David H. Liu joined KKR in 2007 and is the Head of KKR's Greater China operations. He played a significant role in the investment in Tianrui Cement and Yageo Corporation and currently serves on the board of directors of Tianrui Cement. Mr. Liu previously served as Managing Director and Co-head of Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia. Mr. Liu joined Morgan Stanley Private Equity in New York and was with the firm's Private Equity Group for 13 years. During his tenure, Mr. Liu led the effort at Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia to build one of the leading investment track records in Greater China with a number of successful and innovative investments such as Mengniu Dairy, Ping An Insurance, Nanfu Battery, Paradise Retail, Hengan International, Conch Cement, Belle International and Shanshui Cement. Mr. Liu graduated from Columbia University as Class Salutatorian with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Sir Deryck Maughan joined KKR in 2005. He is Chairman of KKR Asia and a member of the Financial Services industry team. He serves on the board of directors of BlackRock, GlaxoSmithKline and Thomson Reuters. Sir Deryck was Vice Chairman of Citigroup from 1998 to 2004, Chairman and CEO of Salomon Brothers from 1992 to 1997, and Chairman of Salomon Brothers Asia from 1986 to 1991. He was a member of H. M. Treasury from 1969 to 1979. He is a former Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange and Chairman of the U.S.-Japan Business Council. Sir Deryck is a Harkness Fellow and a graduate of King's College, University of London and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

George R. Roberts co-founded KKR in 1976. During more than 37 years, he has participated in the financings of over 150 businesses in diverse industries making him, along with Henry Kravis, one of the world's most experienced private equity investors. Currently, he participates in all the investment activities of the Firm and serves on the Investment, Portfolio Management and Other Business Committees. He is also a member of the board of directors of KKR Private Equity Investors and Accel-KKR Company. Prior to founding KKR, Mr. Roberts was in the Corporate Finance Department of Bear Stearns & Company, where he became a partner at 29 and where with Messrs. Kohlberg and Kravis, he pioneered the use of leverage in acquisitions. He earned a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, and a J.D. from the University of California (Hastings) Law School.

Mr. Stuart joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. in 1986 in New York, became partner at year-end 1994, and served on KKR's investment committee from 2000 until 2005. From 2000 until his departure in 2005, he was responsible for KKR's industry groups in the utilities and consumer products sectors. Prior to joining KKR in 1986, Mr. Stuart worked from 1981 to 1984 at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb, Inc. in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Transactions in which Mr. Stuart has participated include DPL, Inc., Duracell, Granum/Summit, International Transmission Company, K.C. Named President and Chief Executive Officer of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. in January 2009, Bruce Duncan brings more than 30 years of real estate management and investment experience to the Company.
Mr. Duncan presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc (NYSE: HOT), one of the leading hotel and leisure companies in the world, a position he has held since 2005. From April to September 2007, Mr. Duncan served as CEO of Starwood on an interim basis. He has been a member of Starwood’s Board of Directors since 1999, and was a Trustee of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, a real estate investment trust and former subsidiary of Starwood, since 1995. He also has been a senior advisor to Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts & Co. since July 2008.
Mr. Duncan was President and CEO of Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR), the largest publicly traded apartment company in the United States with revenues of $2.1 billion and an enterprise value of over $20 billion, from 2002 through 2005. From 1995 to 2000, he was Chairman, President and CEO of Cadillac Fairview Corporation, one of North America’s largest owners and developers of retail and office properties. From 1978 to 1994, Mr. Duncan served in several management roles at JMB Realty Corporation, most recently as President and Co-CEO of JMB Institutional Realty Corporation. During Mr. Duncan’s tenure at JMB, the firm grew its asset base from $800 million to more than $25 billion.
Mr. Duncan’s past professional affiliations include serving as a member of the following Executive Committees: the Board of Governors – National Association of Real Estate Trusts (NAREIT), the Canadian Institute for Public Real Estate Companies (CIPREC) and the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), as well as past Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Duncan is currently Trustee of RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago. He also previously served as Trustee of commercial real estate firms The Rouse Company, Cousins Properties Incorporated, and The Rubenstein Company. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and an AB degree in Economics from Kenyon College.
Dave Cote is chairman and CEO of Honeywell, a diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; turbochargers; and specialty materials. He was first elected president, CEO, and a member of the Board of Honeywell in February 2002. He was named chairman of the Board of Directors on July 1, 2002.
Cote came to Honeywell from TRW, a $16 billion products and services provider for the automotive, aerospace, and information technology markets, where he joined as president in 1999. He was subsequently named CEO in 2001 and chairman in 2002. Cote joined TRW from General Electric, where he served 25 years, progressing through a series of positions in manufacturing, finance, marketing, strategic planning, and general management. He was appointed to his last position at GE - corporate senior vice president and president and CEO of GE Appliances - in 1996.
Cote is a 1976 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is one of 10 U.S. CEOs invited to serve on the U.S.-India CEO Forum established by President George W. Bush and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in July 2005. Cote was recognized by the Foreign Policy Association in 2007 with its Corporate Social Responsibility Award for the company’s Honeywell Hometown Solutions program.

Sanjay Nayar is the CEO and Country Head for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) in India.
Established in 1976, KKR is a leading global alternative asset manager. The core of the Firm's franchise is sponsoring and managing funds that make private equity investments in North America, Europe, and Asia. Throughout its history, KKR has brought a long-term investment approach to portfolio companies, focussing on working in partnership with management teams and investing for future competitiveness and growth. Additional funds that KKR sponsors include KKR Private Equity Investors, L P (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: KPE), a permanent capital fund that invests in KKR-identified investments; and two credit strategy funds, KKR Financial (NYSE: KFN) and the KKR Strategic Capital Funds, which make investments in debt transactions. He has also participated in various financial sector reform committees set up by the Government and domestic regulators.
Nayar is an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University, having previously worked in the UK as a design engineer.
