Kevin Mansell, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kohla s Department Stores, is responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives, day-to-day operations and Kohla s long-term growth plan. Mansell also serves on the Board of Directors. A 27-year veteran of Kohla s Corporation, Mansell has held a number of progressive positions within the company. He joined Kohla s in 1982 as a divisional merchandise manager and was promoted to general merchandise manager in 1987. Over the next nine years, his responsibilities expanded to include merchandise planning and allocation, as well as micromarketing. Mansell was promoted to senior executive vice president of merchandising and marketing in 1998. The following year, Mansell was named president and director. Mansell began his career in retail in 1975, joining the Venture Store division of May Department Stores, where he held a variety of positions in buying and merchandising. Mansell is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended the University of Missouri.

Mr. Brennan has served as Senior Executive Vice President since September 2007. He joined Kohl s in April 2001 as Executive Vice President, Merchandise Planning and Allocation, and also served as Executive Vice President, General Merchandise Manager Men s and Children s from April 2004 to September 2007. Prior to joining Kohl s, Mr. Brennan served in a variety of management positions with Burdines Department Stores, a division of Federated Department Stores, Inc. since 1982. Mr. Brennan has 27 years of experience in the retail industry.

Mr. Worthington has served as Senior Executive Vice President since September 2007. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Worthington has served in a variety of positions with Kohl s, including Executive Vice President, Director of Stores from 2005 to September 2007, Senior Vice President of Stores from 2004 to 2005 and Vice President, Regional Manager from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Worthington was with May Department Stores, Inc. before joining Kohl s and has 20 years of experience in the retail industry.

Tom Kingsbury, Senior Executive Vice President, joined Kohl's in August, 2006. He is responsible for Stores, Store Administration/Operations, Merchandise Presentation, Information Services and E-Commerce. Prior to joining the Company, Kingsbury served in a variety of management positions with the May Department Stores Company since 1976, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Filene's-Kaufmann's division since February, 2000. Kingsbury has 30 years of experience in the retail industry. Kingsbury is a native of Wisconsin, where he attended the University of Wisconsin.

Dennis joined the THF Realty team, in 2000. He is responsible for the management of 3.5 million square feet of Retail property in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Alabama. His portfolio is comprised of 13 shopping centers most of which are Kohl's, Target, or Wal-Mart anchored. Dennis has acquired years of experience in Property Management which began with Copaken, White and Blitt in 1990 and includes five years with Midland Group purchased by Regency Realty in 1998. In addition to Property Management duties, Dennis also manages a 10-person staff of maintenance personnel.

Stephen E. Watson was named a director of Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc. in June 2005. From November 1997 to November 2002, Mr. Watson served as chief executive officer of Gander Mountain L.L.C. Subsequent to November 2002, Mr. Watson has been retired apart from his duties as a Director at ShopKo Stores, Inc. (resigned in 2006), Kohl's Corporation and Smart & Final, Inc. From 1973 to 1996, Mr. Watson served in various positions with the Dayton Hudson Corporation, including as chairman and chief executive officer of Dayton Hudson Department Stores Co. and as president of the Dayton Hudson Corporation. Mr. Watson serves as a director of Kohl's Corporation and Smart & Final, Inc. Mr. Watson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Williams College in 1967 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1973.

Larry Montgomery is Chairman of the Board for Kohl’s Department Stores. In addition to leading the Board of Directors, Montgomery holds full-time management responsibilities for the organization’s strategic growth and talent management initiatives, including oversight of the Human Resources and Legal departments. Montgomery joined the company in 1988 as senior vice president and director of stores. During the ensuing years, Montgomery held the progressive positions of executive vice president and vice chairman. In 1994, he was appointed to the Board of Directors, and in February 1999, he was promoted to chief executive officer.

United States national. Member of the Board of Directors and of the Nomination and Compensation Committee since May 2008. Her term of office ends on the day of the 2009 General Meeting of Shareholders. Until 2005, Judith Sprieser was the Chief Executive Officer of the US technology software and services company Transora, Inc. She previously held various senior executive positions at Sara Lee Corporation until May 2000, having joined the company in 1987. Judith Sprieser currently serves as a non-executive director of Allstate Insurance Company, USG Corporation, Reckitt Benckiser, Royal Ahold and Intercontinental Exchange. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, from which she earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
