Greg Olson joined the Company in 1990 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this role, Mr. Olson has served as Vice President, Product Line Management & Operations, Senior Director of Data Recovery Services and Software, Data Recovery Operations Manager, Software Development Manager, and Software Engineer. In his current role, Mr. Olson is responsible for the product strategy, technology development, and operations of all the product lines. Under his direction, Ontrack Data Recovery services process more than 35,000 data recovery jobs worldwide per year. Mr. Olson is an experienced engineer with extensive knowledge about data recovery software development, operational techniques, and recovery processes.
Tom Skiba joined the company in May 1996 as the vice president and chief financial officer of ONTRACK Data International Inc. Following the merger of ONTRACK with Kroll Inc. in 2002, Skiba's title changed to vice president of finance. In this position, Skiba is responsible for Kroll Ontrack's finances, facility management, human resources, and corporate security. Prior to his work with Kroll Ontrack, Skiba served as chief financial officer of IVI Publishing, Inc., a publicly held electronic publisher of health and medical information, from 1992 to 1996. Prior to joining IVI Publishing, he was an audit senior manager with Ernst and Young. Skiba earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Ind., in 1977.

Andrea Eidsness joined the Company in March of 2000 and currently serves as the vice president of marketing. In this role, she is responsible for the development and maintenance of Ontrack's marketing and differentiation strategy for all products and services, company and product brand management, and Web site sales and operations. Ms. Eidsness is an experienced communications and marketing professional with extensive knowledge of the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Ontrack, Ms. Eidsness worked as the vice president of marketing for Webhelp.com and vice president of marketing for Eliance Corporation. She also has worked in the public relations, telecommunications and medical fields. Ms. Eidsness has a master's degree in Communication from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in English and Speech-Communication from St. Olaf College. Previously she has served on the Board of Directors for the Camp Menogyn Branch of the YMCA.

Chuck Crymble, vice president of development engineering, is responsible for product development and quality assurance for all of the company's products and services, both domestically and internationally. Crymble joined the company in June of 1992 as a software engineer. Prior to his current role as vice president of development engineering, he served as development engineering manager and then as development engineering director. As director, Crymble oversaw 90-percent growth in engineering and test staff while maintaining the same high quality products and services. Crymble graduated magna cum laude from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Jeffrey J. Joyce is the Vice President of Ontrack Consulting, Kroll Ontrack's electronically stored information (ESI) consulting group. He directs and oversees the team of consultants who advise both corporate and law firm clients on issues involving ESI. He manages the consultants in assisting clients with data accessibility assessments, data storage techniques, and ESI best practices to achieve repeatable, efficient and reliable procedures. He also assists in identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing ESI in response to litigation and investigations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Joyce was first an associate and then a partner at Jones Day, one of the top ten largest law firms worldwide. In his seventeen years with Jones Day, he litigated a variety of complex matters, including class actions, product liability, securities, employment, and contract disputes. He was also a member of the firm's electronic discovery committee and author and speaker on the subject of electronic evidence discovery. Mr. Joyce holds Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degrees from Ohio State University.

David E. Canfield is a senior technology consultant in Kroll Ontrack's electronically stored information consulting group. He assists clients in the creation of discovery, data collection and case management strategies and with the creation of systematic processes and documentation to support repeatable, efficient and reliable electronic discovery procedures. He also helps clients with litigation readiness and litigation cost mitigation related to electronic data. Previously, Mr. Canfield was a senior advisor in electronic legal discovery for a global pharmaceutical company where he was responsible for the collection, preservation and production of electronic data for the legal discovery process for all global operations. Prior, he spent nearly 20 years in IT management and senior management positions, responsible for electronic data discovery preservation, production procedures and disaster recovery procedures as well as developing computer forensics response protocols and procedures to assist investigations involving law enforcement agencies. Mr. Canfield holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Alderson-Broaddus College. He is working toward an Executive Juris Doctorate, expected in 2008.

He made risk/reward decisions to prioritize responses to investigations and inquiries and functioned as an expert witness for depositions in high exposure cases. Previously, he held consulting positions at major IT consulting firms. Mr. Connell holds a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Science Engineering from University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Kent Anderson is the Managing Attorney of Kroll Ontrack Inc., the Technology Services Group of Kroll Inc.
