Clarence P. Cazalot Jr. is president and chief executive officer of Marathon Oil Corporation and a member of the Marathon Oil Corporation Board of Directors. He joined Marathon in March 2000. Immediately prior to this, Mr. Cazalot served as vice president of Texaco Inc. and president of Texaco’s worldwide production operations. He was appointed president of Texaco’s worldwide production operations in 1999. From January 1998, Mr. Cazalot served as president of international production and chairman of London-based Texaco Ltd. He was named president of Texaco International Marketing and Manufacturing in January 1997. In 1994, Mr. Cazalot was appointed president of Texaco Exploration and Production Inc. in Houston, Texas. Prior to this, in 1992, he was elected a vice president of Texaco Inc. and president of Texaco’s Latin America/West Africa Division based in Coral Gables, Florida. Thomas K. Sneed is chief information officer at Marathon Oil Corporation. He joined Marathon in 1981 and began his current assignment in 2003. David E. Roberts, Jr., is executive vice president of Upstream for Marathon Oil Corporation and serves as a member of Marathon's Executive Committee. He joined Marathon in June 2006 as senior vice president of Business Development. Mr. Peiffer is senior vice president of Finance and Commercial Services for Marathon Petroleum Company LLC. Linda A. Capuano is vice president, Emerging Technology, for Marathon Oil Corporation. She joined Marathon in June 2008. Marathon's Emerging Technology organization provides an increased focus on renewable and alternative fuels, energy efficiency, carbon intensity, and carbon capture and sequestration. Dr. Capuano was with Honeywell International until 2003 where she served as corporate vice president, Technology Strategy and general manager of the wide body Auxiliary Power Unit business. Dr. Capuano was co-founder and vice president, Operations and Business Development for Conductus in Sunnyvale, California, delivering superconducting electronic products for wireless communications and digital electronic applications until 1995. She held various leadership positions with IBM computer and storage business in San Jose, California. Dr. Capuano received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook; a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder; and a master's degree in engineering management and a doctorate in material science from Stanford University, California. In 1979, he received a master's degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio. He is president of worship2action, an organization that strives to raise awareness of poverty issues and call people to action. Mr. Peak is actively involved in many relief and development projects in Rwanda. He is also involved with St. Patrick's Foundation in Jamaica and the International Justice Mission.

Paul C. Reinbolt is vice president of Finance and Treasurer at Marathon Oil Corporation. He began his career with Marathon in 1980 and was appointed to his current position in 2001. Mr. Nichols is vice president of Human Resources and Administrative Services for Marathon Petroleum Company LLC. He joined Marathon in 1977 and was named to his current position in June 2003. Mr. Nichols' present job responsibilities include directing the Downstream human resources activities including compensation, benefits, payroll, human resources information services, organizational development, diversity, EEO and recruiting and placement. He is also responsible for the development, coordination and consistent application and administration of Downstream and SSA human resources policies, programs, plans and procedures including performance management and labor relations. With the formation of Marathon Ashland Petroleum Company LLC,* in January 1998, Mr. Nichols was promoted to vice president, Human Resources. Mr. Nichols was appointed manager of Human Resources, Refining, Marketing and Transportation in 1986. After an assignment in the Company's Northeastern production district, he served in a number of employee relations management positions in the Anchorage, Alaska, and Casper, Wyoming, production divisions and in the Louisiana and Texas refining divisions. William F. Schwind Jr. is vice president, General Counsel and Secretary of Marathon Oil Corporation and serves as a member of Marathon's Executive Committee. He joined Marathon in 1974 and was named to his current position in 1992. Mr. Reilley became Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Praxair, Inc. in 2000. From March 1, 2006 through December 2006, he held the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and through April 2007 served as Chairman. Mr. Reilley served as non-executive Chairman of Covidien Ltd. from June 29, 2007, through September 30, 2008. Mr. Reilley serves on the Boards of Directors of H. J. Heinz Co., Dow Chemical Company, Covidien Ltd. and the Conservation Fund. He is the former Chairman of the American Chemistry Council.
