Irene Rosenfeld was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods in June 2006. She assumed the additional post of Chairman in March 2007, following Altria Group’s spin-off of Kraft. Irene is a 26-year veteran of the food and beverage industry and has a long history of bringing a consumer focus and innovation to building businesses. She began her career at Dancer Fitzgerald Sample advertising agency in New York and later joined General Foods in consumer research. Over the years, she advanced in a variety of leadership roles at Kraft. Among her many accomplishments, she led the restructuring and turnaround of key businesses in the United States, Canada and Mexico, and the highly successful integration of the Nabisco acquisition. Irene also served on the senior team that led Kraft’s Initial Public Offering in 2001. In 2004, Irene was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo, where she led her organization to accelerated growth in better-for-you products and developed a pipeline of health and wellness offerings. Irene is active in a number of industry and community organizations, including The Economic Club of Chicago. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Grocery Manufacturers Association and the Cornell University Board of Trustees. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Statistics, a Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University. Director since June 2006.
As President of Kraft North America’s Beverages business unit, Bob Levi is responsible for coffee and refreshment beverage businesses, which includes brands such as Maxwell House coffee, Crystal Light, Capri Sun and Kool-Aid powdered and ready-to-drink beverages. He was named to this position in October 2007.
Bob held the position of Senior Vice President for global partnerships and brands. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing existing global consumer products partnerships such as Starbucks as well as developing new partnerships for growth. In this role, Bob also was responsible for global brand management, including leading brands such as Philadelphia cream cheese and Oreo cookies.
Bob joined Kraft in 1992 where he progressed through a number of marketing, new product development and sales positions across several business units.
He serves on the Board for the American Beverages Association.
Bob earned his Bachelor’s from St. Olaf College and his Master’s in Business Administration from Michigan University.
Chris became President, Snacks & Cereals in September 2007. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Kraft’s U.S. snacks portfolio.
Chris started his career at Procter & Gamble in 1985. Between 1985 and 1996, he held a variety of assignments of increasing importance within the company’s sales organization.
In 1996, Chris joined Nabisco and progressed through several assignments, including the leadership of the Nabisco Biscuit Sales and Logistics organization. As a result of Kraft acquisition of Nabisco in 2000, he served on a core team responsible for integrating the Kraft and Nabisco sales forces. From 2001 through 2004, he was responsible for oversight of Kraft’s Biscuit and Pizza Sales and Logistics organizations.
In October 2004, Chris joined the Hershey Co. as Global Chief Customer Officer. In 2005, he was appointed President, Hershey North America, a position he held until his return to Kraft.
He is a champion of the Network of Executive Women, as well as a member of the Industry Affairs committee of The Grocery Manufacturers of America.
Chris received his Bachelor in Economics from Siena College in 1985.

Georges joined Kraft following the acquisition of the Biscuits division from Danone Group.
Georges started his professional life with General Foods, working in Finance and Supply Chain, and later assumed marketing responsibilities in the Post Division. He then joined the BSN Group, which became Danone Group and assumed various Marketing and Sales management positions.
In 1980, Georges was promoted to Amministratore Delegato (CEO) of the Danone subsidiary in Italy. He then became President and CEO of the newly acquired Dannon Inc. Company, U.S., in 1982.
In 1989, he returned to Europe to manage the Danone French dairy company and then the Northern Europe Dairy Region.
In 2000, he was promoted to a member of Danone Group Executive Team and in 2003, he took on the challenge of turning around the Biscuits Division.
Georges has been an active member of several industry organizations in Italy, the U.S. and France. He has been awarded the title of Chevalier dans l’Ordre de la Légion d’Honneur (French Legion of Honor) and Chevalier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite (French National Order of Merit).
He holds a Master in Finance from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and a Master in Economics from Paris University.
"Michael A. Clarke joined Kraft Foods in January 2009 as President, Kraft Europe. In this role, he leads the company’s European business, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Mike comes to Kraft Foods from The Coca-Cola Company, where he served most recently as President of the Northwest Europe (Great Britain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland) and Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Greenland) business unit. He joined Coca-Cola in 1996 as Group Director, Europe, for The Minute Maid Company, and through his career has moved to positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, International, The Minute Maid Company (1996), Senior Vice President, International, The Minute Maid Company (1998), President of Coca-Cola South Pacific and Korea division (2000). Mike was appointed to the role of Division President, Northwest Europe in 2005 and assumed the additional responsibility for the Nordics region in 2007.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Mike had an extensive career with Reebok International in finance and operations in the Asia Pacific region, then as Managing Director of Reebok South Africa. He took on responsibility for managing the Africa and Middle East region and later was appointed Vice President of the South Asia/Pacific region. Mike began his career in accountancy with Deloitte.
Mike earned his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Cape Town in his native South Africa. He has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa and the United States.

Pradeep was most recently Fonterra Brands’ Regional Managing Director for Asia, Africa and the Middle East and served as a member of the Fonterra leadership team. He was also responsible for leading the company’s Global Brands marketing group.

"Richard (Rick) Searer is President, Kraft North America, Kraft Foods Inc., with responsibility for strategic direction, management and coordination of Kraft’s businesses in the United States and Canada.
Prior to this appointment, Rick was Group Vice President and President of Kraft’s North American Convenient Meals Sector, where his responsibilities included the Oscar Mayer Division, the Kraft Pizza Division, the Kraft Meals Division, Boca Foods and Back To Nature. Rick was named to this position in 2004.

"Sanjay Khosla joined Kraft in 2007 as Executive Vice President and President, Kraft International. In this role, Khosla is leading Kraft's business outside of North America.
Most recently, Sanjay was with Fonterra Co-operative Group, a multinational dairy company based in New Zealand. At Fonterra, he served as Managing Director of the company's consumer and foodservice business. During that time, he helped turn around the consumer business.
Before joining Fonterra in 2004, Sanjay spent 27 years with Unilever in India, London and Europe. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Beverages and Chairman of Unilever's $4 billion beverages category. The business saw accelerated growth worldwide as a result of the ""Paint the World Yellow with Lipton"" business program.
Sanjay graduated with honors in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. In 1998, he completed the Harvard University Advanced Management Program. That same year, he was named ""Marketing Superstar"" by the prominent marketing industry publication, Advertising Age.
Sanjay serves on the Board of Directors of NIIT, a global information technology education company based in India. He is a member of the University of Auckland Business School Advisory Board. He joined Mead Corporation in 1987 and during his 15 years there held a series of finance, administration and leadership roles. Some of these assignments included Vice President and General Manager, Zellerbach Division; Vice President, Financial Resources and Administration for Mead Data Central; President and General Manager, Specialty Paper Division; and Vice President, Finance and Treasurer.
Prior to joining Mead, Tim began his career with General Mills. There, he held accounting and transportation systems roles.

"David (Dave) Brearton is Executive Vice President, Operations & Business Services. In this role, he leads the information systems and procurement functions as well as Kraft’s shared services sites, while providing functional leadership for manufacturing and customer service and logistics. Dave also leads the “Catalyst” ERP project, currently focused in North America.
Dave joined Kraft Canada in 1984 as a Financial Analyst and has since progressed through a series of roles of increasing responsibility. In 1994, he was named Director, European Financial Planning & Analysis, based in Switzerland, and transferred to Rye Brook, New York in 1996, to become Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, Kraft Foods International (KFI). Jean E. Spence is executive vice president of Global Technology and Quality for Kraft Foods Inc. She is responsible for all research, product and packaging development, nutrition, quality, food safety and security, and scientific affairs worldwide. Spence joined Kraft in 1981 as a research engineer for Maxwell House coffee research and holds three U.S. and worldwide patents for her development work. In that role, she oversaw basic research, nutrition and product, product, package and process development. Prior to joining Kraft, Spence worked in manufacturing as a process supervisor for Procter and Gamble in Staten Island, N.Y. Spence received a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Clarkson University and a master's in chemical engineering from Manhattan College. She is on the board of Girl Scouts Illinois Crossroads Council, a Clarkson University trustee, an International Life Sciences Institute trustee, and is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists. Spence lives in Wilmette, Ill. with her husband Robert, son Danny, 15, and daughter, Kerry, 12. She likes to cook, garden and ski.

Marc joined Kraft in 2003 as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Kraft Foods, and later that year was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Kraft Foods.
Marc earned his Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages and Philosophy from Washington & Lee University and received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law.

Michael Osanloo joined Kraft Foods as Executive Vice President, Strategy in April 2008. In this role, he is responsible for Kraft's portfolio strategy and assisting the business units in identifying strategic opportunities that will drive profitable growth.
Prior to Kraft, Osanloo held a variety of senior strategic and marketing roles at Harrah's Entertainment, where he was responsible for strategy, execution and financial performance of various casino-resort properties in Atlantic City, New Jersy, US, with revenues in excess of $2 billion.
Before joining Harrah's, Osanloo was a partner in the retail and consumer products practice at Bain & Company. During his nine-year tenure at Bain, he helped improve the effectiveness of strategic, operational and marketing initiatives at various multibillion-dollar companies. Osanloo also served as an attorney at Seyfarth Shaw on affirmative action, diversity, labor and employee relations issues.
Osanloo has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a juris doctor degree from the University Of Illinois College of Law and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan.

Leah Tomlins has over 16 years of experience in administration. Prior to joining NCIV in June of 2003, she worked as Assistant to the Deputy Director for the American Zoo and Aquarium Association (AZA) from 1996 to 2001. While with AZA, Ms. Tomlins was responsible for office administration, special events planning, managing development and marketing activities during a period of staff transition, and assisting the Deputy Director with activities related to government affairs and management of the Giant Panda Conservation Foundation. Some of her achievements during her five years with AZA include management of the Conservation Endowment Fund annual appeal during the summer of 2000, managing several large scale marketing promotions with such nationally known companies as Kraft Foods and Nickelodeon in 2000, planning and coordinating a legislative conference in May of 2001, and planning and coordinating a reception on Capitol Hill featuring Jack Hanna to promote awareness of the role of zoos and aquariums in conservation and education in May of 2001. Ms. Tomlins worked as Coordinator for the Office of the Chancellor of the University System of Maryland from 1993 to 1995. There she was responsible for organizing Chancellor's Council meetings, preparing all materials for meetings of the Board of Regents of the University System of Maryland, and coordinating all correspondence relating to Chancellor, the Board of Regents, and members of the Maryland General Assembly. Ms. Tomlins' passions are wildlife and habitat conservation, entomology, and exploring such fields of science as particle physics and quantum mechanics. Ajay Banga is Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific, one of Citi’s fastest-growing regions.
From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Banga served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citi’s International Global Consumer Group businesses, for which his responsibilities included all credit card, retail banking, and consumer finance operations in Asia, Japan, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Mexico.
Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of the Global Consumer Group and President of Retail Banking North America. At that time, he was responsible for branch banking, commercial banking, commercial real estate, commercial financing and leasing, mortgages, student loans, and the Primerica Financial Services distribution channel. Appointed in 2002, he had additional responsibility for the servicing and technology of all the real estate businesses in the consumer bank.
Mr. Banga, who joined Citi in 1996, served as business head of CitiFinancial and the U.S. Consumer Assets Division from 2000 to 2002. Previously, he worked in London as Division Executive for the Consumer Bank in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Indian subcontinent from 1998 to 2000. Early in his Citibank career, he was based in Brussels, where he was the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Mr. Banga began his business career as a management trainee with Nestle in 1981. He spent the next 13 years in a variety of assignments spanning sales, marketing, and general management. He later joined PepsiCo in its Restaurants Division and was instrumental in the launch of Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken in India.
Mr. Banga serves on the Board of Kraft Foods Inc. and is on the Board of Trustees of the National Urban League and the Asia Society. He is a member of the Financial Services Roundtable, an industry organization, and is past Vice Chair of the New York Hall of Science’s Board of Trustees.
Mr. Banga is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India.

Fredric G. Reynolds serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBS Corporation. In this post, he is responsible for all financial operations of the company.
Reynolds had previously been President and CEO of the Viacom Television Stations Group, overseeing the division's 40 local television stations, which included 41 CBS, 16 UPN, 1 WB and 2 stations not affiliated with a major network. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Viacom Inc., responsible for all Viacom's financial functions, including treasury, accounting, internal audit, insurance and risk management, tax, mergers and acquisitions, information systems and financial planning and business analysis.
He had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CBS Corporation, since December 1997. He was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, in February 1994 and assumed the additional post of chief financial officer, CBS Inc., in April 1996.
Reynolds joined Westinghouse from PepsiCo Inc., where he spent 13 years (1981–94) in various financial positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PepsiCo Foods International, PepsiCo's Frito-Lay unit. He was also Chief Financial Officer at several other PepsiCo units, including Kentucky Fried Chicken, PepsiCola International and Pizza Hut.
Reynolds, a certified public accountant, is a 1972 graduate of the University of Miami, with a B.B.A. in finance. He is a native of Miami, and he and his wife live in California. They have four children.

"Jan Bennink is a member of the Kraft Foods Board of Directors and was President and CEO of Royal Numico N.V., a market leader in infant and clinical nutrition, from May 2002 to October 2007.
Before joining Numico, Mr. Bennink was President of the Dairy Division at Danone. He was also a member of the Executive Committee of Groupe Danone S.A. Prior to joining Danone, Mr. Bennink served as Marketing Director and subsequently Managing Director of Mira Lanza S.p.A., Italy, part of Joh. A. Benckiser GMBH. From 1993 to1995, he was President of the Household Cleaning Division in Germany and a member of Benckiser's executive Committee. Mr. Bennink started his career in 1982 with Procter & Gamble, where he held several positions in Marketing and Sales in the Benelux countries and in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. Bennink has a master’s degree in Urban and Environmental planning from the University of Groningen, Netherlands. He is a member of the Advisory Council of ABN AMRO.

Ms. Juliber, age 60, was a Vice Chairman of the Colgate-Palmolive Company from July 2004 until March 2005. She served as Colgate-Palmolive s Chief Operating Officer from March 2000 to September 2004, as its Executive Vice President North America and Europe from 1997 until March 2000 and as President of Colgate North America from 1994 to 1997. Ms. Juliber is on the board of the following public companies in addition to Goldman Sachs: E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and Kraft Foods Inc. She is affiliated with certain non-profit organizations, including as Chairman of The MasterCard Foundation, and a trustee of Wellesley College and Women s World Banking.
