KLA-Tencor Corp.

Kent Goheen is a 35 year veteran in both the front and back end semiconductor industry. Currently Mr. Goheen serves as Vice President Global Operations and Chief Manufacturing Officer for KLA-Tencor. He has been with KLA-Tencor for nearly 13 years and has spent the last 5 years driving their low cost manufacturing strategy in Asia and parts of Eastern Europe. Prior to this, Mr. Goheen spent 7 years with Credence Systems as Vice President of Manufacturing and Service Operations. Credence designs and manufactures semiconductor ATE. Mr. Goheen came to Credence from Schlumberger Ltd. where he held several operational positions over a 13 year period including Vice President and General Manager of the Production Test Division and General Manager of Fairchild Semiconductor factories in both the Philippines and Indonesia. Mr. Goheen received Bachelors and Master degrees in Operations and Management from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Ed Charrier is Vice President and General Manager of the Process Control Information Division at KLA-Tencor. He has more than 20 years of software development and software management experience and 14 years in the semiconductor industry in lithography and DFM software. In his current role at KLA-Tencor he is responsible for all standalone software products including DFM, yield, defect, metrology and bare wafer analysis. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Mr. Charrier was the Chief Operating Officer of FINLE Technologies, a provider of lithography and DFM software to the semiconductor industry. FINLE was acquired by KLA-Tencor in February, 2000. Mr. Charrier earned a BSE in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in management and entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Austin.

Maureen L. Lamb has served as our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since September 2006. Prior to joining Kyphon, she was Chief Financial Officer at Photon Dynamics, Inc. from May 2005 to September 2006. Prior to Photon Dynamics, Ms. Lamb held several senior financial management positions for eleven years at KLA-Tencor, one of the world's five largest semiconductor equipment companies, including serving as its Vice President of Finance from July 2000 to May 2005. Ms. Lamb received her Bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard College and her Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Martin Aalund joined Aquest as Vice President of Product Development and Engineering. Martin is responsible of global development engineering for all Aquest products. Martin has had extensive background in robotics, including a Ph.D. from the Robotics group of the University of Texas at Austin. Since then, Martin has had engineering and management responsibilities at Smart Machines, Equipe/PRI and most recently as the Director of Engineering Automation Standards Division at KLA-Tencor.

Rodney Wilson has worked in software product development and testing for over 20 years. He has been involved in system and application software development from laptop to supercomputer systems. Currently he is the director of engineering operations for the Yield Management Software division of KLA-Tencor Corporation. He is also author of "Software Rx: Secrets of Engineering Quality Software", "UNIX Tamed", and "UNIX Test Tools and Benchmarks", all published by Prentice Hall.

Carol Shields has been Senior Export Compliance Administrator at KLA-Tencor Corporation for the past three years. Her role as export compliance administrator includes responsibility for the development and execution of corporate export compliance policies and management systems guidelines to ensure that KLA-Tencor's global export operations are compliant with U.S. and international trade laws. She has served as International Committee Chairman, American Electronics Association.

Terry Myers, CPIM, MBA is currently the chapter's Vice President of C-BAR and Parliamentarian, having served on the board since 2002. He has been in the Silicon Valley for nine years, holding various positions in manufacturing, engineering, and inventory management. He is currently the Inventory Analyst at KLA-Tencor Corporation. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Edward W. Barnholt has been a Director of KLA-Tencor since 1995, and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors of KLA-Tencor in October 2006. From March 1999 to March 2005, Mr. Barnholt was President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilent Technologies, Inc. ( Agilent ) and from November 2002 to March 2005, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agilent. On March 1, 2005, Mr. Barnholt retired as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilent. Before being named Agilent s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Barnholt served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Company s Measurement Organization from 1998 to 1999. From 1990 to 1998, he served as General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Company s Test and Measurement Organization. He was elected Senior Vice President of Hewlett-Packard Company in 1993 and Executive Vice President in 1996. Mr. Barnholt also serves on the Boards of Directors of Adobe Systems Incorporated and eBay Inc. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Packard Foundation and the Boards of Directors of The Tech Museum of Innovation and Silicon Valley Leadership Group.

John T. Dickson has been a Director of KLA-Tencor since May 2007. Mr. Dickson is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Agere Systems, Inc., a position he held from August 2000 until October 2005. Prior to that, he held positions as the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Lucent s Microelectronics and Communications Technologies Group; Vice President of AT&T Corporation s integrated circuit business unit; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shographics, Inc.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Headland Technology Inc. Mr. Dickson is also a member of the Boards of Directors of National Semiconductor Corporation, Mettler-Toledo International Inc. and Frontier Silicon, Ltd.

Robert M. Calderoni has been a Director of KLA-Tencor since March 2007. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ariba, Inc. since July 2003 and as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Ariba since 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Calderoni also served as Ariba s President and, before that, as Ariba s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1997 to 2001, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Avery Dennison Corporation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Juniper Networks, Inc.
