. Tuchman brings more than 10 years experience in venture capital, public finance and technology to his board position. From 2006 until 2007, Mr. Tuchman was a consultant to Crestview Capital, a micro-cap hedge fund. He has also served as a sub-advisor to Apex Capital, LLC, on its technology micro-cap and special situations portfolio, which grew from $30 million to $200 million during that time. Mr. Tuchman continues to co-manage the $28 million Net Market Partners, LP venture capital fund with Apex. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Tuchman invested in and advised venture funds focusing primarily on Internet and technology during which time he was instrumental in facilitating several key transactions including C2B Technologies' sale to Inktomi, Net Market Makers sale to Jupiter Communications, and Chrome Data Systems sale to DealerTrack. He co-founded TestMart, a marketer of government information technology services and products via the internet. A Silicon Valley veteran, Mr. Tuchman began his career at Atari, Inc. and served as an operating executive for several Silicon Valley companies while leading them through strategic transformations for eventual sale. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Workstream Inc. (Nasdaq:WSTM) and Kintera (Nasdaq: KNTA). Mr. Tuchman received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Boston University.
