Chief Technical Offcer & Vice President, Product Development, KnowNow, Inc. Ron Rasmussen serves as Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Product Development for KnowNow, Inc. He brings over 20 years experience delivering distributed enterprise class infrastructure solutions. Prior to joining KnowNow, Mr. Rasmussen served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Digital Impact Inc., where he was responsible for the development of hosted enterprise applications used for direct marketing by the Fortune 500. He also led the successful development and delivery of the company's first end-user marketing automation application-IMPACT. Before that, Mr. Rasmussen served as Vice President of Product Development -Server Products Group at SCO. While there, he led product development for both new and existing server software, driving the development of the company's top revenue-generating OpenServer product line. Prior to SCO, Mr. Rasmussen spent 8 years as an engineer and architect at Hewlett-Packard, developing compilers and prototyping distributed software development environments. Mr. Rasmussen holds a B.A. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California , Santa Cruz .

James Fiorda brings over 10 years of technology sales and marketing experience to KnowNow. As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Fiorda is responsible for the marketing strategy and corporate positioning of KnowNow's Enterprise 2.0 solutions. Most recently, Mr. Fiorda led marketing strategy for Sigma Dynamics where he was responsible for the marketing strategy and corporate positioning of Sigma Dynamics' customer experience management (CEM) solutions. Prior to joining Sigma Dynamics, Mr. Fiorda led the product marketing strategy for the PeopleSoft CRM Marketing and Analytics suite. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Fiorda led the product marketing strategy behind E.piphany's marketing solutions, notably Interaction Advisor and Campaign Management, which achieved market leadership status during his tenure. Mr. Fiorda holds a masters degree in business administration with a focus on international business, and a B.S. in marketing management from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois.

As Vice President of Technical Services, Sam Weber is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the company's Technical Sales, Professional Services, and Support operations. He brings extensive experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, support and professional services to KnowNow. Most recently, Mr. Weber served as Director of Technical Sales at E.piphany where he managed the global Technical Sales team in delivering pre- and post-sales support to strategic global accounts. Prior to direct sales management, Mr. Weber was Director of Channels Sales Consulting, responsible for all channel pre-sales activities at E.piphany. Mr. Weber has also held various technical management roles at Clarify and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Sam received his B.S. from the University of California at Davis.
