Jeffrey B. Van Horn joined KAM in October 2004. Previously, Mr. Van Horn worked in various finance positions, including Senior Vice President of Investments, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of AvalonBay Communities, Inc. and its predecessor, Bay Apartment Communities, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Van Horn worked in various positions, including Tax Partner for Arthur Andersen LLP serving clients in the real estate, leasing, reverse mortgage, private equity, and REIT industries. He was a member of Arthur Andersen's firm-wide Partnership and REIT Tax Specialty Teams. Mr. Van Horn holds a B.A. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Stanislaus. Mr. Van Horn is also a California licensed CPA.

Michael R. McFerran brings more than 10 years of experience to his position as Chief Financial Officer at KKR Financial LLC. Michael is also the Chief Financial Officer for the KKR Strategic Capital funds. Before joining KKR in July 2005, he was a Vice President of Securitization Operations and Accounting with American Express. Prior to that, he worked as a Vice President of Technical Accounting at XL Capital Ltd., overseeing accounting policies and practices for both its financial products and services segments. Before that, he worked for nearly eight years at Ernst & Young LLP, receiving accelerated promotions to manager and senior manager positions, providing a diverse set of highly technical accounting and reporting skills to both Fortune 500 companies and startups on a wide range of issues. Michael has a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, Magna Cum Laude, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

William B. Fisher joined KAM in December 2004. Mr. Fisher brings more than 25 years of diversified management experience to his position as a Principal. Previously, Mr. Fisher served as Managing Director at myCFO, Inc., later acquired by the Bank of Montreal. He helped build the infrastructure, managing the finance and operation for this high profile, startup wealth management firm, representing more than $20 billion in wealth. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Office at FURTHCO, a diversified private business, which included Chalk Hill Estate Winery & Vineyards, Furth Law Firm, Furth Investments and the Furth Foundation. His other positions included working as a Financial Manager at Gaddy Investment Company, an Assistant Controller at Continental Ozark, Inc., and a Senior Accountant at Frost & Company. Mr. Fisher holds a B.S. and B.A. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.

Christopher A. Sheldon joined KAM in September 2004. Mr. Sheldon brings more than 10 years of experience to his position as a Director at KAM. Prior to joining our credit team, he was a Vice President, Senior Investment Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank, High Yield Securities Group. He was a participant of an investment team (Sutter Advisors LLC) that managed more than $3 billion in assets, with a primary focus on the High-Yield Asset class. Before joining Wells Fargo, he worked at Young & Rubicam Advertising and at SFM Media Corporation as a media planner. Mr. Sheldon holds a B.A. degree from Denison University.

Derek M. Larson brings more than 10 years of experience to his position as a Managing Director at KKR Financial LLC. Prior to joining our credit team, he worked in the Capital Markets Group at Wells Fargo Bank, handling derivatives, structured credits, and high-yield groups for one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. While at Wells Fargo, he managed more than $1 billion of high yield securities on behalf of corporate treasuries, foundations, insurance companies, and a mutual fund. Before that, Derek worked at AOL Time Warner in their Corporate Strategy and Investments Group, and also worked for a B2B Software Solutions company called X2N and for UBS Securities/DLJ, and its financial institutions, investment banking group. Derek holds a BS in Business Administration/Commerce from Washington & Lee University.

Laurie L Poggi brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate and public accounting experience to her position as Director of Investor Relations, Human Resources, and Administration at KKR Financial LLC. Prior to joining KKR in 2004, she was a Leasing Manager at Boston Properties, where she was responsible for leasing a 3.6 million square foot office/retail complex (Embarcadero Center) in San Francisco, handling everything from deal structure and terms to tenant and broker relations, leasing strategy and planning. Laurie also worked as a Property Manager at Boston Properties, and as a Property Manager at Hines where she was involved in the management of several projects including a 117-acre mixed-use business project. Before that, she worked at American National Bank as a Loan Portfolio Analyst/Collateral Auditor and began her career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Staff Accountant. Laurie holds a BA in Business Administration/Accounting, Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas.

Andrew J. Sossen joined KAM in August 2006. Mr. Sossen brings extensive experience to his position as a Principal of KAM. Previously, he worked in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the firm's corporate practice, specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, private equity, and bank finance. Mr. Sossen holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Diplomatic History and Political Science, and a J.D. degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mr. Ryles has been a director since November 2008. He has been Vice Chairman of Cowen and Company since February 2007. Prior to joining Cowen and Company, Mr. Ryles served as the CEO of Procinea Management LLC and was the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Epoch Partners, Inc. Mr. Ryles also spent 18 years at Merrill Lynch in various investment banking positions including Co-Head of West Coast Investment Banking, Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Global Head of Natural Resources and Global Head of Technology. Mr. Ryles is a Director of ArcSight, Inc. and Fortify Software, Inc.

"Ms. Collins was elected to serve on the Company's Board of Directors in August 2006. During her career in financial services, Ms. Collins has worked as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Asset-Backed Securities Research at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. and as a Managing Director and Head of Asset-Backed Securities Research at Credit Suisse Group (formerly known as Credit Suisse First Boston). "

Paul M. Hazen has served as one of Prosper s directors since July 2006. Mr. Hazen is the chairman of the board of directors of KKR Financial Holdings LLC. Mr. Hazen joined Wells Fargo & Company in 1970, serving as Chairman of Wells Fargo from February 1997 to May 2001, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from February 1997 to November 1998, Chief Executive Officer from January 1995 to February 1997, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1984 to 1995 and Vice Chairman from 1981 to 1984. Mr. Hazen is also the former President of Wells Fargo Real Estate Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT, from 1973 to 1978. Mr. Hazen retired after he left his post as Chairman of Wells Fargo in May 2001. During his retirement, Mr. Hazen acted as Chairman of Accel-KKR Company, Deputy Chairman and Lead Independent Director of Vodafone PLC and Lead Independent Director of Safeway, Inc. Mr. Hazen is currently the Lead Independent Director of Safeway, Inc., the Chairman of Accel-KKR Company and KKR Financial Corp., and a director of Xstrata plc. Mr. Hazen attended Amherst College and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Don D. Destino joined KAM in March 2007. Previously, Mr. Destino was the Managing Director in equity research and the senior research analyst covering the specialty finance sector at JMP Securities. Prior to JMP, Mr. Destino was a Vice President in the equity research department at Banc of America Securities focusing on specialty finance. He was also a Vice President in equity research at Jeffries and Company. Mr. Destino holds a MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in economics and sociology from the University of San Diego.

Mr. Licht has been a director since April 2005. Mr. Licht is currently an Executive Vice President and Chairman of Credit Policy for Capmark Financial Group Inc. Prior to joining Capmark in March 2007, Mr. Licht was in retirement. From January 2002 to December 2002, Mr. Licht was semi-retired, serving as a consultant to Wells Fargo on a part-time basis. Prior to his semi-retirement, Mr. Licht was employed at Wells Fargo for 18 years, including as Chief Credit Officer from November 1998 to December 2001, and Executive Vice President for Credit Administration from February 1990 to November 1998.

Jamie M. Weinstein joined KAM in January 2005. Mr. Weinstein brings extensive experience to his position as a Director at KAM. Prior to joining our credit team, he worked at Tishman Speyer Properties as a Director of Acquisitions for Northern California. He presented potential investments to the firm's global investment committee, including handling all aspect of acquisitions and disposals, and sourcing alternative transaction types. He also worked at the Boston Consulting Group, where he was promoted to consultant in just 18 months. Mr. Weinstein worked with clients in a number of areas including domestic airlines, retailing, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing. Mr. Weinstein holds a BSE degree in Civil Engineering and Operations Research and graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University. He received his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Jeffrey L. Power brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, wholesale banking, and risk management to his position as Treasurer of KKR Financial LLC. Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Risk Officer for Wells Fargo & Co. Wholesale Banking and Corporate Treasury Group, where he implemented a risk-management function, as well as managed the Wholesale Banking Compliance Division. While at Wells Fargo, he also served as Managing Director of Risk Management, Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange and Corporate Treasury. Before that, he worked as a National Bank Examiner at the Office of Comptroller of the Currency, and worked as an Assistant to the Director of the Economic Development Corporation of Buffalo County, Nebraska.

Jeremiah Lane is a Director at KKR Financial LLC. Prior to joining our credit team, he worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking/Technology, Media and Telecom Group at JPMorgan Chase handling deals for clients including Qwest, Western Wireless, Nextel Partners, and ON Semiconductor. While at JPMorgan, he achieved top tier ranking during his four years with the company and was promoted from Analyst to Associate in June 2004. He also worked as an Analyst at Solomon Smith Barney. Jeremiah holds an BA with honors in History from Harvard University.

Mr. deRegt is Chief Risk Officer at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was a senior advisor of Aetos Capital, providing oversight in areas of investment strategy, overall operations and risk management. Prior to joining Aetos Capital in January 2003, Mr. deRegt headed the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities businesses for Morgan Stanley. He was a member of the Firm's Management Committee and had a variety of responsibilities relating to different Fixed Income businesses, including the Firm's Government Securities business and certain international businesses. Mr. deRegt is a graduate of Stanford University. He currently is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Eagle Hill School. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of PASE - The Partnership for After School Education.

Nathaniel L. Yap joined KAM in November 2004. Previously, Mr. Yap worked in High Yield Research at JPMorgan Securities, following the paper, packaging and chemicals industries. Before getting his MBA at Wharton, he worked as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Investment Analyst in High Yield and Distressed Securities at Wells Fargo Bank, where he was responsible for investment decisions related to industrial and manufacturing companies. Mr. Yap originally joined Wells Fargo working in Middle Market Commercial Finance. Mr. Yap holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Yap is a CFA charterholder.

Scott C. Nuttall joined KKR in 1996, is a Member of the general partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., and heads KKR's Global Capital and Asset Management Group which includes the Client and Partner Group, KKR Capital Markets and KKR Asset Management. He has played a significant role in the investments of Alea Group Holdings, Amphenol, Bristol West Holdings, Capmark Financial (formerly GMAC Commercial Holdings), First Data Corporation, KinderCare Learning Centers, Legg Mason, Masonite International, Walter Industries and Willis Group. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Capmark Financial, First Data Corporation, KKR Financial Holdings and Legg Mason. He is also actively involved in funds affiliated with the Firm, including KKR Private Equity Investors and KKR Financial Holdings, and is a member of the Other Business Committee. Prior to joining KKR, he was with the Blackstone Group where he was involved in numerous merchant banking and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a B.S. Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania.??

Mr. Finigan has been a director since February 2006. He is with the firm of Snyder Miller & Orton LLP. He was a Partner of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2003 to 2007 and was with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP from 1972 to 2003.
