William J. Bosso has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a director since March 2006. Since December 2004, Mr. Bosso also has been the Chief Executive Officer of Nortia Capital Partners, Inc. Charles L. Hill has served as the operator of Charles Hill Drilling, Inc., a Texas based oil and gas operating and drilling company since May 2005. Mr. Hill has significant energy experience and relationships, with specific focus in the acquisition, development and operation of oil and gas properties.
