Jane also functioned as an outsourced Sales and Marketing Consultant for many builders, generating national award winning communities and marketing programs. Jane is a sought-after lecturer and has been a featured speaker at NAHB's International Builder Show for over 10 years, and speaks at many major industry events, including the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the Southeast Builders Conference, the Midwest Builders Conference, the Atlantic Builders Conference, Builder Magazine's Big Builder Conference, the National Kitchen and Bath Associations' KBIS Conference, NAHB's Builder 20 Club, and others. She currently sits on the NAHB Design Committee, the NAHB Sales and Marketing Committee and the NAHB Senior Housing Council. Ms. Meagher previously held a seat on the New Jersey Senior Housing Council Board of Directors and she is a past Chairperson for the New Jersey Builders' Association's Sales and Marketing Committee. Shazia Chaudhri deWit is an associate in the Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation department. She assists as National Counsel for Fisher Scientific International, Kohler Company, 84 Lumber Company, Thermo Electric Company, and all Borg Warner non-automotive divisions. She is responsible for coordinating a national defense for asbestos related matters pending throughout the country. She also handles toxic tort matters in both New Jersey and New York. Prior to joining the firm, Shazia worked for two years at a small firm in Brooklyn, NY, concentrating in estate administration and civil litigation.

- Biff Armstrong is a graduate of Central Preston High School in Kingwood, WV. He graduated from Fairmont State College in 1986 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in information technology. - Biff worked as programmer for Sterling Faucet Company, a subsidiary of The Kohler Corporation. In 1990, he accepted the position of Assistant Production Manager of Medical Security Card, Inc. After six months, he was promoted to Manager of Information Systems. Six years later, Biff accepted a position with EG&G, a service provider for the Federal Energy Technology Center in Morgantown, WV. While at EG&G, he served as Team Leader for the Management Application Systems Team, completed several programming projects, and shared responsibility for over 800 workstations. - In 1999, he was asked to join Mountaineer Networking, L.L.C. as Senior Consultant. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing environments and service organizations, Biff provides a skill and expertise as an IT Consultant second to none.
